@SabanaHN I actually became a softerware developer. But I'm glad your taking a huge step in your career. Remember don't let the veteran agents get to you. Real estate is a cut throat game.
Thanks! (EDIT: All, feel free to take the summary!) Summary: 1. Understand the product. 2. Understand who you're selling to. 3. Have a sales process (Provide a simple path and educate the customer on why your path for them should be chosen. Provide insight! Information beyond the obvious!) Are you showing or are you selling? Helping the customer understand why and be the expert. 4. Take personal accountability for selling and presentation. Compile information for yourself from every resource. Ask people why they buy from you! And ask veterans. Organize this information in a way that works with your process. At the end of the day you are responsible. 5. Develop your own personal sales skill and people will come after you. Show people you understand the product, the process, the market, and put it all together and you can provide value.
Just started my first job as a salesman.. I haven't made much progress so far, but I really want to get good at it. I won't give up. I know this is what I want with my life.

While learning, practicing, moving on from negativity and maintaining control of our structure... we can forget our end goal, our ego can grow and we can deviate from our rhythm... self orientation is key here, remember it’s about the client.
I am a Senior Manager in Corporate Sales in India.Your video is full of energy, insights and one thing a Sales person finds it difficult is lack of support from his own company to complete his sales cycle by offering poor services. This is an obstacle for him when he finds no improvement in spite of repeated negative feed backs. But your video is very nice.
momthegreatest You make a very valid point! A "sales cycle" is not complete when the order is signed, it's complete when the product (service) is delivered as promised and when promised. As salespeople we are at times at the mercy of service support to help close the sales cycle. Great insight and a great reminder! Thank you! VA
Sale is a great field to grow with but the starting phase is not the easy for everyone. For this everyone needs guidance and proper training after mastering all this you can become a great salesperson. This video is a great source of all the guidance for the new comers.
I'm working as a relationship officer for a bank in dubai, struggled a lot in the beginning after watching your videos now I'm getting good results. ..thank u sir. .take a bow
I believe what has been working for me, after watching Victor's videos, is showing the right level of enthusiasm and confidence. Being overly confident can come across arrogant and to much enthusiasm can seem cheesy. Not being afraid to say No, is a great attribute. If you want to hold gross then these things are top priority. Also you're not a sales person just at your dealership, but every where you go. I went to the Pacers vs Heart game on New Years Eve, today I came in and sold 3 vehicles because of people noticing my coat having my company logo on it. Plus not being afraid of talking to that guy standing in line holding 2 beers and ordering another.
Kris Akers Excellent! You understand what many don't get; people buy more than just the "logic of a sale" they also buy the salesperson. Your attitude and confidence combined with your knowledge is a powerful 1-2 combination. Thank you for sharing!
You sir, are brilliant. I can sell and was just having a self doubt time and I couldn't perform. After watching this, I am invigorated and hungry again to get my self back up to my ranking I should be. Thank you
I've worked in Retail since 2011. i started in the stock room and was slowly brought to the sales floor (shoe store). i was taught by veterans back then demoing insoles and cleaners as well as other products. i can honestly say ive been inspired to sell and make the day. I really found your video very helpful on how to be a greater salesman than I already am.
I’ve been avoiding the topic of sales cuz I automatically think of the negative and annoying salespeople but you made sales make much more sense to me. Thank you Victor! I understand this is a major skill in life so I’m watching a bunch of videos on it and yours is the best I’ve seen yet!
Just got hired as a sales promoter for Edimax in Dubai, i have absolutely no experience in sales, but with these videos, im determined to be the best salesman there ever was
Love the video...I always say "Know your product inside and out and love and have a passion for the product you are selling" ... It shows if you don't....
I love how Victor is different from other self-proclaimed sales "gurus" and experts out on TH-cam. You are genuine, and it just comes across naturally, you've really been a success rather than faking your success and that experience just comes across from your talking. Around 10:00 he says where we can get sales training information, instead of promoting his own business he referred us to our own research on the internet. I would buy your course even if you told me not to buy it. I guess you sold me well Victor
Hi Victor, I have worked in sales now for the past year. Working in sales is such an amazing way to connect with the public and learn from many thousands of people. I would say with confidence in the past year I have met over 5,000 unique people. I work as a solar panel salesman. I have added over 500 contacts into my phone in the past year. I have over 1,000 people in my database. On average 1% to 5% of the people I talk to sign up. It can be like pulling teeth but it is rewarding at the end of the day. Thank you so much for your video. I find you to be very encouraging.
Great video - I train my insurance agents to think of the prospect as the most skeptical person they can imagine, and that to persuade them to buy, they will need to think through all the possible issues and objections a qualified prospect may have to buying, and craft a presentation that answers those objections *before* they come up.
