With regards the the xiaomi portrait being either over exposed or the white balance being off, it would have been interesting to see if you got the same results if you switched from Master Portrait mode to leica natural or leica vibrant. Great video. SUB FROM ME 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Xiaomi tends to oversharpen on the zoom to trick us.. Zoom: S24U / iPhone 15 PM (by a fairly margin) / X14U.. Overall best dynamic range: iPhone 15 PM (just look at the sky.. that's super important as I live in a sunny country and I won't lose any information on my shots).. You didn't show it here.. But I'd love to see a video comparison now between those 3.. I suspect Iphone 15 PM will win this.. On night shots the winner for me is VIVO X100 (lol) but it should take a while to take a shot maybe..
So the problem with xiaomi persists which is whenever there's a face present, they seem to brighten up the image and in result blowing up the highlights. But other than that, i'd pick xiaomi 14u any day because the photos look so artistic and unlike smartphone's camera
In my opinion, Xiaomi capture almost the same thing that our eyes can see, but the things that usually disappoint users are the overexposure and the skin tone. NGL, the skin tone sometime turns out pale. I believe it will be a lot better if these problems are fixed.
Very disappointed in the video quality on the S24 Ultra. It was so dark and gloomy in comparison to the other two. It's front facing night video was so dark that it was awful at times. Did NOT expect this.

S24u camera is in top 19, behind OPPO, Huawei, Iphone, Honor, Pixel, VIvo and for sure It Will be behind this xiaomi 14 ultra lol.
@@xabiermorales7781 old websites such as camera rankings are rubbish, useless at all. The original ones are actually people who review samsung vs xiaomi cameras playing against each other is more fair than old websites, the ranking list is only high, high, but when the phone reviews are stupid
Are you blind or something?? iPhone and Xiaomi provided the most natural pics here. Samsung has been trashing their cameras since s10+ with overshadrpened, overexposure and oversaturation. Are you smoking??
5:44 iPhone super smooth transition 🥰
Xiaomi 14 Ultra completely smashes and blew the S24 Ultra out of the water in zoom tests😂
Well who would zoom in water

Should've shot the Ciaomi woth the regular camera mode. The Leica mode has a very specific look style. Would not look similar to the rest. Wrong mode for this comparison.
WWoow xiaomi 14 ultra
Totally loved the video camera comparisons. So hard to find videography comparisons. Thank you for the unbiased review
Xiaomi 14 Ultra 👑👑👑👑
Is shit 😂😂😂
Its the loser here btw
@@76a3c3 it's a winner for me.

Which one do you choose of the 3 in the cameras section?
Iphone 15pm for video, s24u for portraits, x14u for main

did anybody noticed the level of details on the grass on the xiomi shot? at min 13:50
mind blowing! i think i would have to go for a Xiaomi over the new S24 u.
great video and amazing comparison!
Conclusion no matter which phone you buy you wont regret
More or less, it's like that.
Where are you filming? Greece?
On paper the xiaomi with the larger and stacked main sensor should be better. Once the xiaomi gets some updates it will definitely get better. All you can really do with iphone and samsung is improve the software and firmware.
Samsung Galaxy naturel 🎉🎉🎉
Literalmente junto al iphone es el menos natural jajaja
hell no Samsung is oversaturated
Only natural in selfie pics. People hardly use selfie cam. Iphone had the most natural shots
Back camera video quality and zoom transition really shows the power of iphone. Still the best
Hello VST, xiaomi 14 ultra you are using is Chinese version or global version? Please reply
The artistic style of the Xiaomi is unique, I would opt for the Xiaomi without a doubt

How can we stop the extra processing that happens with samsung s24 ultra
Did the Xiaomi receive an update for the camera? I've seen other videos and the night time stabilisation was terrible, but it looks fine on yours. Thanks!

