Xbox one x turns on then after 5 seconds turns off Fix

My xbox console turned itself off and now it just won't boot back up fully, I clicked the Xbox power button and the light and sound happens then after 3 or 5 secs it turns it self off
power supply issue but how can it power up like normal for a few secs then just power down. I hope this video helps
