Its common if you are not drinking and eating junk foods.. i rarely drink coke, acidic drink and ear junk food.. but i am facing this issue.. depends upon body condition

Doctor not sure if you already have a video on all foods that can aggravate GERD, if not I request you to please do a video on that.
From my personal experience I find that all these foods aggravate GERD especially if the person is prone to worrying, stress and anxiety.
Sharing this information here as it might help many others who might be struggling to understand what foods cause their chronic acidity issues
Coffee Tea Chocolates
Energy drinks with Caffeine
Spicy foods ~ foods with garam masala
Eating foods with lot of chillies, tamarind and / or tomatoes
Pickles both salted ones and ones with chillies
Adding lot of oil in food
Fried food
Even having vegetables Sautéed in oil for a long time
Carbonated beverages
Baked goods like biscuits ~ especially ones made with Maida ( no fibre )
Sugar and sweets
Heavily Processed Foods + foods with Preservatives ~ canned juices and fruits
Artificial flavouring substances + food colours
All Commercial soft drinks
Even many food that are naturally preserved with just sugar (like fruit squash, jams) or salt ~ வற்றல்
Just adding too much salt in foods
Commercially available juices and even electrolytes drinks with added citric acid
I find that adding baking soda and baking powder to any food items (to make them more fluffy and soft) instead of natural fermentation also aggravates GERD ~ example (Indian) Dhokla, Aappam
Dairy products especially Curd Paneer and Cheese
Citrus fruit juice ~ especially if the fruits are very sour ones like lemons
Other sour tasting fruits
If a person is very stressed and prone to anxiety even vegetables like cauliflower brocoli especially cabbage and all Beans varieties (all those pulses that grow in pods) like peas, rajma, all dhalls can cause acidity and gas to increase
Alcohol and smoking
I also find that just managing our emotional state with yoga (meditation is a yoga practice) and just doing asanas or any other exercises with our focus on the breath and the movements is what is beneficial to us.
Managing stress + Eating fresh healthy foods at regular times with our focus on the food and in a calm grateful mindset helps reduce acid reflux and actually helps us avoid all health issues and keeps us young
Doing service to earth, humans and animals also keeps us healthy

Hello sir, I need your advice. I had heartburn for a few months before going to the hospital. The doctor gave me medicine for three weeks, and the symptoms subsided but remained. He then advised me to have an endoscopy to double-check, and he said my stomach was red and it was normal gastric nothing to worry about. So, sir, I'd like to know how long it takes to heal this gastric problem. I've been taking medicine for three months and I'm feeling better now.

Ma'am, it depends. Milk related products relieve the symptoms for some people and for a few it aggregates the reflux. Kindly check with your physician.

Dr i have Gerd past 3years I'm following without medicine with good life style modification I'm doing morning gym workout with skiping weekly 5times with empty stomach when I do a excercise i have burbing and mild dizziness coming pls wt is reason and if it is normal shall i continue my regular exercise or i need to do any separate exercise and im taking 70% protein with 30% corbs with pls sujjest me any need changes
I have changed my GERD problem by changing my food habits, dont eat anything after 7 PM, if you continue this practice for a month you can see the change
