I wonder what makes him an authority on Vicky Zugah's life. Much of his arguments are fallacious and weak. I am sick and tired of men as this, who find flawed reason, to shut wonen up. This clearly show's how backward Ghana is. No advanced nation on this earth will tolerate this sort of attitude towards women. When a woman reports domestic violence all the man has to come out and say in his defence is that the woman has a bad attitude and he caught her sleeping with other men or she's lying. Then people will begin counting how many men she's been in a relationship with and conclude she's a prostitute and deserves the beating.
This is ridiculous! Domestic violence is WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! Even if the woman has slept with the whole world, thats totally irrelevant. The law has an obligation to protect the vulnerable and the defenceless in society! Why would she come out and say she was abused when she knows the type of society she lives in condones domestic violence against women? I wonder why they never ask the men involved how many women they've been in a relationship with and how many women they've had sex with to judge how credible they are? The most unfortunate part is that, women will be taking part in this demonisation. well, I guess that's what happens when u've been oppressed for so long, you begin to participate in your own destruction!
