Honestly, this house is even nicer than most of the more expensive ones on the main channel. That mountain behind it looked familiar, the place next door is just as beautiful.
Feeling of isolation...right above a major highway? In addition if I'm not mistaken there's another property to the side which sits elevated above this one with views into the backyard.
I never knew Enes was/is a wind surfer! The way he said it too was like it was a hobby for him, but when I looked him up, he is a 3 time windsurfing world champion! Tons of pics online of him surfing too. I gained a whole new level of respect. To be a world champion takes a certain type of person, regardless of sport. 1% type of athlete. Freakin awesome brother.
Definitly among my top ten favorite homes I have ever seen on any chanel. Open concept, just one level, clean and warm design without even the slightest bits of kitch, perfect sea view... this one checks all the boxes for me. Marisol Malibu are right on point with their developments in my opinion. What they aim for and achieve should be the industry standard considering the price point of luxury homes. Only improvement would be if it actually was in Hawaii. 😃 The landscaper got the Hawaiian vibe with the greenery and hardscape down perfectly. It is just stunning. The interior is so calming with the design choices,furnishings and that gorgeous wooden vaulted ceiling. Honestly I would even be very happy in the guest house. lol This one is definitely in my top 5 houses that you have toured. That list keeps changing though each time you add another video. This one is going to be extremely hard to beat with their respect to the environment. If I had that kind of money they would be the only developer I would go with. Thank you for the fantastic tour, stunning video, music and it is so nice to see Dal back with the team. My vote for your wardrobe choices are both. It clearly subdued my wild imaginations about multiple storey homes being more luxurious than single storey homes... Totally breath taking with a smooth walk flow and elegant architectural decor!!! The look of the house projected from the drone shot, as well as the blue tiles, reminded me a lot of Zero One, the Malibu mansion with an incredible garden and a beehive. When I found out that his property was done by Marisol, I was really excited. These single-story properties are exactly what a family with older parents or grandparents needs, which is my case. The views, the spaces, the pools, and the ease of movement make these houses inviting, social, and delightful to spend time in. I do have some criticisms, the staging in the house seems rushed. The house does not look warm and because of its size, a lot of rooms look empty, and that is down to the staging. The backyard and the tennis court make this property magical but for some reason, we did not spend much time there, why? The gym extending to the outdoors is a treat. I cannot overlook the fact that this video was recorded with beautiful weather, which makes the house seem Caribbean, relaxing, and just a great place to live.
I just realised why I find this tour fun to rewatch, it's from the same developer that had the zero carbon one on your main channel! That was the other tour I love to rewatch because I love the designs! 😮

Man I gotta say, I didn't read the title properly at first and just started the video. From the trailer I thought this was actually in Hawaii until you said "Welcome to Malibu" and I was like, wait there is a Malibu on Hawaii too? haha Absolute one in a kind and unseen before. The whole vibe and aesthetics..I bet it's hard to find any other home that comes even close in that area. This is my absolute dream property and with enough sweat and blood, one day inshallah.

It seems absurdist to say that $29,500,000 is a value, but I would say that applies here. Just 2 acres alone in prime Malibu would be many millions. The overall fit and finishes of this property are exquisite and yet it maintains a solid sense of function. The Zen qualities are over the top with a sense of serenity I've never seen before (SO private and tranquill). Have to agree with another commenter that this is my favorite tour that Enes has done (and that is saying a LOT). Bravo!

I love how the home cinema is right next to the living space. The house is also right next to where a scene from fast and furious and point break was filmed. Neptune's Net. Malibu is definitely my favourite place in California. Mainly because of the cliffside properties. Right at the bottom of the cliff, there's your own private beach. Those cliffside properties are better than the ones where, at the bottom of the cliff is a road leading to the beach

This is a beautiful symmetrical Hawaiian-style villa. I like the open design living room, dining room, and kitchen. I like the Three Islands kitchen. I like the symmetrical master bedroom that has the bed facing the view and the fireplace on the side (Ray Nosrati should learn from that). I like the master bathroom and the guest bedrooms. I like the wood ceiling.
That one had even more distance than usual, actually! Hopefully, it's been thought out and is not a problem. (maybe a special TV, or special isolation/ventilation of the fireplace...
I really love the clean/contemporary style of this house. And I absolutely agree, it does have a "Hawaii" feel to it. and I love the water vapour fireplaces. Another fantastic tour. Thanks again to you and your team - and both styles look great on you :o)

Great tour from Enes, Dal, and Erman. The property feels like it could work equally well as a bachelor's / bachelorette's home, a family's holiday home, or somewhere to rent for a few weeks and enjoy Malibu. I love these open living-dining-kitchen properties, and being so eco-friendly is a great way of having luxury while minimising the long-term impact of building them. On the subject of the music: my only request would be that you include the name and artists of the background you use (thank you for doing this for the intro music). The team is great at choosing music for these videos, and some pieces are surprisingly difficult to find. For anyone interested the Night Tour music appears to be "Lithium" by Andre Aguado.

The property feels like it could work equally well as a bachelor's / bachelorette's home, a family's holiday home, or somewhere to rent for a few weeks and enjoy Malibu. I love these open living-dining-kitchen properties, and being so eco-friendly is a great way of having luxury while minimising the long-term impact of building them.
On the subject of the music: my only request would be that you include the name and artists of the background you use (thank you for doing this for the intro music). The team is great at choosing music for these videos, and some pieces are surprisingly difficult to find.
