  • 【妈妈食谱】 咖喱猪肉
    此食谱份量:4 - 5 人
    ✿材料
    • 半肥瘦猪肉 700克
    • 辣椒干 12条
    • 蒜米 1粒
    • 小葱头 4粒
    • 马铃薯 3粒
    • babas 咖喱粉 2汤匙
    • 咖喱叶 1束
    • 生抽 半汤匙
    • 椰浆 1碗
    • 盐 适量
    ✿开锅前准备工作
    - 将猪肉切片,加入1汤匙的盐 备用
    - 将辣椒干剪半然后浸入热水软化,之后将种子去除后放入搅拌机打成泥 备用
    - 将马铃薯切块,浸入盐水,煮之前沥干水 备用
    - 1壶热水 备用
    - 蒜米,小葱头切碎 备用
    - 咖喱粉加少许清水搅拌成泥 备用
    ✿步骤
    1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
    2. 加入蒜米,小葱头爆香
    3. 加入咖喱粉泥翻炒均匀
    4. 加入辣椒干泥翻炒均匀
    5. 加入已切好的猪肉翻炒
    6. 加入咖喱叶
    7. 加入已腌好的马铃薯翻炒均匀
    8. 倒入热水(水量大约盖着猪肉)
    9. 盖上盖子焖煮大约10分钟,中途打开盖子翻炒均匀
    10. 加入一碗椰浆,半汤匙生抽之后搅拌均匀
    11. 煮至沸腾就可关火,接下来盖上盖子大约10分钟待收汁后即可

    [Mum’s Recipe] Curry Pork
    (Suitable for 4 - 5 people)
    ✿Ingredients
    • 700gram of lean meat and streaky pork
    • 12 dried chilies
    • 1 garlic
    • 4 shallots
    • 3 potatoes
    • 2 tablespoon of babas curry powder
    • 1 stem of curry leaves
    • ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce
    • 1 bowl of coconut milk
    • Suitable Amount of Salt
    ✿Pre-preparation
    - Cut the pork into slices and add 1 tablespoon of salt
    - Cut dried chilies into half and put into hot water, remove the seeds and blend with blender
    - Cut potatoes into dice and dip in salted water, drain the water before cook
    - 1 pot of hot water
    - Mince garlic and shallots
    - Add curry powder with water and stir it accordingly
    ✿Steps
    1. First, put in oil to heat the wok
    2. Add minced garlic and shallot into wok
    3. Pour in curry powder
    4. Pour in blended dried chilies
    5. Add the sliced pork and stir fry
    6. Add in the curry leaves
    7. Put in the salted potatoes and stir fry
    8. Pour in hot water (water level just enough to cover the pork)
    9. Cover the wok and steam it for around 10 minutes. During the process, lift the cover and stir fry
    10. Add 1 bowl of coconut milk & ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce and mix accordingly
    11. Cook until boil and off the heat, cover the wok for about 10 minutes (wait for the liquid are reduced and absorbed)

      不需要了哦, 0:10 马铃薯切块了之后浸入盐水中,煮之前倒掉水分就可以准备下锅了 3:32 下锅
