Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that my husband and I successfully got our U.S. visas on 16/09/2024, even after his previous rejection six years ago. If you're applying for a U.S. or any other visa, having the right support can make a big difference. The visa agent we worked with made the process much smoother by handling our application and providing great interview preparation tips. Their guidance helped me feel confident despite my concerns about English.
I always get nervous, even though I don't plan to overstay or do anything else than travel around the US. This video makes me feel more confident about my upcoming visa renewal. thanks!
@@iVisa_travelGood evening, thanks for the video, It's very useful. If the person who helped us request the US Visa filled up that we were going to stay in a hotel in Florida US for two weeks for June 2026, do you consider it would be convenient to start making reservations for that time in the hotel? Or can we say the interviewer that we are going to wait and see if the Visa is approved first and considering in how much the trip is away to happen? Thanks :)
Can you help me? I applied to study at an English language institute, and my university major was English. How can I convince the consulate of my need for the institute, especially in the U.S.?
Hello there! Of course! You just need to comply with the requirements and documentation that can proof you're a good candidate for a visa and that you have no intentions to overstay in the US.

My & my wife never booked hotels/airline. (What if our visa is denied?) We bring proof of finances, source of income & holding a permanent job at our host country. History of previous travels I guess helps VS you never travel before on neighboring countries yet directly travelling to US which is too far & expensive? (I actually researched for places that we wanted to visit but the officer never ask, so we are just a regular tourist who really like to visit the country) It seems there are countries (i am Asian) where you can easily get US visa while on others you can't even secure an appointment? By the way, don't answer questions not being asked (I was told by the officer) & I actually felt that we got rejected. In the end, we we're both approved by the very nice but strict officer. Haha
Thanks for your video in fact I've a question my school session starts in January but my interview appointment is on September 18th is it Early or I can apply for?
You can already apply to your US visa (we understand you're applying to a tourist visa, right?). In many countries, the process can take a some months, so it's better if you apply soon if you already have all your requirements and documentation ready.
Thanks for responding me,but it's a F1 VISA it's also possible I have everything now I could be in this fall session but unfortunately I didn't have any documents but now I have it but It's late in view that my school starts on August 19 it's the reason for I updated my I-20 for the next Session,it's the reason for I wanna move there in September

You can make free reservations to avoid losing any money. As getting an airbnb or hotel in booking with free cancelation. Some people still don't apply with this and just show a travel itinerary.
Hi, do I need to book the flight ticket n accommodation before the interview? I m worried if I done the booking but got denied then what will happen to my flight ticket?
Hi! You can present a flight itinerary for your visa application instead of buying a fully paid flight ticket, or make a "ticket reservation" on the airline's website. That's good enough in most cases.
How can buy her return ticket without first having the visa. So imaging she was been deny what will she do with already bought ticket. I need some answer here officer. Thanks
Hello! You can make reservations of tickets and hotels with free cancelation, or some airlines even offer to pay a little amount of money to reserve the ticket for some days.
I have Colombian and Panamanian friends who want to travel to the United States on a Tourist Visa. In both Countries the appointment for the Visa Interview at the U.S. Embassy is currently almost 2 years away. At what point before the Interview should they purchase the airfare not knowing if they will get the Visa? Why would it take so long?
Hello sir ! I am a student in United Kingdom as a international student form India and i am studying 3 years degree in Travel and Tourism. One years has completed and now i am in 2nd year of my study I applied for US visa there have any chance to get US tourist visa ? I also visited Italy before.
I remember a student at the US Embassy in Paris. She answered all questions about the university she was going to, the deposit she already made, and the student visa she was looking for. The tricky question they always ask is: What will you do after graduation? I remember she answered innocently: I will go around visiting the USA. The answer from the agent was immediate and tough: With your answer, I cannot grant you a student visa. Sorry...She started crying but this bastard didn't bother. I was next to the same guy. My company was sending me to Boston. I was not really keen on this mission. I was with my wife and my daughter. I just finished a 7 years mission in Mexico. My wife and daughter were fluent in Spanish, not me...The guy behind the glass was obviously Latino. So we start the questioning, bla bla bla. At once this guy looked at my wife and daughter asking: Do you speak English? Like a flash, my daughter answers. yo hablo español también. That was it. The guy was so impressed to see a young girl of 10 years of age, a French national, speaking Mexicano Spanish, that he started laughing and I was done. I had to go to Boston with a B2 visa...Damned..
I did something and then filled out a new one. What you should do is go to the old one and open it. Once opened, you’ll have two choices. Choose a new form and continue from there.
We will give the answers to the questions you have asked, but they do not take any file first and at the same time, they ask you in which country they keep it before the file up.

