I cant imagine having all this crazy equipment to use and choose from to create workouts. I literally have 1 chest machine, 1 back machine and a leg press and leg extensions/seated hamstring curl. Also I nice cable system but everything else is barbell and dumbbells! I get great workouts with limited gear and I'm beyond grateful I've been able to use the gym almost the whole time thru the pandemic. But just the thought of how diff my mindset would be as far as creativity goes owning all these rare and beautiful pieces is bonkers!

@@dorianhamilton6738 when you train back or lays specifically is your lower back arched or rounded? I have an anterior pelvic tilt and I feel bc of that I tend to over arch.

Here’s a simple but effective cue for me, after yrs of little-to-no connection. Regardless of exercise, on every rep, really think about flexing your chest as though you’re attempting a “most muscular” chest pose. Just think about flexing the chest hard to initiate each rep, not pushing weight. It’s a huge difference in feel and mindset.
Training with mike basically all the sets have purpose behind them. He is picking exercises to target specific muscles and paces the workout to get you to a certain level of exhaustion and then stops and priorities post workout nutrition. (CarbHD + amino’s + creatine + sodium)
If these guys want a wide awsum thick back , go back to the old school, Or Train with ,Dorian yates,I'm sure he will accommodate you ,ps if you make through his training schedule. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣black country boy.
