If you’d like to see examples of full workouts, one of my clients has started his own channel where he posts our sessions.

This might be a back attack video by Big Mike, but if you watch him closely on the chest press somewhere around 17:00, this variation of having the palms opened and mimicking a "converging high-five to the mirror" does make a lot of difference. Left my damn pecs sore for days. Yes, the lower pecs were pretty much equally spent even though it was a seated press. To be honest, I have incorporated these and others that Big Mike has put out and I have to say it is well worth it. This man right here deserves more subs and his channel is a hidden gem. Sorry BIg Mike, had to drop this on a back video. 😄

I come back to this video every week before my back workout and listen to Mike explain different angles and arm movement. This single tutorial is the reason for the progress that I have made and I can't thank Mike enough.

Another great back technique video! All the different machines used hit upper, middle and lower. Vertical, horizontal it doesn't matter. It depends on how you postion yourself and how your pulling. Thanks for adding your clients page to see his progress! He's at the right place with the right teacher!

For the last 3 years I've been training pretty seriously. Always had problems with lat development. It wasn't until I started following you about a year ago through the hd muscle channel and then your channel when you started it, that it finally clicked. I never realized I was constantly walking around with my back tight and scrunched up. The way you described opening up the back and getting full extension to really feel the lat might be the single biggest piece of advice I have gotten to date. Appreciate all you do your content is invaluable.

Great video. Watching your videos has taught me that I need to improve my shoulder mobility and my ability to flare my chest. So before I start my lat exercises, I try to loosen them up by moving the shoulders back and forth and up and down, and I practice flaring my chest. My lack of mobility in those areas, and the popular advice to lock them in from the start of each set may have been limiting my lat gains. I also have to work on my head forward (computer neck) issues.

Truth spoken as usual. I was actually pleasantly surprised by my lat development in the past few months but the ugly truth behind not being able to shake an almost regularly flaring up inflammation of the bicep tendon suggests I'm still botching execution of many of these movements. Thank you for the pointers and cues in this video.
