5 hours ago? Did I just randomly stumble on this as a fluke? I fell down a rabbit hole of looking at office set-ups, so it was nice just to see what people had going on. As a photography person, the moment I saw you had an R5--there was no question about the money thing. And it's not really important. I just wanted to see the set-up. Honestly, it was pretty relatable. I'm trying to figure out my monitor placement, and it's weird how the dream set up isn't just intuitive, and simply comes from lots of trial and error. ----------- Oh, a final, but very important note! I'm sooo happy to see someone acknowledge the junk-drawer. I've seen soo many desk/office videos, and I feel like people either hide their junk drawer or just keep it in another room. But for me -- it's just vital. I keep my scissors and a lot of misc tools in there. Lint roller and such. Thanks again for the video!
Off-topic, but have you seen that MSI and Asus are releasing new EVA-themed PC components? Asus also has an EVA mousepad, shirts, mouse... I think that you might be interested in those, for some reason... Dunno precisely why 😅
Dig the over-the-shoulder shot for the desk tour. It makes it feel like I’m there and you’re casually flexing your desk. Stoked to see everything coming together!

Ladies and gents I present to you the definition of diminishing returns, I have seen tours of youtubers with millions of subs, that don't have nearly as expensive or amount of tech there and yet their content looks as good as yours.
When did I say any of this was necessary for millions of subs or high quality? Couple thoughts here, 1. It's not always about quality, at a certain point quality caps out. Sometimes (most of the time) it's about convenience. I want everything to be as convenient as possible to simplify and streamline my workflow. 2. I am willing to bet that "their content looks as good as yours" is not always true, and that maybe you don't know what you're looking for. Regardless, someone with talent can make a bad camera look good and someone without it can make a good camera look bad. Judging by the comments I frequently receive that usually say something like "your quality is so good, I thought you had millions of subs", I'd say I'm making the most of my geat. 3. TH-cam and Twitch paid for everything here unless it was something a company sent to me for review. 4. This might blow your mind, but people spend money on their hobbies, and tech can be someone's hobby. Even better when their hobby makes them money (see 3). 5. Why do you care? If it's my money and my stuff, have you ever considered just... worrying about yourself?
6:01, I like the view from the top. Few questions - 1. Cable management !! How?? 2. Why and How you connected two dslr?? And how do you manage battery charging?? Especially in game streaming and video calling scenarios??
this is definitely one of the most extravagant setups that i actually like! especially the keeb! personally, i don't get the appeal of putting objects between the monitors, i like them as close to each other as possible. but overall, the setup shows so much of what you like and i respect it
i love the setup. first time i love a setup with monitors that are set apart from each other. mic and camera in between. and fixed camera on one side. thinking now how to copy your desktop arrangement with my existing gears 😊
Thanks for the vid. Flex arm for your camera is a great idea. Would be great to be able to see your pc especially with all the work you put into the case, rgb, etc. Lastly, probably could have done without the lotion clip :). Thanks again for taking the time to show your setup.
This is really great man. I have a couple UPLIFT Desk frames and have used them over the years with a variety of desks. Right now I have a glass desk which I really love but not being able to use monitor arms or boom arms that attach to the desk with clamps is really tough to deal with. It's a chore finding monitor arms that have a stand and then that takes up real estate, boom arm mic stand with the long heavy base so it doesn't fall etc. My office and living room are in the same large room and it's all got a glass table vibe.. so like.. making this desk not glass is tough. Was thinking about Uplift's cheery wood top, which would match all the cherry wood bookcases in here, but this would be the only table that's not glass .. but yours actually looks cool and that wooden shelf on top is pretty awesome. Also love the drawers and stuff. I'm wondering if it's better if I order the whole desk from Uplift and not just the parts. I wonder if the holes for like say the drawers and stuff will be pre-drilled? I'm thinking one exactly like yours with black and that gray mat and the black keyboard and mouse mat (though I'd probably use Elgato's green screen mat for transparent keyboard/mouse on stream) or maybe not but like you said, you have a ton of mats on deck LOL.. I wonder if the shelf is strong enough to clamp monitor mounts on to?
