  • 干咖喱马铃薯五花肉,口味浓郁很香,特别好吃又下饭,记得准备多多的米饭,怕你吃不够,做法不会太难,很容易学会
    腌肉材料:500克五花肉、1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、1勺玉米淀粉、1勺咖喱粉
    其他材料:3个马铃薯、3瓣蒜、1个洋葱、1小块生姜、1个香茅、少许咖喱叶、300毫升清水、1茶勺白糖、1茶勺盐、1勺鱼露
    1)把五花肉切片,1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、1勺玉米淀粉、1勺咖喱粉抓均匀腌制15分钟
    2)马铃薯切条,蒜洋葱姜切末
    3)热锅热油把马铃薯炸至微焦,取出
    3)锅留底油,把腌好的肉炒至变色取出备用
    4)放入切好的蒜洋葱姜末香茅&咖喱叶爆香
    5)加入300毫升清水,煮至沸腾后倒入肉&马铃薯炒均匀,盖上焖煮2分钟
    6)最后加入1茶勺白糖、1茶勺盐、1勺鱼露调味即可食用❤️

    2) Slice potatoes, mince garlic, onion and ginger
    3) Heat the oil in a hot pan, deep-fry the potatoes until they are slightly charred, take them out
    3) left oil in the pan, fry the marinated meat until it changes color and take it out for later use
    4) Add chopped garlic, onion, ginger, lemongrass & curry leaves and sauté until fragrant
    5) Add 300ml of water, boil until it boils, pour in the meat & potatoes, stir fry evenly, cover and simmer for 2 minutes
    6) Finally, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce to taste and serve ❤️
