Thank you Andy I. Chen! We only have free legal aid one day a month in our tiny town and I'm always trying to help people. Your video is very informative and easy to understand. You're a good man!

Andy I chen it gives tenant more time to destroy the property. Landlords are not the bad people. We have expenses. When I evict I go straight to the courts

"Stay of Eviction"? Interesting. If an Evicted Tenant has the financial capacity, they can pay to stay a little bit longer while they are in transition of moving out.

So in reality,, renters have no rights.. And they at the mercy of landlords.. And can throw you out at anytime they want..

I strongly dislike anyone who encourages tenants to abuse landlords/landladies. You agree to pay rent for a home that is not yours. Yes, we know you have rights, but not need to evil. It is not the tenants personal property. Eviction matters give the owner a lot of anxiety simple by having someone on property who does not own it. I'm speaking specifically against, young, able-bodied tenants who come in to play loud music, do drugs, bring friends over, refuse to clean, unsafely modify electrical wirings and then call the code enforcement officer on the landlord/landlady, etc. evicting someone is a horrible experience mentally

agreed. If PG&E can stop service without it being a civil action requiring court, and if the water company can turn off the water without going to court how come a landlord cannot arrest a tennent for trespass 45 days after getting a 3 day notice for failing to pay rent. The sheriff can determine any evidence the tenant has that he did pay rent and failure to show evidence is the foundation for an arrest for trespass. I have no problem giving a tenant 30 days rent free to leave but if you make me go to court and refuse to answer the charges in writing under penalty of perjury and get free legal aid to find every stupid defect in service of a non-payment claim then to me the renter is an A$$ and deserves to go to jail.

"evicting someone is a horrible experience mentally"
It's a walk in the park for the landlord, compared to the tenant who is about to *lose their home* .

If this gives the owner a lot of "anxiety", then maybe they shouldn't be in the rental business. Landlords do a lot of illegal things too.

delay? Try giving that stimulus check(s) to your landlord vs a new iPhone, just saying.
