It's like asking yourself, would you like to appreciate absolutely beautiful house for 40 minutes, or for 1 hour 10 minutes instead? I am always choosing 1 hour 10 minutes (or whatever above). @Enes - maybe it's about the time to not remove the parts of the video and see whether they are well taken? Screw the "Video Best Practices" and some bullshit ruling youtube in terms of video length - I think that in some areas/categories, they may simply not apply.
But that house is governed by Arab Royal Oil Money and this house is governed by the failure in chief Gavin Newsom on the San Andreas Fault Line. These are not the same situations.
the prices are so high based solely on their location, even most of enes tours in LA have absurd price points because they are in either hollywood hills or beverly hills most of those houses would have their price reduced by A LOT were they in a different place
"Remodeling an older home like this is not easy." - Man, that is an understatement. It is so easy to detract from the property and ruin it's historic styling. It is far harder to enhance and modernize that styling while maintaining historic appeal of the property.

The trick is to modernize without losing the appeal of the traditional elements the original design had. Here, the kitchen, walk-in shower, etc paid homage to to homes history while giving the home an updated yet classic look.

Watching the home tours on other channels make you realize just how hard it is to pull it off with Enes' flare and smoothness. Other realtors don't appear to prepare the walkthrough. They don't know where they are going in the house, deciding as the go and it shows. They open door to tiny closets - why? No one needs to see it. The don't stage the room by turning the lights on advance, etc. Nobody compares to Enes.
Having grown up in the San Gabriel Valley, I am well acquainted with the Los Feliz area. I also have always admired the rich history of the area and the beautiful estates there. Such a stunning restoration of this magnificent home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

A reception, formal living room, outdoor living room, bar, seating-area in the formal dining room, family room, 2nd floor seating nook, 2nd floor covered terrace, couches in bedrooms, basement bar, basement living room - THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES TO SIT IN THIS HOUSE 😂 But wowowowow, the tilework alone in this house, and how it nods to early 1900's style, is GORGEOUS. I love that they kept the old world feel of it while modernizing it. Seriously chef's kiss.

Great tour, and thank you for explaining about not as much coverage of details making it to the final cut that's uploaded to TH-cam. This tour seemed to have a lot of details covered, but I understand wanting to keep the length manageable, so going into even more detail could be saved for the homes more closely-tied to well-known celebrities. One of the big reasons I subscribed to this channel was recognition of the details and the craftsmanship that goes into the aspects of these homes, so know that your knowledge is always appreciated when you share it. Secondly, big shoutout to Cody. I do miss Mikey being behind the camera, but Cody matches Enes' enthusiasm for the properties and it brings a different energy to the videos. I hope this pairing continues for many years to come.

What a fantastic tour and property! This is by far my absolute favourite property of the vintage houses that you have toured. They managed to improve it so much and not ruin the character of it at all. Also love that they left that wooded area with the pathway and areas to sit. I loved both designs for the workout area but my preference is definitely your's with bright airy minimalist layout. Kasra did an amazing job! My vote is definitely for longer videos but then when you explained I thought okay I get it. With you tube videos I just treat longer videos as being part 1 and part 2 but I realise not all are going to do that so you and your team have to keep that in mind. Any chance on including the extra details on the Shorts page or even on Enes Plus? I keep coming back to your channel for the details, big and small, that you point out and of course the superb quality of your videos. The camera work is always brilliant!
Wow the renovations were neat! I pause to look at some of the before and after. I absolutely LOVE the primary suite hers bathroom 🥰😍 wow! Also - I personally do not mind the multiple seating areas in this home. Dome of the commenters mentioned to many seating areas 🤭 It is staging and if you don’t like it well cool thing is.. you can create your space to your liking. We also have free will to not buy a home this size 😁 I like my prime residence to have spaces where we can go if we want to a change. A getaway space in the home. ☺️✨ Bravo! 💜
I think if there is a floor plan in the video it makes the video so much better because you know where you are all the time and it’s easier to get the full picture of the house

