My brother owns House converted into Rental apartments. He takes cash ONLY. His house is in dire need of repair to the point that his renters are in danger. I tried to tell the authority's about the risky home structure & was completely enored. so I just gave up & to this day I wonder if the house fell down yet. Insane in the membrane.

Thumbs down! Nobody needs to know how to spot fake paystub. The question is how to make it. Like when trying to get a car loan they ask for proof of income. So you need some kind of paystub.

If the tenant fights the eviction, you cannot proceed with the eviction if the judge rules in tenant's favor, so quit leaving the small details out, as if every landlord is automatically gonna win the eviction lawsuit. My eviction is illegal and I'm having trouble finding an attorney to countersue for harassment and mental distress. Don't assume all landlords will win.

I'm having a hard time right now financially and my landlord is threatening eviction hopefully I can get help from a agency because we have nowhere to go!!!

If the Tenant is part of a Tenant Union, what ever that is, but they cant be evicted? What kind of bullshit is that?
No 1-3 months. I would say closer to 5-8 months! Sherif backlog is 90 days. Court reschedules show cause hearing at least twice, so that's 60 days, plus 90 days for sheriff to evict plus all the rest wait times...that's king county.
Do these laws also apply towards leasing managers at an apartment complex?

hey hey, guess what! I am not getting scammed by a landlord who does not have a security deposit! nor will I allow a jew to out jew a none jew! fuck you!
What the hell is this shit?
If I was a landlord, I would just cancel the lease, refund the full security deposit back to the estate, giving the family as much time as they need to remove the furniture and I would help them out if they need any help, then I would just pay the costs of cleaning and preparing the unit for the new tenants out of my own pocket. I would tell the family that I'm sorry for their loss. The remaining outstanding rent will be eliminated, and no payment is required from the estate and the family.

I am facing a roommate in the home that I own that has suddenly become hostile to point of requiring a restraining order for my own safety. She is not a girlfriend, always been a business agreement, which is in writing for living here. Lived for over six years, but something mapeniacal happened, I figure it’s drugs. I gave the standard 30 day notice, on our month to month agreement 22 days ago. But that has little weight for evictions. I lost 4 biz days due to Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Just served the three and 7 day notice today. Police have arrived to my house over five times between various calls from the neighbors, myself and even her as some kind of threat for no reason. I have copies of the reports. Tonight it got really bad with her assaulting me and breaking my things. But the police can’t do anything because she lives here. So now I must file the restraining order. Same time, how do I get her served for the eviction, as she had worked from home and has no real other place to go. If she can’t be here, I figure she can’t be served by the sheriff. My life is in danger, which now comes first. How can I complete the eviction process? Maybe a plea to the judge?

It's almost been a year since we haven't had any running water he had a notice from the city for unauthorized use of water since February of this year and it's December and the landlord hasn't done nothing

"Consider adding a early termination fee to the agreement"... good luck getting it. If the tenant couldn't afford to pay the rent then they won't be able to afford to pay the termination fee. You could try to sue the tenant but if they are judgment proof you're just throwing good money after bad. Sometimes, it's best to cut your losses and move on rather trying to get blood from a rock.
