    vow!!!!
    HAVING BEEN IN PART TIME SELLING BUISNESS for full 9 years,now i know where i was doing it all wrong.!!!!
    i have been excellent in presenting and communication skills all these years.
    yet my selling performance had been below average which was surprise to those who know me.
    i always had been in search for new customer every single day.
    i never asked for referral from anybody which they happily would have given me.
    i see my sales results jumping straightaway.
    cant wait to put it to practice immediately.

    business development is the most important role because this generates business leads which account executives own and have to cultivate & sustain business relationships.
    recently i started following up on into youtube financial channels and ive taken a deep dive into investing particularly foreign exchange rates as it interests me. tried several means trying to figure out the best approach to build my portfolio until coming across benjamins firm in an investment webinar. his financial team has got more progress with financial management and its a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from and tends up haunting them later on

    Great video as always. I've always felt very strongly about the benefits of referral business. 9 times out of 10 you'll know someone who's bought the same product and the opinion of someone close to you can be extremely influential.

    4:10 The relationship comes first, it should be established early and is the key differentiator between you and your competitors. In many cases, the quality of your relationship with the customer is the competitive advantage that enables you to edge out other competitors who may have products or services which are similar or selling at lower prices. Companies that have great relationships with their customers sell higher price products against lower price all day long. They sell more, sell easier, and make higher profits. Customer intimacy = the quality of the *_trust bond._*

      It depends on what company you represent? Which product you offer? How you help him select him the policy? Hard work is not the right answer, Right approach is the key.
