I'm working on these too! I'm quite liking them so far. It looks like we built the druid and the orc pretty similar but had different ideas for the others. :-)

Hi Brent, yeah I think they are pretty cool too, especially if you have loads and start to build up a nice bits box, then comes the fun of mixmatching parts to make completely new characters =)

Its interesting to see wizkids branch into the sprue based model game. Its kind of refreshing because my biggest complaint with their models was the fact that I couldn't do finishing work or cleanup without chopping the models apart and reassembling them afterwords. This is an exciting move forward.
Aside from that have you already experimented with the sprue material yet boss?

The best part about all of the left over bits is that they an be used to detail other builds or figures. Like weapon racks and tables for general dungeon clutter.

Is that a new cutting mat? Your hobby space is looking extra crisp and clean today!
These new WizKids models are very cool! I like the options and bits they come with, I haven't seen that from WizKids before. They look a bit too big for kitbashing with my GW stuff but, I think they're cool enough to buy on their own! Definitely sharing this with the D&D buddies, thanks MiniHob!

Have you seen the work over at RP Archive? It’s amazing. I don’t play these games, but I think these concepts translate well into models and other miniatures as well. I think your Sprue project might be adaptable to his magnetic tile systems.

I'm pretty intrigued by this development. One of the big complaints for me with WizKids is the fact that they're difficult to clean up. These seem to have better molded detail, too.

    "New kind of glue"?
What is this heresy against Tamiya that you speak?
As for the new Wiz Kids minis, I've heard that their prices will give GW pause.
And also, let me know when they have a sci-fi range. D&D bores me.

Great!!! Bought a pair of sahuagin from Wizkids. The minis still in a single piece and no chance of personalisation. If Wizkids new minis are like yours I'll be most pleased.
Never used Army Painter paints. Had some troubles with Vallejo because some colors lack of pigments, and I eard that A.Painter is worst...but from what I saw here, those D&D range looks very ok for me. I'll buy a Kings of War paint set and try those paints.
As Always, thanks you for the videos 🤩

I think the models look great and I love hard plastic but I dont understand why they made these in china. Most miniature companies like north star miniatures and GW are made in the UK and even wargames atlantic is switching production over to the US. If these companies can still make money outside of China why not Wiz kids?

@@MiniatureHobbyist i'm talking about wizkids had the perfect mini's being they where flexible so if kids or people in general drop em they don't break mini's from sprues are brittle they break easy but it's cheaper process of mass production and although i love sprue goo building and recasting i hate having tons of extra useless parts i'll probably never use. Your videos and yourself are genious my man keep on doin' what you doin' 👍🖖
