This absolutely blows “The One” away. So much personality. Love the darker theme, and all the classy glass, water, and metal. Such a modern look. This is the place of a man’s man! Can easily see a Mafia Boss living there or something. Even as massive as it is, it still feel like a home, unlike “The One.” Just incredible.
Agreed. Bigger isn't always better. This is sheer quality over quantity. All the bespoke elements and use of color (instead of office building white hues) really give this place an opulent, yet livable feel. About the only thing lacking is some wall art. Reminds me a lot of Drake's home interior. Pure elegance.

This is my FAVORITE out any house tours I have ever seen! I watched this fully and tried to watch “The one” tour and couldn’t get into it like this one! This home here is on a different level with detail and time taking vibes. The other videos are nice and have their own style but this one is on a different level. A vodka tasting room? The chandeliers are gorgeous! The flooring, doors…love it all!

I usually don’t love the absurdly expensive mansions, but this one is…wow. Absolutely incredible. The detail and personality of this home is unmatched. Easily the most impressive home you’ve toured on this channel and it isn’t even close.
With any of these mega mansions, the first thing I ask myself is whether I can walk around the place in my underwear. Because 'Murica! I dunno about the whole glass fish bowl thing. Great for parties but not always for privacy.

Honestly, I used to be an enthusiast about it, but I actually got over all this super-luxury houses thing. Suddenly I kinda came down to earth and now am more impressed and enthusiastic about "compact", less luxurious (but still expensive), very USABLE and cozy houses (like a 2700 sqft/250m2 - ONE BEDROOM house with extremely expensive USABLE stuff inside with the PERFECT floorplan with the maximum attention to detail possible).
To your point. This home was built to impress a large party, but baring large weekly parties, it is excess space. I may want more than one bedroom, maybe more like three or four, so close family can visit. But have space family can enjoy together.
The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the fact some of the corridors and even bedrooms didnt have windows, the views are stunning and id love to be able to see it from every place!!!
If I had the money to get this house ..would I see myself in it ? Absolutely not. Did I enjoy the tour anyways? Absolutely yes. That's one of the reasons I like this channel. This house is beautiful, yes, but it is also so cool to get a full proper tour by people who know what they are doing and seem to be passionate and enjoy what they’re doing as well. Good job.

Plot is too small for the price. The One you literally own an entire hill. Finishings and furniture are superior in this one but that's because they ran out of money in the1, it needs a few 10s of mill more which I'm sure the new owner will spend for quality tailored finishings.

Watching these videos makes me wonder what type of amenities and features I'd want in my mansion. This mansion basically has everything I'd want, but I'd also add an arcade / games room, bowling alley, basketball court and mini golf course.

eye, for detail ... for a hundred million dollar house, no absolutely not, definitely if I can spot all of these things first watch on video (which doesn't portray certain details as well as real life) @04:26 check out the elevator door, about 30-40cm above the door handle, that felt/material was applied horribly and already has discoloration or some other issue. @09:42 not even a soft close for the door, seriously, that's a basic feauture in most modern houses/closets nowadays EPSECIALLY at the ludacris high end they are working at. (also bottom of the door) @10:24 poor cable management and finishing. @15:01 crooked/skewed door handle when door is closed. Seriously a door handle that far off of horizontal would annoy the shit out of me. How can you say there was eye for detail if such obvious things were missed. If it's due to people visiting then it's even worse, because I would expect such an expensive house to be built to last. @15:15 top right corner, misaligned backwall panels ... 1-2 cm discrepancy in height @16:07 another door handle (right bathroom) @16:18 and @16:23 right bar/handle for hanging towels is not horizontal ... Didn't check most of it during night time
I don’t disagree, but it really is obscene. I mean seriously who lives in a place like this? God? It’s dope as hell but It’s just absurd, be honest. It’s just so funny to me how many people live there a family of four or five? “Oh dang I don’t wanna sleep in his bedroom tonight. Lets walk a mile and lets sleep in one of the other 50 bedrooms.” This is so stupid. I love how the guy in about 20:40 minutes says it’s a single-family residence 😂😂😂😂 Yeah, a single-family residence needs a dozen bedrooms, 50 bathrooms, a huge bar etc. etc. etc. lol

Jaw dropped. I have been watching luxury house tours on TV and YT for decades and this, without a doubt, has made me openly curse in amazement, more times than any other home I've ever seen. It's not that there aren't things I would want to change, it's the attention to detail and luxury that are outstanding. Case in point, that underground garage that can rotate the cars for a moving backdrop. SMH! Wow! Thanks so much for this tour!
One of the first videos I have seen that featured the listing agent and he seemed to be a genuinely likable guy. A lot of the listing agents they have come on I def feel like I could go without ever seeing lol this guy is truly grateful to be a part of this project and you can tell how much he cares about the place.
This property is the most SURREAL of all I've ever seen! Everything is stunning, from the simplest of details, to the incredibly designed garage. The view is without a doubt the most exuberant I have ever seen, it seems to complete the house. You, Enes, took care to show the smallest details with a careful presentation. I think visiting a mansion like this is almost like being inside a movie! I live in Brazil, and I discovered your work a short time ago, but I was extremely delighted.

