    Heck I didn’t know that I can exercise so slow and still reap the same benefits. Thank God. This makes anyone that hate exercise want to exercise at any age level.

    Love the steps workout...keep them coming. Hi Mochi! Your workouts have mad me more fit...I am now walking 2 miles a day as well...and about 3 hours of your workouts. Your mom seems to be more fit too...love her!!!

    I found your videos accidentally and have so enjoyed the 7 day challenge and the 10 minute step challenge. I do both daily. I also have a personal trainer on Mondays and Wednesdays and I do feel better after the ravages of Covid two years ago. You and your mom are great and mom’s dry humor is so refreshing.     I just did this work out today I have lupus and that causes a lot of arthritis but I wanna thank you. I enjoy doing different workouts from you and your mother every day. Thank you for everything you do it is really helping me.❤

    I discovered Yes2next when watching cat videos! They are amazing for beginners and seniors, I am 67 year old retired woman. I had knee replacement surgery and was literally home bound for six months .
    I began with the walk in place videos & have tried many more ! They are doing wonders for me, I know longer need assistance with stairs and household tasks. The key is to strengthen your body! If they demonstrate an exercise I can’t do , I can improvise and still get benefits. I love Muchi 😻, my own cats “help” me out as well! Thank you so much for your simple steps to improve longevity!

    This is the perfect starter workout for me using a step. I have had issues with stairs and now with arthritic knees and sketchy hips from a fall, this I can do without injury. I love your cat, but mostly I love your mom. Seeing a happy enthusiastic senior doing these exercises gives me hope. You also stress taking rest or water, and that is so important for a starter programme. Thank you both and Moochie.

    💕Thank you both for such a do-able video especially for those who are older or have physical limitations. Just found it this morning December 27th 2022 and already feeling uplifted. These videos are for anyone who has ever wanted to get healthy but thought it was too difficult. Thank you and mother for sharing this life changing videos and taking away the overthinking part. No more guilt or being hard on yourself anyone can do these exercises. Health permitting.😊😊

    It's been awhile since I did step - forgot I even had a couple of them - Got it out and did this video. I did do it a bit faster as I was able to - but fun and I plan to do more of your videos. And I absolutely love the cat showing up in the videos.

    I had knee replacements and am super-morbidly obese. I find it hard to exercise and have no motivation. I loved this and am looking forward to doing it again!

    Super, I saw this just in time to do it before lunch. As you say it makes me feel dewy and even “do-ey”, which is better than “do-nothing-y” . My cat’s idea of exercise is to walk around on top of the step when I’m trying to use it so Mochi is very well behaved 👍 I put my kitty out on the porch

    I don't usually comment but I am very impressed. I have just started losing weight and exercising at 57. I love your exercises and the way they get me started after not exercising for 30 years. I have lost 40 pounds and using your mom as a good example is wonderful. I follow her the whole time until I get stronger. Just know you and your mom are appreciated.

    My Mochi (Poppy) loves watching me do these workouts, her favourite bit is the inhale/exhale hands 😂
    I've done a few of your workouts but recently got an exercise step. I'm absolutely thrilled that you've done this video! I'm trying to build my knee strength and coordination, my lower back pain usually stops me doing bending and reaching types of movements so I'm very happy I could do this workout to the end, thank you keep up your amazing work❤❤

    Started this morning and this was brilliant for me to follow and lovely to see your Mum doing them too. I try to do my 10,000 steps each day a bit of Tai Chi but not having stairs have realised I need to increase my heart rate!! Well done and a big Thank You

    Hello ladies, I would just like to say a big thank you for your step video. I am type 2 diabetic and was looking to start step exercises as a way to get and loose weight and he'll my diabetes. Most other workouts on TH-cam are a little intense for someone over 50 but I love yours and hope you keep doing them

    I'm glad I found this workout I have been looking for a workout that will help my balance. I was told by my neurologist that my right side of my brain has dominated my left side my walking is off and I have some memory loss. I like this exercise I can take my time and not push it thank you. Wished I'd learned this last year.

    First time ever doing a step workout it was challenging for me. I had to use a chair like mom, but I have to work up to letting go. I finally used my yoga mat I was happy about that. I was wanting a new challenge! Thank you!

    Thank you for this workout. 😺 Mochi seems to like jumping on the chair for his idea of a step. He's grown so much since earlier videos. Here, on the prairies of Canada, we're stepping into Fall getting ready for winter, which means being indoors more. A few days ago, I was thinking about stepping, but concerned about safety. I set a goal to walk the hallways and do the stairs where I live so I'd have a handrail for support. Eventually, a walking and stairway workout path will go from the main floor to my floor. Then your video came adding to my desire for steps! Always look forward to Tuesdays. I appreciate that you say slow is ok. Those words are so freeing! Thanks for recommending a step from Amazon. Like the balance work. Would you recommend a mat like the purple mat in your video for purchase?

    Late to the party, but at least I am here now :) I am nearing my 60's and have put on loads of weight over the last 10 years, too much to be honest. I am out of breath just walking upstairs and I think it's time to do something about it, found this video am on day 5 of doing the exercise. My calf muscles really hurt (which is good) just doing this for 10 mins, my question is, when do I try the 30 min workout ? Do I wait until I can do this one without pain ?

      We're so glad you made it to the party and are proud of you for making a commitment to get healthier and stronger. 🎉 It's awesome you're on Day 5 with this workout! 👏 It is best to build strength and stamina gradually. Since you are experiencing soreness after 10 minutes, take a day or two to rest and/or do gentle stretching or walking. You build strength during rest periods. Also, drink water to stay hydrated. Build up to 30 minutes gradually -- after a workout rest day, do a 10 minute workout again and see how you feel. If you're sore, stay with this workout until it feels easy and no pain. Not sore? Next time try a workout for 11-15 minutes. While it's great you want to increase your exercise time (love your enthusiasm!) listen to your body and build up to 30 minutes at your own pace. You got this! ❤️

      Safety is most important - the step you use should be sturdy and should not slide around. Also, it should be wide enough to enable your entire foot to fit on it as you step. Here are links to the steps that my mom and I use which are available via Amazon!
