That’s a great set up. I just work from home I have a MacBook Pro M1 2 TB 64 gig ram. My MacBook Pro before that lasted 10 years. I’ve just discovered those cool gaming PCs and I don’t game at all not at all but I want one so bad just cause they look so cool. One thing I could get into is Microsoft flight Sim 2020 as I am a pilot but I recently lost my medical so I don’t understand why you never hear people talking about playing Microsoft flight Sim on the Mac shouldn’t the M one just shred that thing up? Yo. Nice setup. Close to mine but I got my pc on the ground to the bottom right before the drawer. Also I put my speakers above the drawers for better sound seperation. That's mainly why my PC is on the ground. It's also a very nice wooden cart / PC holder I got on Etsy. Just an FYI i'd be careful with the monitor arm that is supporting the top monitor. I've heard stories that monitor arms don't do that great on Ikea desks due to the honeycomb style desk. It's fixable by applying a thin sheet of metal / wood to both sides of the clamp so it spreads out the surface grip on the desk. Nice setup tho!
I dont know HOW you did this, but I've been creating a setup over the past year and a half, and the whole time I had a very specific vision on how it would look in the end. This is literally the vision. Even most of the brands and products you used are what I've been looking at. And i was literally already going to paint the wall behind the desk this EXACT color. Grab a walnut, cut it in half and rub it over the scratches on your grovemade stand to hide the scratches. Had something similar happen and someone told me the walnut trick. Surprisingly worked.
He needs to put his PC on the floor that thing it taking up so much space and IMO makes it look cluttery. Also I'd loose the built-in desk monitor stand and go for arms. Free up some more space and have even LESS clutter..
Fatal ergonomics of sitting in front of the computer, especially those arms in the air :/ A large computer, instead of being placed next to the desk on the floor, takes up a lot of space on the desk. What for?

Need to make "Budget" set up video as well. I know this is a "Dream Set Up" and don't get me wrong - It is amazing! But for the standard game set up/home user - I think a budget video would be amazing and quite useful.
A budget video would be nice. Cool thing is, a budget setup can still include the Alex drawers and Karlby counter top shown in the video. This is commonly known as the "IKEA desk hack." You can have a sharp looking desk for a fraction of what it would cost to purchase any of the higher end standing desks.
this one upper is very wrong idea, you killing your neck, you always need look at monitor from up to down never opposite....your audio is too wrong, you need use 5.1 or 7.1 as something back at your monitor for the best virtual sounds..... too much lights, your eyes must burn daily :D pc on desk is totally wrong too, next lights what distract your eyes . waste of money is your build . va monitor nice ghosting ...... vrr not work good yet. your video look as you want show how much money you have :)
Has the KARLBY tabletop warped at all over time? I hear a lot of people complain about it warping in the middle and needing to add a support beam inbetween the two legs. Is this a problem?
my guy, you're using antec fans. i had them and they were good but they discolored easily if it isnt on a solid color. splurge and get some quality fans like infinity sl by lianli

@@andresvidoza They're backwards. Bottom should be intake, top should be exhaust. You're starving your GPU for air by making the bottom fans exhaust.
