I was recently denied my f1 visa with my husband as f2 in qatar. Altough i answered the questions with confidence and clearly, i was stressed and couldn’t be relaxes and laugh and show my self confident. Im reapplying again but all i can say that being confident and calm and smiling is the best tip

February 2024. Mexico City. Visa interview. Two questions. What’s your name? Citizenship? Visa Denied. Never given a chance to show anything nor speak. And btw qualified by every metric,
Sorry to hear that! There could be other issues (maybe from previous interviews) that the officer used to reach their decision. Schedule a consultation with us at zfvisa.com, and we can help you plan strategically.
In Colombia they denied my (now) wife five times. Most of that time she was a university student. The sixth time they gave it to her (B1). She was so used to being denied, she was standing there and the interviewer had to tell her "go away, you're approved!"
I was denied 4 times in around 2008. Then I changed my plan and studied in Canada. From Canada I got approved but after finishing my studies. By mistake I said no where the form asks if your visa was denied previously,( I thought that is a country specific question so I said no) I was caught by the officer and I apologized and the visa officer said " Visa rejection is not a bad thing and you should not hide it from the officer". I sincerely apologized again and he said I am approving your visa. My intention was never to stay in the USA illegally anyway. I moved back to India and moved back to Canada again took the citizenship and now I can go to USA without visa to visit of course. now I am learning from your videos and help my clients who wants to visit USA.
After watching TH-cam, I'm feeling overwhelmed by the explanation of 214B for the first time. So, if I understand correctly, you're suggesting that we should thoroughly explain these aspects on our DS-160 form, especially for those who have been previously denied? It's like trying to convey our truth and clarify our intention not to overstay. Many applicants mistakenly focus on their sponsor instead of addressing the crucial point of convincing the presumption of not intending to stay permanently. It's quite a revelation, as many of us may have misunderstood this part, given that the reasons for denial aren't always clear. Overcoming this presumption requires a comprehensive summary on our DS-160 form. How does the visa officer manage to review everything? Does our application undergo processing before the interview day? I'll be studying this diligently day and night until I secure my visa. Having been denied three times, I now understand the reasons behind it. Your explanation deserves recognition! I AM CRYING 😢tears of joy 🤩
Thanks for the kind words! While you're correct that the DS-160 is important, it's at least as important that you're honest and forthcoming at your interview. Think about positive details you'd like the Visa Officer to know, and volunteer them. Reach out to us if you'd like our assistance in preparing - info@zfvisa.com.
During a visa interview, the officer's decision may not always align with factual information presented. Sometimes, even if you are correct, they may perceive you as incorrect and deny your visa. Conversely, if you make a mistake, they might still grant you the visa. To overcome the possibility of visa denial and increase your chances of success, it's essential to prepare thoroughly, present your case clearly, and demonstrate your eligibility convincingly during the interview.
One thing you miss is that US tax you in your worldwide income. Something which would dissuade anyone effected in staying back in US and becoming a tax resident.
At one hand you say that an applicant should be able to show, owning of property, family ties, etc... Well I have seen the applicants who really hadn't any intention to stay in USA, yet they were refused Visitors visa......unable to understand
How can my wife overcome 214b for a TD visa denial? The TD visa is specifically designed to allow dependents of TN visa holders to accompany or join them in the United States. The application of Section 214(b) in this context is incongruous with the visa's purpose, which inherently presumes a derivative right of entry for dependents.
it's hard to say without knowing more about your wife's specific circumstances. Send us an email to info@zfvisa.com, and we'll see how we might be able to help.
The visa interviewer has no time. In the experience of my friends they never ask questions, dont want any statements made etc. The purpose of the interview is to collect money and inform of denial. Cant convince someone who wont let you talk.
Even if you are prepared for the interview and complete requirements if they're not in the mood..all the people in line is denied....money money money of course
Sorry you were denied! Remember that a 214(b) denial isn't the end of your journey. You can still apply again at any time. Send us an email: info@zfvisa.com if you have any questions!