I am sure that you have great intentions but covering objections before they come up, is the definition of a "oitch" I have closed over 4,000 personal insurance transactions and the answer is not to even present until you know what they want.. The key word is They.. Only present what they want, and when you close, summarize only.....the hot buttons that they agreed to .. Objections are ok, some call them buying signals.. If you can answer this, then I will buy..Good luck, Randy Taylor, sales trainer.
Victor hits the nail right on the top. Study every day. Know your shit but keep on training and find a coach to show the things you do not see yourself. If any one who watches this wants to become a salesman, listen to Victors video over and over, write it out and make it sheer perfect. Build a life of success: Take action!
Ok so I watched one of your videos "5 Why's" and I am addicted. You are a great speaker, I have been selling Toyotas for almost a year and every month I sell more than anyone in my building. Now, we only have 6 sales people, and we are in a small town. I have never sold vehicles before so I feel like I'm doing ok. But "Ok" has never been good enough for me. I want more, after watching about 5 videos that you have posted, I decided I need to apply what you are saying. Since watching those videos I not only hit my goal but sold 6 more vehicles in 2 days which is huge for this dealership. Thank You for doing what you do. I look forward to seeing future videos and hopefully getting a chance to see you speak in person. I believe our entire sales staff could use some of you in their life. I will share what I have found.
This is the first time I have seen this. Never heard of Victor before. But he has just said everything I have ever been thinking about sales. Holy ****.......I can’t believe it. I found this video by just looking like he said just search it. I did and found this. Great video, glad I found it.
Excellent advice victor. you were so right I was waiting on my company to hand feed me all the information I needed when actually you just have to go get it and everything will fall into place. I did make the first step by looking up this video now I just need to take it all the way. . thank you so much!
I'm meeting with the sales manager for Audi/Porsche tomorrow. Your stuff really rocks man,and it will help my visualization of the meeting. Thank's Victor:) Much success to you!!!!
I am in Car sales and it can be very rewarding if you follow a process and stick at it, learning and adapting every day will be key to you being sucessfull in the trade.
Alex Holding if you don’t mind me asking but how did you get there? Like where did you go for experience and what’s the job title because I’m 15 looking to be a car salesman when I’m older but I don’t understand how to get into the industry
I currently work in Residential project sales and listened to your videos about a 1year ago. As soon as I applied a straight forward process my sales went through the roof! Just buy listening in to 3-4 of your videos, Very valuable information. Thanks Victor!
Victor, a year and a half ago I had no idea what I wanted to do for a profession. I had left a promising career in the military and took a job as a welder. While it was okay at first, I still didnt know what I wanted to do, I didn't plan on staying in welding forever, and I definitely didn't forsee myself enjoying sales. This video is what motivated me to give it a try. There is still much to be learned, but I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for giving me insight on a profession I never thought I'd enjoy and be good at. Thanks Victor!
Every once in a while I look at this video again to record content in my subconscious. Often obstacles are used as excuses to justify some loss of focus by the conscious. Exelent Víctor!!
Victor I'm tearing up because of your amazing presentation! I am taking personal accountability to succeed. I am new to the car sales industry and was overwhelmed and after you're video I am taking control of my sales success or failure. Thank you so much!
Jenin, thank you for the wonderful feedback. Yes, Take Control! Find your "way" of selling through trial and error! The key is to keep trying til you figure it out.
Great presentation. Clear, smooth and direct to the point. If you are a first time sales person, this video will help you encourage to go further. I've been in sales and marketing management for more than 12 years already and I still watch this instructional (and yet inspirational) video to keep me in-line and on track with my sales skills and goals.
I work as a kitchen staff before, and then I tried the Sales. I searched any information from sales because I know nothing about it, and this is the first video I watched. Guess what? I'm now running to two years in my Job, and just a year I got promoted. Now I handle trainings to the new employees. I didn't know that selling is very enjoyable. Thanks Victor, I became like this because you sold me the informations and the responsibility that I need to do. :)
Many thanks, I have been researching "field sales tips" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Royucass Rebuttal Reverser - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got great success with it.
Many thanks, I have been researching "solution sales training courses" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Royucass Rebuttal Reverser - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my partner got cool results with it.
I was watching your show called life or debt on paramount network here in Toronto Canada and I see how you deal with couples financial troubles in their marriages. One thing you said really clicked to me and I'll never forget it. Running a family is like running a business. So I might as well learn how to run a business. Crunching down the numbers, spending within your means, saving, investing and acquiring the skills to run your business efficiently matters. It totally makes sense to me. Thanks for putting on this show. I can learn a lot from you.
Victor Antonio first of all ,thank you for your great videos. my question is . How i finalize a deal with ungainly, stubborn and greedy customer . i am working in FMCG distribution company and i am selling my products to big hypermarkets.
