Remember the xbox is not very portable like the switch, if you leave it unplugged for a while it will have trouble starting. Thats my experience. Mine eventually fixes after a while.

Technical support. Xbox one suddenly turned off without warning last night, has power to it, but doesn't turn back on. All button sounds are positive, but the power doesn't light up and nothing from internet has helped. It's never overheated entire time I've had it. Power brick is in standby, I plugged a laptop cooling fan into it and it has power. Anytime I press the On button on controller, the fan is interrupted, but otherwise nothing happens.
I found a fix if ur power supply is dodgy or turns off randomly. I jus blocked the fan. then xbox giv me the overheating warning then when I take out the thing stopping the fan it makes the fan go rlly fast then doesn't turn off no more :) try idk if it helps.

Hi there I have the same problem with my Xbox series s and I took it apart just to get to the cpu chip and I clean the cpu and the heat sink also and put new thirmal past on the heat sink and re asimbel the Xbox and it starts up and now it's working 100%
I’m not sure why or how but my Xbox was doing the same thing and this fixed it 😂 Edit: It did it a few days ago and this method made it work again but I’m not sure how many more revives it’s got left. 😂
I would reccomend vacuuming it out the best you can it seems like that's helped a few others, I tried for a while with the blower and vacuum but was pretty certain the power surge got to it

Sorry to hear that, I would try out reddit if you couldn't find anything else on TH-cam. Its alot cheaper to find the problem and fix it then to buy another one but sometimes its alot harder than that lol

So I had the issue of my console (console is an Xbox One S and only about a year an a half old) turning on but my tv has the no signal. I tried the eject button power experience multiple times, put it up to the vent in my room to warm it up since I don't have a blow dryer, didn't work. Been doing this since late last night. I thought it might be a HDD issue, HDMI damaged (which shouldn't be because I don't unplug it often), but I did notice my fan seemed like it was weak. So a thought just occurred to me... Block the fan with one of my game cases. So I took my Borderlands Handsome Collection case for PS4 and sure enough it cut on. I don't recommend leaving the case on for too long for obvious reasons, but another idea for anyone else going through the struggle. Godspeed to you all out there.

It happened to me today thought I was absolutely fucked but I took the power cord that was plugged into the wall and plugged it into my power strip that I new had power in it and I pushed the power button on the console and it worked
I haven't yet I'm pretty sure it's the Internal Power Supply so I got one from Ebay and still waiting on it to arrive. It cost 38$ but I post the video on Reddit and many people suggested it was the IPS as well

if you know you cannot put a console or pc on a rug or cotton material because it will burn upp the xbox pc or ps4 and it will over work it that’s why it may not be working

Blow dry all vent sides for 1-3 mins let it cool off for 10 mins repeat 3-5 times then sit it in front of fan with power cord in.. worked for me

I have only have had this happened when I left the disc in it. Always take the disc out when your finished, that worked for me