An amazing estate and tour! 🤩 My one and only, minor critique: is that the two guest homes should share the same exterior design language and aesthetic, limestone walls and Spanish tile roofing. That would make the overall grounds even more impressive.
Fanastic home and gardens fusion between old and new , needs a few million in deco and furniture to finish it off and it could be absolutely stunning and iconic .. loved it ... especially the little wild gardens .. might need to watch this more than once to take it all in .. you could really relive the glam of the 1920's in the home .. :D
@@EnesYilmazer Ok , this house is brilliantly redesigned with modern insertions that seamlessly blend into it's timeless sometimes rustic original design , the warmth that those wooden floors give out , complement those beautiful marble floors and countertops , those lights embedded in the beautiful glass design for the hallways and the exterior are so beautiful , giving that rustic , yet simple design that helps to keep the history and the origins of it's build and original designs, I was going to mention the stone railing all around for the first floor , even on hot days you could lean on those without getting burned by nowadays modern steel and aluminum designs , again proving that old timeless designs have their own advantages :) With each room and bathroom having it's own character , you would wanna stay in your house forever , sleep everyday in a different room , get to experience so much connecting with nature and the outdoors with that huge amount of land , that house is stunning , i want to stay there :) Thanks Enes and team :) you made my day.

Love the fact that the home is 107 yrs old, and the property with those view,.. very very cool. What I don't like is that when they reno'd they went to far and the interior is a little cold and sterile , the exterior is Spanish/Mediterranean but not reflected on the inside. but if you can afford to buy, you can afford to change.

What a fantastic tour and property! This is by far my absolute favourite property of the vintage houses that you have toured. They managed to improve it so much and not ruin the character of it at all. Also love that they left that wooded area with the pathway and areas to sit. I loved both designs for the workout area but my preference is definitely your's with bright airy minimalist layout. Kasra did an amazing job! My vote is definitely for longer videos but then when you explained I thought okay I get it. With you tube videos I just treat longer videos as being part 1 and part 2 but I realise not all are going to do that so you and your team have to keep that in mind. Any chance on including the extra details on the Shorts page or even on Enes Plus? I keep coming back to your channel for the details, big and small, that you point out and of course the superb quality of your videos. The camera work is always brilliant!

Wow the renovations were neat! I pause to look at some of the before and after. I absolutely LOVE the primary suite hers bathroom 🥰😍 wow!
Also - I personally do not mind the multiple seating areas in this home. Dome of the commenters mentioned to many seating areas 🤭
It is staging and if you don’t like it well cool thing is.. you can create your space to your liking. We also have free will to not buy a home this size 😁
I like my prime residence to have spaces where we can go if we want to a change. A getaway space in the home. ☺️✨

Elegant, stylish and a timeless home - modern with a twist of ‘art deco’ of that era.
At first the house looks a bit meh from the outside, but when you realize that it is a 100 year old renovated house it’s actually pretty cool.
I think if there is a floor plan in the video it makes the video so much better because you know where you are all the time and it’s easier to get the full picture of the house

An amazing estate and tour! 🤩 My one and only, minor critique: is that the two guest homes should share the same exterior design language and aesthetic, limestone walls and Spanish tile roofing. That would make the overall grounds even more impressive.

Fanastic home and gardens fusion between old and new , needs a few million in deco and furniture to finish it off and it could be absolutely stunning and iconic .. loved it ... especially the little wild gardens .. might need to watch this more than once to take it all in .. you could really relive the glam of the 1920's in the home .. :D

@@EnesYilmazer Ok , this house is brilliantly redesigned with modern insertions that seamlessly blend into it's timeless sometimes rustic original design , the warmth that those wooden floors give out , complement those beautiful marble floors and countertops , those lights embedded in the beautiful glass design for the hallways and the exterior are so beautiful , giving that rustic , yet simple design that helps to keep the history and the origins of it's build and original designs,
I was going to mention the stone railing all around for the first floor , even on hot days you could lean on those without getting burned by nowadays modern steel and aluminum designs , again proving that old timeless designs have their own advantages :)
With each room and bathroom having it's own character , you would wanna stay in your house forever , sleep everyday in a different room , get to experience so much connecting with nature and the outdoors with that huge amount of land , that house is stunning , i want to stay there :)

Love the fact that the home is 107 yrs old, and the property with those view,.. very very cool. What I don't like is that when they reno'd they went to far and the interior is a little cold and sterile , the exterior is Spanish/Mediterranean but not reflected on the inside. but if you can afford to buy, you can afford to change.