My biggest take away from this video is that we have very similar aesthetics. While I want the triple monitor set up, i opted for the Odyssey arc instead. But all things consider our set ups are quite similar, aesthetically. My second take away is I should get a side-cart for my PC to free up some space. The Last take away is being thankful that I don't need all the recording and camera equipment because... god damn. :')
I like how you did it overhead, this is the only vid of yours I've watched and I like it! Also I think its funny you have a i9- 5700k and a 3090 and you make it so clear that you don't rly care lol sick setup!
Im out here in a 490 square foot apartment shared with another person but I try to make it work. I've got a high end gaming pc (32gb, 3080ti, 5900x), triple monitor stand although for now I only have 2 monitors. Main monitor is a Dell S2721DGF which does 165hz 1440p with an IPS panel, it's pretty great but I'm looking to get a 4k hdr monitor to replace as my main monitor and use the dell as a second monitor. My other monitor is some acer 1080p IPS display I got from a friend for free. I use a northern lights LTT desk pad, a Razer Basilisk Ultimate, and a razer membrane keyboard, which I am considering replacing with a logitech mechanical keyboard my friend got from a trade and is trying to sell for half off. For my microphone I'm using a 6 year old Blue Yeti mic which works well for catching every little noise but I'm considering going all out and getting a shure xlr mic, audio interface, and mic arm which picks up much less of the background noise. I use Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros as my mic, which I got modded with a headphone jack since they didn't come with a removable cable and my previous pair of headphones broke in that way. My desk is like 3 feet wide and came with the apartment so I don' have that much space. I would love to have space for a larger desk that I could put my desktop onto, but there already isn't too much space in here. I almost forgot, for my camera I have a Panasonic Lumix GH5 which I love for video, as well as an Olympus F2.8 12-40mm zoom lens which is versatile enough for my needs as I enjoy doing photography as well. I need to get some form of lighting, a desk mount for the camera which will probably be from elgato, a dummy battery, and a capture card to get 4k60p video from the camera to my computer. All in all I think the total for everything comes out to 4-6k from the time that I bought it, although I did split some stuff like the camera and lens with my roommate because we both use it. Honestly I do NOT need this much stuff but I love gaming and recently have been getting stuff that I could do content creation stuff with. I'm a Comp Sci student which I think increases my proclivity to spend money on my desk setup bc I spend so much time there anyways, although I'm still only making $15/hr working a part time job since I haven't gotten an internship yet mostly due to lack of trying my sophomore year, and who knows whether the traditional junior year internship is gonna happen with the way the tech industry is getting hit by this bear market. I don't know exactly what I want to do on youtube but I enjoy refining my setup to create a video with high production value. I feel like if you've got a high production value it's way easier to make it as a youtuber, although it is not a silver bullet. Once I've got audio, video, and lighting set up the way I like it, I'm gonna make myself stop buying stuff because my wallet doesn't like it lol. I guess I just don't like the idea of half-assing it, or maybe after spending so much money on the setup I would feel obligated to make the most of it. All I know is that I've gotta stop at some point and draw a line in the sand and start saving money instead
Yo Franco amazing video my guy set up looks amazing congratulations on the house wish nothing but the best for you and I hope all is well for you and your family through these tough times much love
Love the setup! Can you do an adjustment guide for the chair? I've had a Herman Miller Embody for almost a year and I'm still having trouble finding the perfect fit for me.
They both do the same thing the only difference is do you like the gimmick of built in sound board and voice effects of the Go Xlr, if you don't care for that then i say go with Rodecaster or which ever is cheaper on the market atm
*sees plain deskmat but with other cool elements in the setup* me: bruh u could spice up the deskmat game a bi- *franco flexes his 50 other deskmats a second later*
I’ve got one of every GAF sculpt. He is/was? one of my favorites and I even got to hang out and have dinner with him during Keycon in NYC. Awesome dude and super talented.
The steelseries arctis pro wireless is one of the best sounding gaming headsets on the market . Ofcourse they will sound off when you gonna compare them with those Rosson headphones .
Do the custome ones take moulds for your ears or use some sort of measurements to get a 1 off fit and sound for you? Or is it just color and such that is customizable
I get a lot of comments saying "that's not $25k" and part of me doesn't care while the other part wants to just list this stuff so people stop bothering me.

