on One UI, after holding down an icon click select on the menu that pops up, then select all the icons you want to move to another page 👍

The Galaxy s24 can also do the select multiple apps option but you don't have to hold on to the home screen to do all that you just have to hold on to an app and tap select more apps
Similarly in apple drag one app and select other apps that needed to be moved. He is missing alot of points in this video

As a samsung user i agree and its actually easier to do the side back gesture than doing the home gesture

You can move multiple app icons on the home screen on OneUI.
Hold one icon until you see the little menu, tap select on each icon you want to move, then either drag and drop, or keep your finger held on the icons, and use your other finger to slide the home screen across to the next page, and drop.
Also, if you want to go back directly to the folder after opening an app, you press the back button, or use the back gesture, not the home gesture, which is literally for bringing up the home screen.
This can also be done in ios just tap and hold any icon with one finger and select other apps with another finger and swipe to the other page and release the first finger
Funnt you showed Hyper OS and iOs animation from Lockscreen but conveniently forgot One UI when it literally came with the phone
To move multiple icons on iOS hold one icon and while keeping your finger on it touch the other apps they'll group together to move them, on Oui you can hold the icon then a select option will appear and you can do it the same way like HyperOS
Xiaomi OS has hugely improved, I expect it to be the best one in the next 3 years.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra Hyper OS has the Multiple Users feature however, it doesn't allow me to create a new user instead it only creates a guest user, is it because the ROM that I have is a global version?

Go to additional settings:
Developer options:
Go all the way down and tap multiple times on ,Reset to default values, until you see another option below it called ,Turn on system optimization,
Turn off ,Turn on system optimization, and accept.
The Multiple users will be available in the main settings page then.
Please Confirm if you can add another user (not guest)
The Multiple Users feature allows users to create more than 2 separate spaces and each space has different settings, games and data.

@CentroidYT Nah, Samsung does it right. It's called Home button/gesture to let you go back to your home page and back gestures if you just wanna go back to previous page you're in. If you don't wanna lose the current page that you're currently in and wanna switch to another app, you can just swipe left or right on the gesture bar granted that app is already in the background.
Love HyperOS (poco version), I have been using xiaomi since redmi note 5 (previous phones:redmi note 9 & poco X3 pro) to poco x6 pro (my current phone).
gimme any of these phones, and i'll spend the first 2 hours just customizing em' 🤣🤣
You can do most of those customisations on their cheaper phones too. For example, I use a Redmi note 12 that can do EVERYTHING the Xiaomi 14 ultra did.

If you choose to select on your Samsung you can move some icons.
And Samsung is more logical if you want to go back to the folder you must use swipe back, but if you don't you must use the home button.

Hello Velian. On your s23 ultra have you had issues with viber or telegram when in a call to lose connection or to cut off often on your end? I have been watching you upgrading the software and the battery life has taken a hit from what I can see. I am assuming its a software bug as I have only updated the software with the first update that took away the option to shoot high bitrate 8k video. Please let me know if you have had this issue. Thank you very much for the hard work you are doing with the following up on ipdates for each old and new phones. You are awesome!

For that part with folder: like the button in the middle is made for going back to homescreen thats why you have back button on left and right, to go back to the folder, if right side/ left side buttons sends you to the folder and to the homescreen makes the same move, than why is there a back button?

on ios to move multiple apps you can hold an app and move it and while doing that you can press the other apps that you want to move with it
use good lock (wonderland) for lock screen customization for samsung
You can rename a folder in iOS by holding the name of the folder, inside of the folder, there is no need for holding de icon of the folder, and choosing the option of rename.
I would highly recommend for hyperos users to download cr7 bicycle kick wallpaper, and set it as a lock screen wallpaper with the depth effect, worked on my phone and was stunning af

u can move multiple icons on ios to just hold the icon until dancing appears then just using ur other hand tap on other icons it will move them too
If you hold the ocon on one ui home screen and then press select, you can move multiple app icons the same waybyou did in hyper os
Samsung also has the option of having an app drawer or only home screen options.

It takes a little battery if the aod itself is not bright but lights up slightly, at least on Samsung it's like that, it should be on the others too

android is much better and lets people do much more things in every way compared to iOS that's for sure
but in term of "manufacturer android skin", OneUI is certainly the most advanced one, you have goodlock, good guardians, a lot lot lot of customization options by default... it is very very good
but seriously why would they all copy the fact that swiping from top right = control center and top left = notifications ??
I just want notifications when I swipe from anywhere from the top, and another swipe to access controler center... that's better for one hand usability, i hope you can customize that on HyperOS and OneUI, because this "right" or "left" thing is coming from Apple and I hate it (having been using iPhone 12 mini for one year, I fucking hated that even if it was a very very small phone lol)
Personal opinion: HyperOS > OneUI / IOS (pros and cons)

You should make the Galaxy S24 Ultra to the standard setting, because Samsung has an animation with the standard background. AND by default you can only get to the notifications on the right side

On Samsung, If you go back from the app, it will take you back to the folder. If you minimize the app, it will take you back to the home screen.
Imagine recording tech videos without the necessary knowledge. On Samsung, you can swipe from the side to go back to a folder and swipe from the bottom to go to the home screen, which makes sense, right? Also, you can select and move multiple apps on ONE UI by holding on any app and pressing "select."