I was refused along with my wife in october 26 2023 In my opinion i think yes you are right if i am on the seat 💺 of the visa i might reject lots of people because every visa seeker is guilty so i as an officer make sure that i give the right decision But for us i think we have to be prepared more when go to embassy
I explained to immigration officers about my old mother that I care and she is alone after my dad's death recently. Explained my job and having property and proof of funds. But she still denied my visa delhi. All those things in the videos don't matter to immigration officers. They work on a quota system like how many to approve in a day and not. USA b1/b2 visa is a scam to make money by usa embassies. Try applying in those embassies where there is a high of approval. I have travelled to Europe and i have three Schengen visas. One for three years.i have been to Thailand and nepal still denied.
VISA officer didn't asked for the home ties as I was going to attend a training session with me client as it was a B1 visa and trip was sponsored but still he didn't ask me regarding the same and refused under 214 (B)
I applied for b1/b2 visa for clinical rotation from qatar. She just asked me questions. I told her to look at the permission letter from my college and Invitation letter from clinic. But she said no need. I even had a healthy bank statment with me. But she judged my financial status on basis of my fathers salary and number of siblings I had . as if I would go to us without money. I even told her the rotation is just for one month.
I got refused for F1 visa in March 2024 under the section 214(b). VO asked 6 questions ( what are you doing here, how long are you here, why you leave Ph.D. here, research field, do you have any marrige proof certificate, how this subject is related to you).after the last question - how this subject related to you , VO denied me ? So how I can develope my answer for my reapply?
Thank you got the valuable insight. Is there a quota on how many b1 b2 visas a person can have in his history,? I heard of people getting their application denied at interview with a good travel history and 4 to 5 B2B1 visas prior.
Absolutely not! In fact, prior travel - especially to the United States - is a fantastic way to prove to a visa officer that will will comply with a new visa if issued. Even travel to other countries can help establish a pattern of “good” travel behavior. This should not be a reason to deny a B1/B2 visa. Good luck!
Very nice way of guidance sir appreciate from my side kindly tell me if anyone outside from USA want to come in USA for training purpose from any institute or company of USA which documents are compulsory and for training purpose which type of visa should apply ? update please
A very ridiculous and meaningless paragraph. Everything is in the hands of the officer and they reject it for no reason. It's like a green card lottery and it's very lucky. On the one hand, they are looking for cultured and helpful people, and on the other hand, because they didn't sleep well at night, they will reject you in less than a few seconds. In my opinion, this decision-making method should be corrected.
Paying a quarter of a visiting plan in addition to a second application fee for 30 minutes call is not reasonable or even possible for a student. Are there any discounts that you offer to students to schedule consultations?
I got rejection today on 214b What i can do sir officer said to me that i am not sure u will come back to UK Actually i am a indian citizen and studying bachelor in UK 1st year done and now i am in second year
I'm from Pakistan I got visa denial last week and i got 214(b) i applied for F1 visa i applied for theological seminary my sponsor was a local church they also issued me sponsored letter but after looking at letter interviewer denied what should i do now? I'm also working with a religious organisation in Elizabethtown Kentucky USA should i ask them for sponsor letter if yet what other documents should i need please answer when should i reapply and what should i prepare
Will previous visa refusals affect the outcome of the next visa interview? What will the officer think about the previous visa denials by the previous visa officer?
They will likely affect the next interview - all previous refusals and officer notes are visible to the next officer, so more refusals tend to lead to more questions. Preparation is crucial, so schedule a session with us at zfvisa.com, and we can help!
There are no quotas (either for approval or rejection), except for certain immigrant visas which are subject to maximum caps each year. While embassies and consulates will vary by their approval/rejection rates, we do not recommend deciding where to apply based upon experiences of other applicants, as they may have circumstances and other factors that are very different from your own.
This is a very informative video. My visa officer said to spend some more time at work and then reply refusing the visa, I'm 21 years of age when do think I should reapply?
I went there for my visa interview the visa officer ask me few questions regarding my visa application I answered the questions well. But the officer refused my visa application I don't know why ...... There supposed to tell me the reason of my application rejection. The officer gives me a letter which I don't understand the letter doesn't notify me the reason of rejection. At least the should tell me the reason of rejection so I can understand that Unfortunately I'm very very disappointed by consulate general of the United States in cape town.
I was denied/refused entry to the USA under INA 217 way back in 2016, my passport was stamped and marked with 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(7). I was recommended to apply for a B1/B2 visa, however, at the visa interview in London the CO stated that I had been denied entry to the USA on two occasions and had already overstayed my visa previously. This was incorrect, I had indeed been denied entry on one occasion but otherwise always in full compliance with US Immigration. Is there an established method to clear or update the incorrect record?
I have a question , i hope you answer. I didn't declare all the address I lived in the past 10 years. I lived in different countries and one country I skip to declare. Will they be able to find it out?
Hello Sir, thank you for this video! :) May I ask on how to get the approval of a consul if you have a current k1 visa application and you are at the same time applying for a tourist visa? thank you and God bless!
Hi, I am applying for a F1 visa and have a question, my aunt who is a US citizen applied for green card for my mom a few years ago and I think they might have mentioned my name somewhere in that documentation so will it pop up to the Visa officer during my interview? I would really appreciate your help with this question!
someone was refused , yet she got a well paying job , average financial status and she had an active uk visa , vo only asked her one question and she got refused
Suppose I am coming for C1D Visa interview, and If i have previously worked in the US, With F1-OPT, do they already know if i have worked in the usa? to the exact Year and month?
I honestly would like to visit Usa as a new and a fantastic region. Besides I am a fashion designer so I would like to explore the whole fashion industry by myself, check out opportunities, check all of their stores. Also want to explore some places for travel at the same time. I have done this for China and Russia as well. And this is exactly I am planning explore USA if I get the visa. So is this a good reason and bad reason for a non immigrant visa? I mean for both business( not specific as I mentioned) and travel. Can you give me few answerz and advise?
I just came home from the American consulate after my interview, they didn’t see any of the documents that I had, which included the proof that I have a Job, a bank account, a hotel reservation, and a round trip plane ticket, etc. he just asked me one question about my American relatives and that was all, he didn’t see any paper or ask any other questions just like that I got denied and was given an 214(b) paper. What I don’t understand is how could he say that I didn’t give him enough proof that I will return home and he didn’t even see any of them. (I am a university student in my country). And I had the proof for that too. 🙈🙈🙈🙉🙉🙉

