    I haven't done a step workout since about 1996, when with the help of Gin Miller and Kathy Smith I did it all the time to help me stay in shape and keep my weigh in check. Here I am in 2019 jumping back into Step, and Jenny Ford is awesome. Her energy is perfect and her directions are spot-on. Thanks Jenny!

    I am not brand new to step but I prefer straight forward moves to lengthy, intricate combos. This was perfect for me for the morning after Thanksgiving, when I need to get moving and shake off the excesses of the day prior but not go all-out. Thanks, Jenny!

    Haven't done step since 1997 but decided to treat myself to a step from some Christmas money. Finally got it out today and did this. Wow! I remembered how much I enjoyed it but also what a great workout it was. And I'm 26 years older than I was then!

    LOVE the comic book step animation !! Great beginners routine. I'm up at 3:30 a.m. . The guy on your right with the constant smile & positive attitude really helped to start my day & workout on an upbeat. I found myself smiling just because he was . Thanks !

    I've never done step aerobics until quarantine, when I was desperate to find ways to break a sweat. THANK YOU SO MUCH for these amazing, easy to follow, non-intimidating workouts. I'm actually excited to be able to spend time indoors having a nice workout!

    I have been enjoying all your workouts, including step workouts. I have been stepping for many years, but discovered that many of the workouts available had too much difficult choreography. I was so happy to find your step workouts, which are challenging and interesting with great variety, but not crazy choreography. Thank you for filling a gap in the workout world. I also appreciate your style of teaching, as well as your pleasant speaking voice. Keep up the good work Jenny!

    I'm an experienced stepper, but I really enjoyed getting back to basics. I guess I've picked up bad habits and it's nice to go back to the beginning and just refresh my ailing memory and make sure that I'm doing everything's right so I get the best out of my workout, whether it's basic or advanced. It also prepares me for the new Coast to Coast programmes! Love this! x

      You are absolutely right! I also know all the basic and intermediate stepping moves, but I agree that it is a good thing to repeat all the basic moves from time to time! 🤗👍.....and it's good fun, anyway!

    It has been three weeks since I first discovered you and this video series (and left a comment here for you). After busting my hump for those three weeks using your beginner step videos (and a walk-at-home video series), I've finally made it all the way through this video from start to end without stopping, pacing around my living room, and missing whole sets. It was looking a bit iffy around 64%, but I did it. It was much tougher to get here than I was expecting. I'm a cyclist who can do a 100km ride, but a 30 minute step video felt like trying to climb Everest. Thank you. Onwards to #2. :)

    OMG! I've been waiting for a beginner step workout like this one! Thank You Jenny! it was a great workout and got my heart rate in the fat burning target . I probably need to stay at this level for a couple weeks but when I'm ready to move on I will be purchasing your program.

    Thanks so much for these beginning videos! I have had three foot surgeries in the past year and a half (the last one was 5 months ago) and haven't been able to exercise very much. Today I got the "all clear" from my podiatrist to resume aerobics. Your videos are perfect for someone trying to gradually restore their stamina. I'm looking forward to completing all your step hero series.

    I somehow missed the whole "step revolution" of the 90s, despite having been in the gym for 15 hours a week at the time. With social distancing and isolation dragging on, I thought step might be the perfect addition to my at-home fitness training regime (rowing, cycling, suspension training, and yoga). This is a really nice beginner video. I did find it a little bit fast, and unfortunately I couldn't find an option to slow the video down a little on the Xbox I was casting it to. It may take me a couple of attempts to get up to speed, but I'm really looking forward to working through the rest of the series and moving on to more of your workouts. Maybe I'll be able to outstep my 74-year-old mother by the time I'm through them. :) Thank you for letting us try before we buy, too.

    I love step! it has been awhile since I have done step on a daily basis & I really need to get back to it & be a Step Hero! Using my Wii Fit stepper so my stepper isn't as long, not good for the V steps. I need to purchase myself a "real" stepper! I want to know how you got your kiddos to do it with you! I am envious! So awesome! Thanks for the great step videos!

    Sorry but I think this is too fast for a beginner, needs to be about 118 BPM.
