Hi Marion, you’re one of my all time favorite chefs. I’m from Hong Kong originally, but I live in San Diego, California now. I’ve made your pad see ew woo sen, Hananese chicken and rice, Cambodian kampot pepper beef, Mongolian beef noodles, spicy prawn drunken noodles, Singaporean Laksa noodles, and your mom’s pandan chicken. Everything turned out amazingly delicious every single time. I shared my cooking with my neighbors, and they loved every dish. Thanks for sharing your joy of cooking. 😊

Happy Southeast Asian New Year to you and your family. Miss seeing your lovely mama Noi cooking in the kitchen.
I just made this. I didn't have soy milk. I used unsweetened almond milk. I didn't have bouillon but used chicken powder to make a stock. I used pork mince. I used 1 Tbsp gochuchang instead of 2. Let me tell you. I was skeptical especially about the peanut butter. I LOVED IT!!!! OMG!
Hey Marion,👋 Watching you from Australia and I have to say you are one of only 4 channels I subscribe to and you are the only chef on that list. I have cooked SOOOO many of your dishes and watch so many of your video's... there is not a single recipe I make where I don't have you video on instructing me the whole way through! Its a great one given the meat is so cheap.
Hiya from Sin City - Las Vegas!! It's about 9:30 Tuesday evening here. Been a fan & longtime subscriber of your channel for years. Tried so many of your recipes & I love them ALL!! Ramen is always super yummy, but I must say - your beef stir fries are my favorite ones to make regularly. Thanks to your tips, I have enjoyed super tender beef EVERY TIME! You're the best Marion!! 🤗

Hello from Florida USA. I am totally into learning Korean and Asian gastronomy. That soup looks so yummy! Thank you for sharing!!! One trick to get your eggs peeled easy is to put them for a couple of minutes in ice and cold water after cooking and you will never peeled a hot egg ever again.
I have cooked your tonkatsu ramen about a year and a half ago and I became OBSESSED ! I always struggled with what to eat for my lunch (I work from home) and I am having this ramen pretty much each lunch ever since (yes over 1.5 years now !) I am not sick of it... just obsessed :D I prep few portions at a a time and re-heat when need. 10/10 it is a must try for sure !
I’m also a work lunch prepper and was wondering if you make them all the way up to the end, then reheat at work, or do you seperate the components and redhead separately? I find it hard to prep three or four days when dealing with noodle or pasta and any green veg
Whoever mentioned Chinatown Las Vegas thank you! Although it's still a half day drive for me I'm glad to know there's a place i can go shop for ingredients and enjoy a meal. Because these recipes are fabulous! Thank you Marion!

That Shun knife is very nice. Hi, from the Philippines! Would like to see you recommending your kitchen tools and essential ingredients especially for Asian kitchens

We had this for dinner tonight. I added ramen eggs from another one of your videos. We also added shrimp tempura and choy sum. It was great. This is going to be part of our regular dinner rotation. Thanks.
8:42 am Wednesday on the sunny south-east coast of Sussex in UK. I'm Irish and just love that I have an asian foodstore within walking distance here in Hastings town centre. I need some more gochujang and shaosing wine. After that, I just see which veggies look freshest and cook from there! LOVE all your quick recipes, especially the simplicity of ingredients, as with this one!
Another California viewer here, drooling over your gorgeous food as always! You're so right that chopping up meat just feels like too much at the end of a long day, so that's a great hack
Hahaha. It's the little things right?! LOL
I love your recipes and presentations ❤ I cooked this for dinner tonight (why wait until Wednesday!). I improvised with PB and some sesame teriyaki sauce. I also air-fried some tofu and added the same seasoning as for the chicken for vegetarian me and used veg broth and coconut milk instead (added a bit of cayenne pepper powder and turmeric for color and oomph! Hubs said it’s the best noodles he has ever had in his life 😳😀 Mind you, he is a terrific cook, a hard food critic, travels and used to fine dining and not easy to impress. 🙏 At most, I usually get sandwich compliments for my cooking! 🙄 Kids and hubs also kept eating the chicken and tofu while the noodles were cooking. I did my deed! Peace out ✌️😅

I started Canning foods two years ago and my grown children love raiding my pantry. This butter chicken will be canned up but I'll hide some just for me. I'm watching from Ontario, Canada. Hi to your Mom

I am watching from North Carolina in the United States… this sounds amazing I am excited to try this!
A little tip/trick for peeling the egg shell without damaging the egg is to submerge it in cold water for at least 3-5 mins; the shell slips right off!
I cannot wait to try this!

Hey Marion love your videos encourages me to try new dishes and flavours. Quick question I’m about to renovate my kitchen and update all my appliances and cook ware, just wondering if your wok is induction cooktop friendly
Looks yummy and fast. I poach the egg in the broth. Takes a few minutes to cook. Eliminates a step to boil water, set timer. Maybe not as pretty but way faster.
Hi,I’ve made many of you recipes. The 15 min curry ramen is great and so flavorful.
I’ve been thinking all day what to have for dinner! Thankyou!
From Queensland Australia

Hafa Adai! My name is Mercey from the beautiful island of Guam!!! Love watching your channel.
Tried this recipe today, I am not a big fan of peanut butter, so I used tahini paste instead. Also subbed the chicken for the veg stock and tofu. It was still the best one I have tried!
Hello from Canada! 🇨🇦 🍁 I got my copy of Mama Noi's cookbook recently, I've had really great luck adapting the recipes to be vegetarian. My bestie was very intrigued by it when she came around, but she doesn't know I'm surprising her for her birthday with a copy of her own. 😁
