Ma'am, add a lot of green leafy vegetables to your diet. Take dates fruit. To increase iron absorption, you can have orange juice, mosambi juice and apple juice. Will surely put a video on a healthy diet chart.

Ma'am, 3 to 4 dates per day if you are not a diabetic and 2 per day if you are a diabetic.