I got rejected on April 24 and august 4, 2023. And my next visa interview is on 14 march. My sister is in green card. And also i have mentioned my previous job. if vo will ask me what changes have you made then i will tell about cost of accodamtion is decreasing by... shall I mention it?
That might help, but chances are good that the previous visa officers had other concerns about your situation. We are happy to help you prepare! Book a consultation with us at zfvisa.com today!
u see mentioning that ur sister is on green card alone disqualifies u in the sense that they might think u will go and reunite with ur sister and neva come back so please better for u neva say that
My f1 visa got denied although my brother is in college in the US the visa officer asked for my transcript I had forgotten them so then he didn’t ask any further questions how do I reapply
@timurkaspiyskiy I retried and it got rejected again apparently because the VO doesn’t know my community college so she thought I was using it as a way to runaway I also heard they do pre screening so yk it’s all about luck I had to learn this the hard way
Hello Sir/Mam I am Aashish From India i am trying to get an us visa for F-1 category but got rejected 3 times, 2 times from India and 1 time from singapore but in singapore my visa got expired and now i am trying to book and interview from malasiya but i am worried about it. I am changing countries because in India there have been so much waiting times and i am already too late for my further studies in the US could you help me or tell me is it safe to book and interview from 2nd third country?

Thanks for your video,I've appreciated it otherwise I've a question,my visa was denied previously and now in my Ds-160 I have one question if my visa was refused previously and I said Yes and they tell me to explain, What I have to write only what was written in my B214 according to my refusal case? Or I've to only say a word but I'll explain clairly in the embassy??
This is a tricky question because you're generally not given a clear reason for a denial. You might simply mention 214b, but we can help you add some more useful details as well. Send us an email to info@zfvisa.com.
Hi i rejected 2 times for B1/B2 visa type for this reason, however i am still working in same job during last 5 years, i have money, i have schengen visas etc. In Turkey advisors said that single man profiles have low chance to get visa?? What should i do? They asked me do you have your own job and i said no I didnt have my own business and they rejected in second interview. What should i do to proof my connection with my country?? I couldn’t understand… Should i have my own business??
Sir, I'm an indian..completed my bachelor degree in 2017 and i worked 2 years in the same field in India.. In 2019 i came to italy for my master degree.. Unfortunately i could not able to complete my degree in italy.. At the same time i got a full time job in different field.. Still I'm doing that.. Sir my question is.. Is it possible for me to do master degree in USA?..any chance for getting visa?.. Mainly I'm facing difficulties without a master degree here.. That's why i thought that i go to study.. Please reply me sir
There's certainly a possibility, but you'll need to be extra detailed in how you explain your decision to change fields and obtain another degree at this time. Take a look at our online student visa courses at www.zfvisaguides.com for more information.

