13:08 tbh, I personally don’t think it’s overkill at all. It looks fun and comfortable and it’s the type of place that I would want to hang out if I had a choice. When you spend so many hours a day in one space, I think it’s well worth it to enjoy that space as much as possible. 🤩 I love your style, and the combination of dark walls, beautiful lighting, and houseplants whether they’re fake or real gives an absolutely fantastic atmosphere.

I just did a partial thing inspired to this in my own setup as I was searching for setup inspiration and yours was the best. If once i'll have a job and my own house i'll have the money and need for a setup id definitely do exactly like this. Great video!
It inspires me to revise my own setup.
I also found out during the pandemic that my environment really has an impact on my motivation and productivity. Just adding lights and repainting could already be a good start without investing too much.

2.a little tip for your sit and stand desk is put a cable sleeve on the cables on the left to hide the cables cleaner

Very nice setup and your video gave me a few new ideas on how to improve my own home office setup! I especially like the movable desk idea as I found tweaking my cable managements behind my Uplift Desk against the wall quite difficult. I’m glad to find that they also have wheels for their desks so I’ll probably upgrade that soon. The zero gravity mode for the gaming chair is also very temping! I need to look into a chair like that for my gaming time too. Thanks a lot for your video!

But without does mecanical legs l dont need them.

That looks great. I'm addicted to aesthetically pleasing desk setups.
For mine, I actually have my Nintendo Switch hidden below in my cable management / powerstrip holder. So I just have a wifeless controller next to my desk plant, and have my Switch running to my monitor docked, and the audio running to my PC, then playing out of my PC speakers (just try to use a ground-loop-noise-isolator, if you try to run Switch audio through your PC).
I love having the Switch as like a hidden "bonus" to my desk.

The two plants you have are both known for filtering air and destroying mould in your home. I would suggest replacing the fake on with its real conterpart! :) They are aloe vera and snake plant or (sansevieria)
stupid question but doesn't he need sunlight coming in?
@J. Kim did a tiny bit of research and yeah you will need some sunlight. Some plants more than others so it's probably best to look for low maintenance ones. I think the ones he has shouldn't be too bad.. I picked up one fake one in the meantime but will likely switch later.

I've heard the ergonofis desks have some issues with wobbling.. have you noticed anything like that with yours?
not much wobbling here even at higher heights! but will wobble if i really try...like with any standing desk xD

I got motorized legs on amazon capable of lifting 130+ Kg and made the top out of plywood wrapped in vinyl overall I think it was around 300 USD

Hey mike, you can drill a circle slot in the wall behind a cable, then run the cable down to the electrical box and then drill a side of the box out for the cable to hide it. It takes about 20 minutes!
