I have an eviction happening right now. Constable bought a lock out notice to my door for the 14th but my court date is set for the 20th. Is this legal? I’m in Phoenix.

Illegal. If your court is set , they can't force you out, not change the lock to lock you out. They need to go through the court process.
Similar to the landlord threatening to bring cops etc., they can't do anything until an official court order shows the judge granted the landlord the eviction.

I had a tenant put a deposit on my rental March 4 for April 1st. About 3 days before moving in she disclosed she had a pet. I emailed her that she chose not disclose that information at the time of deposit so now I will be changing a pet deposit. She said that's not going to work out. Do I have to return her deposit part or full? She tide my property up for almost a month

I live in Arizona and I couldn't pay my rent. so I pay them half. And they gave me a promise to pay paper on 22th, but now I have my money on the 26th all of it. can they evict me. I told them what happened And they say I have to still pay on that date 22nd?!

We cannot give legal advice, I would reach out to a tenant-landlord lawyer.
