It really would be great to get more information about and on just how you are doing this I have been wanting to do this to a John boat and would like to get the information from you if you would like to share that with me ??? And I think you are make one of the best boats ever but to me just a little to small of a boat for that motor and out drive .....

You could of removed the side gunwhales and then drilled out the rivets and separated the top and bottom of the ski. Making engine removal much easier. You wouldn’t of have to remove the manifold
I could have also cut it open with a chain saw, LOL. George had a use for the hull so we left it intact. Thanks for watching!
