    They both look amazing! Is there anyway in the sweet Pecans to leave out the egg whites? Still get a good taste?

      It will be a little challenging as the egg whites really get the sugar to stick to the pecans. You could try butter if you'd like, though! I haven't tried it yet, but let me know if you do!

      It is dangerous... but so fun to go back and forth between the salty and sweet :)

    Tasty, but found out not to use kosher salt. It clumped all the spices together.
