- Hey everyone, this is the 2020 Fox Melee Techs Guide.
It's been a while, but its now finally here! The 2020 Melee Guides are 29 projects, meant to document as much Melee techniques into video form while being generally enjoyable videos to watch.
Special shoutouts to the Smash@Stockton and NJ SSBM scenes! Without them, I probably would not have had the drive to want to finish these guides.

Fox can bair from ledge, there's a two frame window on the jump if you don't fastfall. Everyone is just calling this the Kalindi bair since KJH is starting to use this a lot and is really consistent at it. The best way I've found to do this is back on control-stick, moving the stick along the gate to tap-jump and then doing a c-stick bair

for new fox players: i highly encourage you to practice consistent, grounded shines OOS using the c stick
Nope you should not use the C-Stick, shining out of shield should be done with a slide from y or x to b, as it's the same input and timing as multishining or jc shining. you gain no benefit from using the c-stick since you can't buffer the shine from the buffered jump from c-stick
you can actually get 5 lasers out from a full hop double jump
Probably on a platform, but not from base stage I think

Is armada shine any different from zelgadis shined blind or a shine spike
Armada shine involves the application of shine spiking fox in between his Up B Firefox hitboxes, but for the most part is the same