Thanks dude! I've got some fun stuff planned for this space.
I love how insanely clean the set up is, cable management A+. Overhead view was great, and I love the consistent color scheme. Well done dude.

An absolute dream setup. So proud as a fellow keyboard (and artisan hehe) enthusiast. Love love love this, Franco!!
Quality of your videos matches/beats most mainstream youtubers, keep it up!

never seen a setup video with that biiiig overhead camera angle, and i really liked it when you used to explain everything!!!
I am a Mac User but this setup is absolutely amazing
Man this video was such a refreshing style for a desk setup video! I'm obsessed with your desktop wallpapers too, where are they from?
Nice setup man! I’ll definitely check your Twitch. I’m also a fan of Evangelion, such a great series!
Is it bad I want a desk setup like that now, Jesus that is beautiful 😍

This is incredible! You’ve done a great job with the setup man
LOL I saw that lotion joke coming a mile away and still chuckled 😂
Amazing video dude, I loved the start of it. Also good to know that the headphones were 20k of this build, very nice ;)

My biggest take away from this video is that we have very similar aesthetics. While I want the triple monitor set up, i opted for the Odyssey arc instead. Orbit cables look so sick!
When you add in the camera value 📈
😅
Coolest thing in the video was the gengar sticker on the bottom of the drawer
You use Lubriderm? I use Jergens for anti chaffing
it was all worth the wait
Love the setup! Can you do an adjustment guide for the chair? I've had a Herman Miller Embody for almost a year and I'm still having trouble finding the perfect fit for me.
A review is definitely coming and I’ll try to include some tips for adjusting.
Could you link power supply you use if the power goes out? Great video and nice setup!!
Bruh that's an awesome setup!! Nice one gg 🔥
Where can i find those wallpapers tho? And damn that keyboard is fresh af!
Link in description for wallpaper artist.
I cant even say anything about the desk. Its so beautiful. But a little triggered at the drawer. Splendid setup. Tell me about the keeb please
Dude has two high-end cameras on his desk. Proceeds to shoot the shot over his head. Also likes purple. Nice.
Would you say the GoXLR is better than the Rodecaster Pro?
They both do the same thing the only difference is do you like the gimmick of built in sound board and voice effects of the Go Xlr, if you don't care for that then i say go with Rodecaster or which ever is cheaper on the market atm
@@Punished_Luna Rodecaster has a sound board too
*sees plain deskmat but with other cool elements in the setup*
me: bruh u could spice up the deskmat game a bi-
*franco flexes his 50 other deskmats a second later*
Loving the setup - fantastic.

I wasn't expecting to see a GAF artisan in a desk tour, if you know you know 👀
I’ve got one of every GAF sculpt. He is/was? one of my favorites and I even got to hang out and have dinner with him during Keycon in NYC. Awesome dude and super talented.
Love the new setup
Nice Setup 👌 BTW is it possible to buy that Cable management pouch separately?
This setup is awesome
The steelseries arctis pro wireless is one of the best sounding gaming headsets on the market . Ofcourse they will sound off when you gonna compare them with those Rosson headphones .
Do the custome ones take moulds for your ears or use some sort of measurements to get a 1 off fit and sound for you?
Or is it just color and such that is customizable
What do you do for a living, and how do you do it that you could buy a $25,000 setup? Sorry if answered before, I'm new here. E.g. awesome build.
I did not get to see the whole video unfortunately (I'll come back to it later) but is there any mention of the chair?
First thing I noticed & had a raised eyebrow on was answered at 2:28 LMFAO
Where can I find your wallpaper it’s so sick
gotta moisturize whenever you can. I dig it. lol
Lubriderm... the most important part of any setup.
Do you mind making a video about leg stretches for gamers? Here recently after setting down a lot all day I find my legs to hurt more than often. 😊
I have some in this video, lemme know if they help: th-cam.com/video/Fhs84uZgrwc/w-d-xo.html
I absolutely love that keyboard.
The only problem I have with it is that it so pretty I couldn't bring myself to use it. I'd have to display it.
2:04 nice bottle on the left side