You can generally reapply any time if you were refused under 214(b). Note that you'll need to be sure to explain your situation very clearly given your prior refusal. Reach out to us if you'd like our help to prepare at info@zfvisa.com
My F2 visa was rejected under 214(b), and now I'm trying for the second time. This time I want to do the interview in my native language (Tamil). Therefore , can I schedule an appointment in my native language and answer their questions in the native language ? Does this affect his chances of getting his visa approved ?
Most visa officers are trained to speak the local language, and they can sometimes enlist a local staff member to help translate if necessary. Speaking English is generally not a requirement for most visas (including an F2). If you’re interested, you may schedule a consultation with us at zfvisa.com, and we can help you prepare!

You can, but we generally don't advise this. If you're not approved, you may lose the deposit or whole price of the tickets. Discussing your plans is just as useful as showing pre-purchased tickets.
The problem is that it is so subjective. There is no way to overcome 214b if the consulate officer just refuses to apply logic. My girlfriend is a nurse. Every day she has offers from agencies to work in the United States. It defies logic to believe she would overstay a visa to work illegally when she could just get a work visa. She has been denied a tourist visa three times. She owns a new car. She owns property. She and I have been together for three years and have traveled to 10 countries together. She has a business here. The one thing she wants is to be with me and I am a permanent resident of the Philippines. We just want to visit my family in the US, then come HOME to the Philippines.
This can also largely depend on how the applicant presents their situation. If they don't adequately explain their job, situation at home, etc., the Visa Officer may erroneously conclude that they don't qualify. Preparation is crucial!

The visa interviewer has no time. In the experience of my friends they never ask questions, dont want any statements made etc. The purpose of the interview is to collect money and inform of denial. Cant convince someone who wont let you talk.
That’s why it’s really important to be prepared at the interview so you can be engaged and proactive!
@ZFvisa and I might add the interviewee must be assertive and confident
Even if you are prepared for the interview and complete requirements if they're not in the mood..all the people in line is denied....money money money of course
I don't mean anything negative to the interviewer. Just pointing out the decision is 99% decided on the application alone before you even appear.

In my opinion i think yes you are right if i am on the seat 💺 of the visa i might reject lots of people because every visa seeker is guilty so i as an officer make sure that i give the right decision
But for us i think we have to be prepared more when go to embassy

I explained to immigration officers about my old mother that I care and she is alone after my dad's death recently. Explained my job and having property and proof of funds. But she still denied my visa delhi. All those things in the videos don't matter to immigration officers. They work on a quota system like how many to approve in a day and not. USA b1/b2 visa is a scam to make money by usa embassies. Try applying in those embassies where there is a high of approval. I have travelled to Europe and i have three Schengen visas. One for three years.i have been to Thailand and nepal still denied.
My visa was denied today after answering all the questions
Sorry to hear that! Send us an email at info@zfvisa.com, and we'll see how we might help.
VISA officer didn't asked for the home ties as I was going to attend a training session with me client as it was a B1 visa and trip was sponsored but still he didn't ask me regarding the same and refused under 214 (B)
Same for me. The officer did ask me about my plebs after the program. However, he did not asked for further proof of my hometies.
Don’t wait for them to ask about your ties. Find a way to cheap it in when you’re asked to explain the purpose of your travel to the United state

