Bought a non hybrid CROSS for my daughter 2 years ago. Not one issue so far. AWD works good on dirt roads and mild stuff. Great car. Trouble free.
Nice!
As someone who owns the CC SE Hybrid, If you have the time and money to wait for a Rav4, and you have a family of 4, go for the Rav4. This is a FANTASTIC daily with a comfortable height but it is NOT a good family car. The lack of a spare tire and space for a spare tire is a BIG thing to watch out for. The included fix-a-flat foam renders your tire virtually unrepairable if you get a nail. Buying a patch kit along with a lug wrench and jack is a very good idea that will save you a lot of money.
Would you recommend this to someone just looking to take his dog on adventures?
@@playallato It's not a off roader but any paved path adventure (hard dirt trails too) is fine
Huh? Mine has a spare tire in the trunk? Wym? :0, at least thats what the car dealer said. Ive had no reason to check yet
@@Bizcachita The Hybrids don't have a spare tire. The spare well has a big immovable power cable for the electric motors blocking the space.
When was the last time that you changed a spare tire ? I’m 80 and my answer is never.
It probably doesn’t matter but the instrument cluster isn’t a sticker. It’s all printed on a sheet of clear plastic, that’s how they can make all the indicator icons show up different colors and still disappear when not illuminated.
Are you sure you can get a 9” infotainment screen in the XSE? I don’t recall seeing that option available when I ordered mine.
excellent video. Thank you very much! 👌🏻👍👍👍
thank you
I love this blue! My husband has a Reservoir Blue Camry (2023 XLE AWD) -- love all the subtle badging that no other video I've watched has shown us. I am planning on ordering the XSE CCH early next year so that I can take delivery by October, when my current Hyundai lease ends.
Great video, but can you wave you have your hand around in front of the shot a bit more, I could see too much of the car.
Does the lane keep assist function by itself? Or do you have to have the adaptive cruise control on too?
From my experience in our Corolla Cross it works by itself.
Will a spare tire kit fit in the rear area in place of the foam? Is a spare tire an option?
I was thinking the same. Just cut off that wire for rear wheels. Right on middle
Not in the hybrid due to some of the wire harness being in that spot
Enjoyed the video. I put down a deposit just a couple of weeks ago on the XSE hybrid. Was told a 6 month wait plus or minus. After comparing with Rav4 and a couple other models, am happy with the decision to go with the Corolla Cross Hybrid.
why does it need to wait for such a long period?
@@Slybabyfox It is a standard wait time. We waited over 4 months for our new Camry hybrid.
@@dawnpatrolgolf in China, any car except cybertruck will be delivered in less than 4 weeks
I'm in California. I got the Corolla Cross Hybrid within a couple of days of looking for one.
6 months? Here in PA 2 years waiting time.
Wait it doesnt have the blue badge? On the front?
Its too bad nobody can buy one . They look good.
Where did you see that you can get a 9 inch screen on XSE?
I believe thats only in canada. Trims in the US all include 8 inch without upgrade option besides the jbl speakers
XSE? I just need the SE, not a fan of moonroof, better speakers, and extra cost for a budget SUV. 18 wheels are going to feel a bit more rough vs 17.
I am looking at the XSE. The options you mentioned are not included with the XSE, as they are part of the optional Convenience Package. The SE is good but I prefer leather like my last 2 crossovers.
are you sure ? higbrid better than gas ?
dose it fix a lot ???
Check the price, 3-4K more expensive.
Toyota Hybrid is one of the most reliable in the business. Of course it’s better, less Brake pad change, less gas usage. They’re have been around for over 20 years.
videos will be so much better without so much movement/zooming in and out.
Good note 📝
And you don’t have to show “five” with your hand, it’s like your hand is there constantly.
Rookie video, what no face showing
No spare tire???
You get a nice big foam instead
Only a patch kit/air compressor. A spare would interfere with the essentials for the rear wheel ev motor.
When was the last time you changed a spare tire ?
Please nobody choose the silver color, it makes a non exciting car look more boring. White, red, and blue paint gives it more personality.