Hi Peter...I have zero sales experience but am very passionate about getting into sales. I have started learning math and going for a Business diploma this year to achieve my goal. Watching your video and hearing out the amazing advice you gave us with all that genuine enthusiasm, further motivated me to become a successful salesman. Thank you so very much kind Sir.
Man this guy hits the nail on the head for every aspect of selling in a nutshell. This pertains to every business out there. Even the smallest type of business.
I'm in network marketing and get some product information. Thank you for this video - I don't feel so alone on this topic. I'm from the information technology so switching to sales has been an eye opening experience. Thank you for validating that we need to go at this without company training - I don't feel so alone anymore! I can do this!
THANK YOU! I'm Natasha, I have just gained a job at a dealership as a saleswoman. Gaining a job like this after coming back into the workforce after 5 years. it stunned me! I never imagined gaining a job like this. But its happened! This is the information I have been looking for!. I'm a mum of three, I have no background in cars/car sales. Once I was accepted for the possition, I then realised wow! Theres a lot! More to this than i originally thought. I totally agree to everything you have just said. Now with your insite. I am going to work a lot harded and not wait to be spoon fed. Thank you again.
wow! I admire you! I just got the same position (Honda). I currently don’t have kids but I always wonder how women with kids do it. My job requires me to be there from 9am to 9pm. Not every day but some days.
I can definitely testify to your lecture, Mr. Antonio. I always wanted to work for the Body Shop since I entered my first job. Unfortunately, I was not skilled enough nor fast enough to apply. A few years later, I was working in a Menswear store.I didn't know at the time that I was serving one of their managers who was managing the Body Shop store in the shopping centre I was at. She then invited me to apply for a Christmas casual position as we somehow reached the topic that I wanted a second job. I have always been passionate about skincare as I have sensitive skin. I always research ingredients before purchasing anything. When I started working in TBS, I was a stock person, I didn't get to serve customers. None of the other Christmas casuals wanted to do it and I didn't complain. I don't like complaining about work, which is a good habit as I was told :D The time came when the store was completely understaffed that I decided to take initiative and sell. In the end, I was able to sell and demonstrate the products as well as their other sales assistants. As I've said, I loved this brand and I always come to their store. Being observant and retaining information really helps. A few days later my manager and her 2IC asked me to come to a meeting. They then told me that the girls were so impressed with how I took initiative and by being able to successfully sell that they decided to put me on the shop floor instead of stocks. Ever since that day, I made sure that I continued to do my best and all those years researching really helped. Like you said, don't wait for them to train you. In fact, we were so busy that when my manager was about to train me, I took my initiative once again and just kept selling. She was so impressed of the fact that she didn't even have to train me at all. Of course, she would still have to give me some sort of training and information, but otherwise I believe I trained myself. They even asked me to come back the second time, which I did. However, because they lacked the vacancy for another store person we had to wait out the end of my contract. But it's good to take note that among all the other xmas casuals whom they let go two days before XMAS, they kept giving me shifts until my contract ended. Like you said as well, if you're hard working and you're good at selling, I won't need to find a job. The Regional Manager knew about me as my manager, 2IC, and customers kept giving them good feedback about me. I even had customers telling my manager that she HAS to keep me when they found out I was only a XMAS casual. Some of my customers even come back specifically for me. In the end, they were the ones finding me a job. They want me to stay in the company. Unfortunately, I also applied for another job as I couldn't wait for them to find me a position. (I only had to wait 2 weeks after my contract expired, but still) I called up the regional manager and told her about the situation, she told me "should you ever need a job, give me a call, and I will find you a position here in Body Shop. We want you to be a part of the company and we thank you for your hard work." It is such a good feeling to know that you have done your best and that your employers acknowledge them and are grateful. So, from always dreaming about a job in Body Shop I get to this. It's an amazing feeling, truly. So, yes. I truly believe in EVERYTHING you taught me in this video. Thank you and please keep up the good work!
I'm going in for an interview for a sales position, these videos are filling in gaps and encouraging some good habits I have and don't have. This video in particular is helpful to everyone in every position. Being good at sales = good at life.
Agree 100%, i became a Short Term Sales Advisor for a Year now, am 25 and must say it is Alot of Work as We have a Very Very Young Team, but the Knowlidge and the Way of Selling Comes threw Extra Work Extra Studies and Know how to Work according to a CLients Need. Thanks VIctor, keep up the Sales Powerbal
Great, i really love your unique style! I think that you're gonna agree that, in life, our absolute purpose, should be ALWAYS learning from others. So let me give you a small advice (without trying to be a smartass). You'll notice a huge difference by changing your "Don't forget to subscribe" sign with "Remember to subscribe".. Thank you and *Keep us motivated!*
I just started working at best buy I know my stuff and can talk to anyone. This last week I was selling more than everyone in the store. I want to keep up my knowledge on how to sell better and be better than anyone in store! Great talk Victor
I've got a second interview with Value City Furniture tomorrow and I think this is really going to help me land the job and thrive in it. Thank you so much!