Hi I have an appointment on the 11 of September for my interview for applying for my visa.
@@ItsNimmoh1did you try and apply again ? And did it go well?
I applied for b1/b2 visa for clinical rotation from qatar. She just asked me questions. I told her to look at the permission letter from my college and Invitation letter from clinic. But she said no need. I even had a healthy bank statment with me. But she judged my financial status on basis of my fathers salary and number of siblings I had . as if I would go to us without money. I even told her the rotation is just for one month.
Did you receive the visa?
I got refused for F1 visa in March 2024 under the section 214(b). VO asked 6 questions ( what are you doing here, how long are you here, why you leave Ph.D. here, research field, do you have any marrige proof certificate, how this subject is related to you).after the last question - how this subject related to you , VO denied me ? So how I can develope my answer for my reapply?
So sorry to hear this! If you decide to reapply, schedule a session with us at zfvisa.com, and we’ll help you prepare.
Thank you got the valuable insight. Is there a
quota on how many b1 b2 visas a person can have in his history,? I heard of people getting their application denied at interview with a good travel history and 4 to 5 B2B1 visas prior.
Absolutely not! In fact, prior travel - especially to the United States - is a fantastic way to prove to a visa officer that will will comply with a new visa if issued. Even travel to other countries can help establish a pattern of “good” travel behavior. This should not be a reason to deny a B1/B2 visa. Good luck!
Thank you for this useful information
Glad it was helpful!
Very nice way of guidance sir appreciate from my side kindly tell me if anyone outside from USA want to come in USA for training purpose from any institute or company of USA which documents are compulsory and for training purpose which type of visa should apply ? update please
very good insight.. thank you
You're very welcome!
So helpful!
Glad you think so!
Sir, When old backlog will be cleared ?
Is it okay to elaborate on any defence (for instance, attempting to convince on the resolve to return home) without being prompted by the officer?
Absolutely!
I was denied even though i was only asked 3 questions and i have ties to my country
I’m sorry to hear that. What type of visa did you apply for?
A very ridiculous and meaningless paragraph. Everything is in the hands of the officer and they reject it for no reason. It's like a green card lottery and it's very lucky. On the one hand, they are looking for cultured and helpful people, and on the other hand, because they didn't sleep well at night, they will reject you in less than a few seconds. In my opinion, this decision-making method should be corrected.
It is an unusual process.
They rip people off these americans thinks less of people

Will previous visa refusals affect the outcome of the next visa interview? What will the officer think about the previous visa denials by the previous visa officer?
They will likely affect the next interview - all previous refusals and officer notes are visible to the next officer, so more refusals tend to lead to more questions. Preparation is crucial, so schedule a session with us at zfvisa.com, and we can help!
@@ZFvisaI wish I could afford the consultation . It's so expensive $499 really 😭
Hello, i have one question, does visa rates depends on the consulate and is there some kind of quota to isssue certain number of visas each month?
There are no quotas (either for approval or rejection), except for certain immigrant visas which are subject to maximum caps each year. While embassies and consulates will vary by their approval/rejection rates, we do not recommend deciding where to apply based upon experiences of other applicants, as they may have circumstances and other factors that are very different from your own.

Also want to explore some places for travel at the same time. I have done this for China and Russia as well. And this is exactly I am planning explore USA if I get the visa. So is this a good reason and bad reason for a non immigrant visa? I mean for both business( not specific as I mentioned) and travel. Can you give me few answerz and advise?
Absolutely! Many people come to the us to simply travel and experience the culture.

In 2015, I got my b1/b2 visa approved. I got my visa renewed again in 2020 through dropbox. I've never been denied a visa before and I will be standing for my F1 visa interview on May 12, 2024. Do you think my chances for visa acceptance is high?

I was denied Visa under section 214b. I have reapplied and is working towards getting an emergency date. The program that is taking me to USA comes up on the 6th of April 2024. Please I want to overcome this 214b hence I need your professional advice. Please how can discuss with you one on one. Thanks

hi
hi in regard to the "ties to home country"
my question is what if you are employed in another country where you currently reside other than the individual's home country??
Good question! Showing ties outside of the US is most important; not just that you have ties to your specific home country.
Why do VOs not allow you actually explain yourself. Just straight up denial
I’m applying for a J1 visa. I had my interview last Monday June 10th of 2024 and trying yo figure out what to change with my application. I am a Filipino but has been working in Dubai for 6 years now. Does that give an impression that I might illegally stay in the US once of if I get there?
Appreciate your response. You’ve been very helpful so far with these videos.
How'd it go, mate?
