Honestly yeh wali video krke khud ko kaafi achga feel hota haj and yeh easy bhi lgti hai,I hope k,doosri wali krne k liye bhi , kuch time baad capable go jayu..

Hello Gunjan, This one is excellent info for me. I am following your weight loss diet and videos for the last 15d. So far it is good that I have lost about 2kg weight and enjoying the tasty food mostly made in one pot type cookings. Tomorrow I have to go to tour (Delhi) for a couple of days, I was wondering how I can do my morning walk etc., Thanks for this video, I will do this and morning walk when it is possible.
