Ma'am, add a lot of green leafy vegetables to your diet. Take dates fruit. To increase iron absorption, you can have orange juice, mosambi juice and apple juice. Will surely put a video on a healthy diet chart.
No ma'am, chilli powder does not cause weight gain. But it is always recommended to use in normal amounts as increased use of it can cause gastric problems.
