Put the miso paste in a small strainer and place that in the broth, and with a spoon stir the miso in the strainer. The paste will break apart in the broth easily.

Or you can take a little bowl add miso paste and little amount of that hot broth and then mix it like a slurry and then add to broth

Love the chicken, but I made a mess on my stove with the oil it sprayed everywhere. I need to use a deep pot instead of a fry pan. ❤️❤️❤️
I also left the garlic and the ginger in the broth and today the flavour was even better! I didn’t use the wine. Thanks Marion 😘

A small tip for those who wants to make a good home made chicken stock. Use chicken wings, they give the most flavour. I myself usually add an onion and two carrots and some parsley to the stock as I boil it to a simmer myself (Salt and pepper to your liking). And ofcourse you can use the wings afterwards for a dinner by pan frying them lightly.

THIS WAS DELICIOUS, you’ve done it again, super easy and soooo tasty. The only main question I have is whether it is store bought or home made, how do I make sure that my dumplings are cooked through yet not over done? I keep drying out the meat because I want to make sure they’re 100% cooked through. Thanks Marion!!

Sesame oil has a really low smoke point, frying in it should be avoided. Traditionally it's used as a seasoning oil, usually for after the dish has finished most of the cooking.
