I'm not a swearing woman but this house just is freaking amazing. First of all it's in Malibu, secondly you could literally sleep outside, thirdly that outdoor kitchen. I love the simplicity of the home as well as the flow. It's such a peaceful flowing home. It's like everything draws you out to the ocean. Beautiful! 🥰
This is absolutely stunning. It’s not too crazy and feels super liveable and has much more privacy than some of the other places. Another outstanding tour from the team

He's engaged with the people with him on the tour which makes it feel very intimate. We might not be there with him but he makes us feel like we are. Enes is the one property tour guide I would enjoy just hanging out with.
This one is an absolute knockout! Wouldn't it be fun to do follow-up videos once the homes are sold?! You could talk to the new owners, see what they have modified/saved, and learn what living in these mega homes is like. I'm always so interested to know who is purchasing estates like these.
Can't do follow ups for obvious reasons, PRIVACY!! Most of these homes by pple who would art and personal stuff in their homes. Would you want pple to come and tour your home after they have sold it to you? Lol its a no go the usual follow-ups are usually seasonal differences at an area I remember this mansion they toured in Summer and they went back winter. Most importantly if you have family living there you can have pple coming back and film for security reasons.
For a $46 million dollar house the kitchen really doesn't have any "wow factor" to it. It's just to, narrow, dark, and plan . But I guess you're paying for the area and not a more upscale kitchen.
I’ve probably watched thousands of house tours and this is one of my favourites I’ve ever seen. The interior is so well thought out, beautifully balanced with the Mediterranean exterior and of course, those INCREDIBLE views!!

The minimalist concept of this home paired with the colour scheme….I’m in love 😻. The black is so gentle and strategically integrated it actually enhances the spaces 🤯. Even Enes matches the interior 😂The picturesque view is phenomenal , I really can’t get over the yard the placement of everything is so functional and utilises the space perfectly. The bathrooms are so aesthetically pleasing….. ugh I’m getting carried away but I can’t seem to stop 😂. This property just keeps giving, so many intricate details and pleasant surprises. I could pick apart these homes for hours. Beautiful 💯

Looking at this location on Maps - seems like you can't left turn into your driveway or turn left OUT either. Must enter from the right side, and leaving the residence you must also turn RIGHT only. Crazy....seems annoying no? This home is way overpriced. Sold in 2021 for $21,200,000 - they renovated and are asking double today. Neighbouring properties are anywhere from a $7M, a $11M, $22M etc. I doubt this will sell above $30M I wonder what the renovations entailed because they bought in July 2021 for $21M, and listed in October 2022 at $55M LOL So just over a year of rennovations and increased by 167%?
I read cliffside Malibu I instantly clicked it because my dream house is a cliffside Malibu property. This isn't the one I've wanted you to tour but I love everything about this property I hope your next Malibu property tour is 32300 East Pacific Coast Highway. That property having steps going down to a secluded cove and then to the beach makes the traditional style property at the top of the cliff that much more great
As per usual Enes maxed out his tour. I wish the interior designer did the same, but I feel that it could have been 60% better with the additions of color, glamour, and more variety. The bedrooms had hardwood flooring, along with wood wall paneling. There was too much wood. There is a fine line between simplicity and being boring. The interior design lacked the WOW-factor; it needed jazzing up, especially with a $47m price tag. I noticed that many interior designers of smaller mansions, max out space but the interior designers of massive mansions understate. Why not have both - maxing out massive space?
I'd love to hear about who buys these homes, how they afford it....what their day-to-day looks like. Surely you know a few buyers by now....any chance of getting some interview footage possibly for second channel? I wonder if they even "live" there, or just travelling and working 24/7? Could somebody please explain the economics behind this form of estates? Who is that kind of client who just moves into such an, in my opinion, atrocity? Great tour, fantastic house. Technical question: Is the kitchen island with the cooktop compliant with US safety standards? In the UK I think that island would be too narrow for this purpose. The hot pots would be easily reachable for little kids.

Amazing home, such warm tones.....though I have to be THAT guy and say, Mikey, having a north to south facing tennis court means that for the middle part of the day, in the northern hemisphere, the player facing south will have the sun directly facing them. The only direction you will never have sun in your eyes is north :)