5:45 I prefer smothness other speed.
What city is this where he is taking photos?
As for me, even though Xiaomi sometimes made some better shots, S24 Ultra seems more balanced in general
19:49 the iphone lacks sharpness, so apart from the skin tone it can't be the best shot
It can
If xiaomi 14u is Chinese unit then its specifically adjusted to Chinese skin tones thts why maybe its odd
For Xiaomi 14 ultra, did you turn on face metering to be average? I learnt they they just introduced this in the 14 series to help with face exposure but havent seen a single review on it
Yes, it was set on face metering. I am testing more and more leica vs master portrait and different metering modes.
Started watching and eveything seemed familiar. Oh, I live in that city 😅 Nice real life review.
Best city ever... I have been visiting Greece since 2006, and I have stayed a few times, but I never got to explore so much.
Went to all major historical sights, archaeological museum, etc.
Xiaomi photo nightography is amazing
Damn the noise cancellation of s24 ultra mic thooo🔥 its like in its own league especially comapred to iphone
18:25 no again
xaomi 14 ultra sky ıhhhhgg shining
the iphone had some weird flashing too in the video
Have you shot your Xiaomi portrait pictures on the leica mode or the master mode? You might find a better result on the master portrait mode.
Yes, master portrait. Honestly I prefer Leica better.
@@VelianSpeaksTechJust take the photo normally and then use the gallery app to do the post processing and lens blurring. It will give you better results on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Xiaomi for landscape
Iphone for video
Samsung for portrait
The front facing camera on the xiaomi14ultra is not well optimized, but many people may not care about that. idk
If a face is in the picture, it is at least OK.
The iPhone's camera is very soft and gives excellent color harmonies. iPhone is great
Apple is apple he is king of dybamic ramge sharpness only front cam less light noise otherwise apple king
To fix face, you can reduce aperture in mi14 ultra so you have less light entering sensor
Samsung, you have improved your ONE UI much more. It is the best UI now as well as overall all things except one. That's camera. Please use the best sensor on your camera setting. Because all the chinese company use their best sensor on their device that's why they can serve a good picture particularly in low light condition. Please integrate your best on in camera in sa Allah you will be the best phone in 2025.
When you stop the run test stability as soon as people look at you. 😂
I'm inspired by Xiaomi 14 Ultra 🔥😉
Try 5x to make portraits with xiaomi way better results saw it on a other video even beaten vivo x100 pro this way.
I don’t really care about the front camera so it would have been better to add text description. Because when you say portrait there is also a portrait mode using the back camera which the word can also be used if you use the front camera. Most likely I am just confused here in your video.
Wow xiaomi took the highest jump on camera upgrade on this year's competition.
With regards the the xiaomi portrait being either over exposed or the white balance being off, it would have been interesting to see if you got the same results if you switched from Master Portrait mode to leica natural or leica vibrant.
Great video. SUB FROM ME 🎉🎉🎉🎉
In fact, I was using master portrait only in this test, Leica portrait mode was definitely better, tested that separately.
There was a blink in the iphone on the first jog. hope it gets fixed. i notice if im really focusing with my phone.
Vivo x100 pro 🔥🔥
front camera: iPhone (makes your skin good and shows the sky)
back camera: xiaomi (its a good mix of the Samsung and iPhone, looks better)
I am ip 15 pm user, and think s4 ultra more pleasing to the eye, more detail in video
As a Samsung s24 ultra user iPhone video looks so smooth and pleasing

Great video! thank you unbiased review. I currently in dilemma of picking of the three phones. My main priority is back cameras. If I had to rank phones by different metrics based on your video:
Zoom quality (1 to 3): xiaomi, samsung, iphone
Portrait quality : Samsung, iphone=xiaomi (only because iphone seemed a bit blurry on the night portrait)
Night quality: Xiaomi, samsung, iphone
Fom this, it seems to me to that my pick for now is likely a xiaomi. However, this would be my first xiaomi ever after a long usage of iphones. What do you think about the xiaomi in terms of performance after couple of years?
I've been samsung from day 1 but have just ordered the xiaomi ....from what I've seen so far I don't think I'm gonna be disappointed
Thanks! Great job