Attention to detail in this house is on a completely different level. I am an interior designer and the mere thought of how long the design process of this house lasted makes me dizzy. The house is surprising at every step, but at the same time it is consistent and predictable (maybe apart from a few elements like a vodka drinking room, a dinosaur and a garage - I did not expect it). An interesting moment for me was when you walked past the hidden, "little" jaccuzzi on the master bedroom level. Then I thought - why was it not decided to have a jacuzzi with a view of the city? When we got to the highest level, everything became clear. Your great presentation skills and the work of a cameraman create an amazing atmosphere that you want to watch for hours. Thanks for that, it's just something else.
I'm an architect, but my background is in Civil Engineering. I'm impressed that a good portion of this house is on stilts, but from the inside you don't get a stilt feeling at all. You don't see a lot stilt platforms that have pools, "mind boggling". The material design is highest level, makes me wish I studied more than civil, although when I went to college there were no interior designs at this level (so maybe it wouldn't have mattered). I've been to many high end homes and this house is a marvel, although I would change a couple of things. Also, windometer is not a word, it's called and anemometer. Sorry, couldn't help myself! :D And respect to Enes. Just as I was thinking about the amount of homework he must have done, they talked about it.

Really that is more huge than normally , but that is all. Firstly that has invited thieft why do any robber Steal there ? Secondly it needs very much ! curtains . This home and the one you've toured in France with custom furnitures are my favorites. There is something about your tours especially if it is 40 minutes or more. I also love the dark tone used that reminded me of my other two favorites tour of yours in calabasas and hidden hills.

Honestly, I used to be an enthusiast about it, but I actually got over all this super-luxury houses thing. Suddenly I kinda came down to earth and now am more impressed and enthusiastic about "compact", less luxurious (but still expensive), very USABLE and cozy houses (like a 2700 sqft/250m2 - ONE BEDROOM house with extremely expensive USABLE stuff inside with the PERFECT floorplan with the maximum attention to detail possible).

To your point. This home was built to impress a large party, but baring large weekly parties, it is excess space. I may want more than one bedroom, maybe more like three or four, so close family can visit. But have space family can enjoy together.
The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the fact some of the corridors and even bedrooms didnt have windows, the views are stunning and id love to be able to see it from every place!!!
If I had the money to get this house ..would I see myself in it ? Absolutely not. Did I enjoy the tour anyways? Absolutely yes. That's one of the reasons I like this channel. This house is beautiful, yes, but it is also so cool to get a full proper tour by people who know what they are doing and seem to be passionate and enjoy what they’re doing as well. Good job.

@04:26 check out the elevator door, about 30-40cm above the door handle, that felt/material was applied horribly and already has discoloration or some other issue.

Jaw dropped. I have been watching luxury house tours on TV and YT for decades and this, without a doubt, has made me openly curse in amazement, more times than any other home I've ever seen. It's not that there aren't things I would want to change, it's the attention to detail and luxury that are outstanding. Case in point, that underground garage that can rotate the cars for a moving backdrop. SMH! Wow! Thanks so much for this tour!

This property is the most SURREAL of all I've ever seen! Everything is stunning, from the simplest of details, to the incredibly designed garage. The view is without a doubt the most exuberant I have ever seen, it seems to complete the house. You, Enes, took care to show the smallest details with a careful presentation. I think visiting a mansion like this is almost like being inside a movie! I live in Brazil, and I discovered your work a short time ago, but I was extremely delighted.

Attention to detail in this house is on a completely different level. I am an interior designer and the mere thought of how long the design process of this house lasted makes me dizzy.
The house is surprising at every step, but at the same time it is consistent and predictable (maybe apart from a few elements like a vodka drinking room, a dinosaur and a garage - I did not expect it). An interesting moment for me was when you walked past the hidden, "little" jaccuzzi on the master bedroom level. Then I thought - why was it not decided to have a jacuzzi with a view of the city? When we got to the highest level, everything became clear. Your great presentation skills and the work of a cameraman create an amazing atmosphere that you want to watch for hours. Thanks for that, it's just something else.
I'm an architect, but my background is in Civil Engineering. I'm impressed that a good portion of this house is on stilts, but from the inside you don't get a stilt feeling at all. You don't see a lot stilt platforms that have pools, "mind boggling". The material design is highest level, makes me wish I studied more than civil, although when I went to college there were no interior designs at this level (so maybe it wouldn't have mattered). I've been to many high end homes and this house is a marvel, although I would change a couple of things. Also, windometer is not a word, it's called and anemometer. Sorry, couldn't help myself! :D And respect to Enes. Just as I was thinking about the amount of homework he must have done, they talked about it.

The estate is way more better than "The One"! The One is just a big house, very empty and not very "home-y". This one is very elegant in its details that just by watching the b-rolls already got me in chills. Kudos to the team behind this excellent house.