My girlfriends interview is August 22nd in Nairobi Kenya for a tourist Visa even though I’m the one sponsoring her and paying for everything how much will she need in her own bank account she currently has $600 saved up
none of this would help even you have a million dollars in your account.... the visa officer will look up on the strong ties in your home country that guaranteed she will return and not violate the visa condition.
Let her focus on home ties and employment in kenya rather than focusing on you. Let her do more mock interviews and watch Argo videos on a visa interview. Otherwise, she will be denied 214B
Hello! She really needs to prepare her application and get all the requirements and supporting documents in place. The main thing visa officers take in account to approve or not the visa is the ties to her home country or country of residence. For example, if they can see she has a property in her country, and/or is studying (long-term) in a university in her country, and/or has a full-time job with a long-term contract, among other documents, it could help to make them see she has no intentions to overstay in the US. It also depends on her age, your relationship with her, among other factors.
Thanks well you see Im sponsoring her and have already given her copy of my documents the invitation letter of course we also have an picture album of our time together the almost 2 years we have been together I have gone to Kenya three times since 2022 to visit her. Now she doesn’t have a full time job she only works for family one job is helping with her moms small buisness the other is for her uncle exhibition marketing international buisness where she’s a hostess unfortunately with the politics in Kenya it’s been a strained year. She has her own apartment though and has already paid rent for the rest of this year.
Hello! Thank you for your question. If you are applying for a B1 visa (business) and your children are not applying for visas themselves, you generally do not need to provide their birth certificates as part of your application. However, we suggest you do take them with you to your interview in case the officer asks for proof of family relationships (as a tie to your home country).
@@iVisa_travelplease can you do for someone on inviting but have and job yet someone wants to sponsor her my interview is in 7days.. please thank you.
Hello there! Besides your work contract and having other ties to your home country to submit with your application, there are some key considerations about financial means: 1. Financial ability to cover expenses: Trip costs: Your bank statements should reflect that you have enough money to cover the costs of your travel, accommodation, and living expenses during your trip to the US. The amount will vary depending on the duration and nature of your trip, but it’s important to show that you can comfortably afford your stay. 2. Consistency: The financial information you provide should be consistent with the nature of your trip. For example, if you are staying for a few weeks, your bank balance should reasonably cover that period, including airfare, accommodation, and daily expenses. 3. Savings amount: There is no official minimum amount, but having a balance that covers your anticipated expenses for the trip (including some buffer) is advisable. For example, if your trip is expected to cost $3,000, having at least this amount or more in savings is reasonable. 4- Salary: There’s no set salary requirement, but your income should be enough to support your trip without it being a financial burden. A stable, consistent salary that reflects your professional or personal situation can positively influence your application. So, for example, if you're planning to stay in the US for 2 weeks, you should have enough money in your bank account to cover the hotel, flights, tourism activities, food and others. In this example: - Hotel $100 night = $1400 - Round-trip flights = $1200 - $40 for food per day = $560 - 20$ for Tourism and transport per day: $280 (This could be much more, but we're working with a minimum) Adding $3440 for the trip. So, you'd need to have at least this amount in your bank statements for the last 3 months as spare, besides your regular day-to-day home country expenses in your home country.
Thus is not how it's done in nigeria. U do it standing they don't even check your documents . They make sure they make it impossible for u to pass their few questions
Hi there! You're right, this is not the way you'll be seated with the officer. The officer will be in a cubicle and you'll be at the other side with just a little space to hand in documents and reply to the questions. This is a mock interview, so we used the space we had to recreate the conversation. Don't worry, if you really prepare your application, you can get accepted!
Hello! It can be hard, but if you really prepare your application and comply with the documentation, you can get approved. You need to make sure all your documentation proves you have ties to your home country and aren't planning to overstay in the US.
Please f1 visa interview, am a Nigerian, injust got admission to study a master's program, but the thought of being denied because of the rates of denial against Nigerians is outrageous. No one seems to believe there are sincere people in Nigeria again.
Hi i rejected 2 times for B1/B2 visa type however i am still working in same job during last 5 years, i have money, i have schengen visas etc. In Turkey advisors said that single man profiles have low chance to get visa?? What should i do? They asked me do you have your own job and i said no I didnt have my own business and they rejected in second interview. What should i do to proof my connection with my country?? I couldn’t understand… Should i have my own business??

Hello there!
Besides your work contract and having other ties to your home country to submit with your application, there are some key considerations about financial means:
1. Financial ability to cover expenses:
Trip costs: Your bank statements should reflect that you have enough money to cover the costs of your travel, accommodation, and living expenses during your trip to the US.
In this example:
- Hotel $100 night = $1400
- Round-trip flights = $1200
- $40 for food per day = $560
- 20$ for Tourism and transport per day: $280 (This could be much more, but we're working with a minimum)
Adding $3440 for the trip. So, you'd need to have at least this amount in your bank statements for the last 3 months as spare, besides your regular day-to-day home country expenses in your home country.
@@iVisa_travel My father is a business man
@@iVisa_travelI want to go us for 7 days so 5000$ is enough
Thus is not how it's done in nigeria. U do it standing they don't even check your documents . They make sure they make it impossible for u to pass their few questions
Hi there! You're right, this is not the way you'll be seated with the officer. The officer will be in a cubicle and you'll be at the other side with just a little space to hand in documents and reply to the questions. This is a mock interview, so we used the space we had to recreate the conversation.
Don't worry, if you really prepare your application, you can get accepted!
They won't even allow you to express yourself even when they have all the documents with them..

Hello
One day i wip go to USA but i heard that its very hard to get visa
Hello! It can be hard, but if you really prepare your application and comply with the documentation, you can get approved. You need to make sure all your documentation proves you have ties to your home country and aren't planning to overstay in the US.
@@iVisa_travel thanx ☺️ I will try it
Please f1 visa interview, am a Nigerian, injust got admission to study a master's program, but the thought of being denied because of the rates of denial against Nigerians is outrageous.
