My fiancé K1 visa was refused at the Embassy in Accra,Ghana due to a photo of our engagement rings. I hired a lawyer and added affidavit letters from the jewelry shop and her pastor and family stating we are not married, only engaged. I went for the dv lottery interview i was issued with a green form saying congratulations but wrote congratulations but asked for a police certificate and a sworn affidavit ,which i did throughDHL..... my status read ready to refused. After which I was asked to fo to pickup my passport from the embassy. No visa stamped. What should I do kindly advise

What do these agents think people cam do? Read their minds. Hell, they're thinking about EVERYTHING. How can they know what ONE THING that got them denied??? Too many damn games.
What if your change of status gets approved within any interviews or additional info but when you go to the embassy to get the stamp they don’t really ask any questions and they refuse the visa?
This is a lot more common than people think. It's a misconception that once the change of status is approved in the US, the interview is just an administrative step. Depending on many factors including country, visa type, and personal situation-- Officers may be quite skeptical in these interviews. Someone that is going for F1 visa interview and also has a sibling in US currently undergoing her masters too with F1 visa. Is there any reason the person should say that he doesn’t have any one in US? Because many people are saying if you say yes you have, you will be denied.

Visa officer has asked me about my graduation completion year i said 2015 and i mean to say i did my bcca in the year 2015 as well as i also did my MBA in the year 2018 that is post-graduation but know i got that in USA bcaa is known as under graduation and mab is known graduation. i had my F1 interview last Thursday and i was refuse and the reason the visa officer gave was i do not have family tiers and he was not sure i was going to live the US after my program ends. The funniest thing is i wasn’t even given the opportunity to explain my tiers.