Awesome information. Sometimes you have to pay thousands of dollars to no so pros to give us a sales training and here you give it for free. That is just phenomenal. Keep it up Victor.
Thanks so much for this information victor. I am an upcoming entrepreneur and current sales person. I believe 100% the information you have presented to us. I will be the best in sales!! thanks for the motivation :)
I have just started a job in sales. I have worked retail for years, and I thought that those years would prepare me, but it did not. I realized that I was a fish out of water in the sales world. So thank you for your videos. They are gonna help me so much.
Finally a video of someone successful at sales and willing help others become so! After wading through slush piles of "I hated working for company X" videos, I have found something worth my time to watch. Thank you!
I am a regional sales manager for a wireless carrier. I oversee 50 retail locations. Sometimes it is difficult to get "the idea" of salesmanship to retail sales people on the sales floor. I will share this video and your technics to increase sales awareness. Excellent!
Outstanding work Victor. I self generate leads and sell about 80 deals a year at $7000 for a gross in the mid 500's. It's so much fun to love what you do and do it well and how awesome that you share openly tips and mindsets to facilitate. I know when I'm slacking off and when I'm doing my job. I believe in what I sell so much that I know if they don't buy from me they will get less value. It makes me worth more and more motivated to help them overcome objections. I just can't tell you how much I appreciate your words and your sharing. You sir, are the man. - Dave
I started field marketing last week for solar panels and imediately had trouble hooking the homeowner with our program that would save them money. This video gave me some "insight" on how I present myself. I'm going to start breaking of from the script and make some new pitches of my own. Thank you very much.
i will start working as a property agent for the first time. still new at this but your video helps me a lot. it encouraged me to have confidence and look forward to become a successful agent. Thank you, Victor Antonio
Im showing your video to my boss on monday I keep preaching what you say and I will have this video show the rest of my sales team. When they say "amie your jusy lucky" ill say no I know how to sell
Wow. Pay attention to that body language. He's getting you involved and making his points more powerful just by using his hands and stance. Very well done.
Wow. just started my first call center job and this will help alot, what i really take from this is the "Insight" very powerful keyword that i will implement from now on. Thank you sir!
After watching this I really becoming a fan of you.New idea I learn today , that is ask my customers "why you buy from us??" its really great tactics to know what is my strength. Thanks Victor.
I'm a 20-year-old real estate agent that started in this year and because of watching your video constantly, I made my first sale.
big thanks to you!!

Did you get the job man? I'm trying to get into car sales as well, so nervous!
EH stay in school . Don’t do car sales unless you absolutely have no other choice . Lol
David Tsarukyan lol why
I currently work in Residential project sales and listened to your videos about a 1year ago. As soon as I applied a straight forward process my sales went through the roof! Just buy listening in to 3-4 of your videos, Very valuable information.
Thanks Victor!
Great to hear Owen and thank you for the feedback...Keep Sell'n!! VA
@Del Ata - this video gives you the right mindset. Now, watch my series, "How To Sell"...that's a great second step. Best of luck!
I will do so sir! Thank you
Great presentation. Clear, smooth and direct to the point. If you are a first time sales person, this video will help you encourage to go further. I've been in sales and marketing management for more than 12 years already and I still watch this instructional (and yet inspirational) video to keep me in-line and on track with my sales skills and goals.
+Carlo Jose Thank you Carlo! VA

Thank you for the refresher and the push to build my confidence in sales again.
Thanks for watching Kimberly!
My best sales message!

Sales Excellence: How to Become the Greatest Salesperson in the World! The ultimate sales manifesto!
I don't like complaining about work, which is a good habit as I was told :D
The time came when the store was completely understaffed that I decided to take initiative and sell.
We want you to be a part of the company and we thank you for your hard work."
It is such a good feeling to know that you have done your best and that your employers acknowledge them and are grateful.
So, from always dreaming about a job in Body Shop I get to this. It's an amazing feeling, truly. So, yes. I truly believe in EVERYTHING you taught me in this video. Thank you and please keep up the good work!
TheSugarSniper What a great story and testimony! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Freaking AWESOME morning pep talk! I'll for SURE be listening to you often. Thanks Victor!

I am a regional sales manager for a wireless carrier. I oversee 50 retail locations. Sometimes it is difficult to get "the idea" of salesmanship to retail sales people on the sales floor. I will share this video and your technics to increase sales awareness.
Excellent!
Thank you for watching!
I love all your videos...
- Dave
