Back when i was younger i had developed this kind of behavior as a survival strategy, and now that I'm older and far away from that environment i don't know how to turn this off. I would love to see more videos on how to work on this.
Spot on. But, developing healthy emo flow, verses numb or negative emo flow, is challenging. Especially, if not modeled. An emoji flow chart of healthy and unhealthy emos van be useful, for the emotionally blind.

This cant be the only explanation. There are people with just on half of the brain and they have emotions. How can this be ?
There some different reasons, this is one, Anhadonia from depression is another.
