The way we treat people and make them feel matters in every area of our lives. If we show up as our genuine, authentic and true selves people respect that and proceed accordingly. Trust, loyalty, healthy two way reciprocal communication, active listening, consideration, humility and open mindedness are all the cornerstones to developing and maintaining healthy sustainable long term relationships with ourselves and others. 💛 If more companies focused on making this their bottom line instead of looking at everything as a number they would begin to see such a positive change all around. ✨ Great clip Simon.👏👏
He makes it sound so easy. This takes time and you still have to work up the nerve to reach out to dozens of people every day. I struggle with this immensely.
I have noticed that when you like someone you give them a lot more leeway on any mistakes they may make or any flaws they may have. And the opposite is true for people whom you dislike. You might even dismiss their accomplishments and attribute it all to luck, and treat their upsides as if they don't exist, aren't important, or are actually a negative.
Relationship is truly the fundamental key to any partnership or business success. People follow you with not what you do, but by how you act so genuinely in helping them with something that you have. We have to keep in mind that most big organizations grow, because there are relationships, and for me that's one of the key principles each and everyone of us should adhere whether at work, at business, at a sports community group, relationship will be the head start, towards a long-term partnership and success
Called someone in sales and marketing of some clothing store just after receiving my order (in the wrong size) and they proceeded to talk me into accepting it as the difference with my original garment order size was really next to nothing.

Relationship is important, just don't get too intimate in it. Too close relationship with client can be draining and a risk.
