Seeing you get emotional at the end result was so motivating for me. I finally own my own home and boy am I going to put magic in EVERY SINGLE ROOM! Well one room is for my husband. He's turning a spare bedroom into a theater room and it's got plenty of magic going on. I love the mural. I can't wait to do my own mural in my own creative space. 💖💖💖

That is gorgeous. And y'know, even in the winter I think it's going to still feel bright and welcoming and fiery-warm. And frankly, the tools actually add to it! The colors and shapes of the tools feel organic and weird and funky, even tho they're just, y'know, tools. For me, my create-space is a corner of a dining room, so I used three different fabrics I got at Michael's to make a drapey... curtain... stage thing. One fabric as the full backdrop, then two fabrics overtop each other swept back at the midpoint, if that makes sense. I'm considering adding some weird fabric trim to hold back the "curtains", but right now it's just yellow ribbon. It's very dramatic and bold and is SO different from the rest of my home it's very clearly it's own space where It Is Time To Create Up In Here. Love your videos, love you, see you next week!

While watching this video sitting in my mess of a garage, I looked back at the only wall that is dry walled. And the idea shot into my head to do a mural inspired by yours. I’m pumped and thank you for the inspiration 🤸♀️
I freaking LOVE this mural! It’s inspiring me to paint my giant pegboard that holds my woodworking tools. I have been struggling with loss of creativity for the last several months. While I would substitute the word "Spirit" for "magic" (and always encourage discerning whether it is good or bad), the bold color definitely enlivens the space. Must also feel great to see that ceiling insulation enclosed! Kind of love that we got to see the idea, but not every single step of the process, and then the final look. Love the flowers on the table. Bet that is a luxury that won't be able to stay in the day to day work of creating and using the space, but it looks terrific!
The yellow you used, English daisy, is my front door color and it also makes me very happy :) love how the mural turned out! It's fun to see you switch it up too!

That is so, SO AWESOME! I wish I had an ⅛ of the creative vision that you do! I loved the forest-y feel from the original mural… I would have loved to see some color brought in by building off of that forest look and livening up the white space with the Aurora borealis. The plant starts look like they need some extra light. They could use an extra lamp/grow light around a shoe length away from them. Up to 16 hours of light for seedlings! Mural looks awesome!! I'm always here for more colour!! This is inspo!
The funny thing about this video is that last night I was binge watching all the videos I have missed. One of them was the current mural. LOL! Now the very next day I'm watching it change again. :)
So fun! One option, if you did want to create something around your tools later or in another space, would be to use removable vinyl cut from a cricut. That way they could be repositionable? Would love to see you take the colors from the mural and use them to pain the insides of the boxes of the wall to the right that use you as shelves? Could make the space even happier.

On the wall with the exposed framing you're using as shelving, you could paint each little shelf square a different color using the same colors from the mural :3
This is awesome. If you are stumped about covering the gaps at the peak, you could take some white wood and screw it into the other wood you put up but perpendicular so there would clearance for the lighting cords.

It’s crazy that I literally looked at the tagboard last week and thought “it’s been a while since you’ve seen the pegboard” I guess I just knew that it was time for a refresh. Turned out great I’m glad you love it.
