    Dear Amazing Domestic Geek Family,
    I hope this message finds you all well and thriving. I wanted to take a moment to share some important news with you all.
    Over the past year, I've faced some significant challenges on the home front. Balancing the demands of raising two small children while managing chronic migraines has proven to be more challenging than I anticipated. Unfortunately, the toll on my health has led me to experience tremendous burnout, and after much reflection, I've had to make the difficult decision to pause my video production for the time being.
    I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support you've shown me throughout this journey. Your kind words, encouragement, and enthusiasm for The Domestic Geek have been a constant source of inspiration for me. It truly warms my heart to know that my videos have brought joy and value to your lives.
    Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and I am navigating these challenges with the well-being of my family as my top priority. I am taking this time to focus on my health and to be fully present for my little ones during these important years.
    While I may be stepping back from creating content for now, I want you to know that I am not saying goodbye. I hope to return to making videos when the time is right, and I am able to give you the quality content you deserve.
    In the meantime, I encourage you to explore the abundance of recipes available in The Domestic Geek archives here on TH-cam and at thedomesticgeek.com. Hopefully, you'll find tons of great ideas to keep you inspired and entertained while I'm on this hiatus.

      I’ve experimented with a couple of smoothies not bad but not right some how. What is the texture to be? Do everything have to start frozen? Thank you for responding.

    Due to diabetes, I make my green smoothies without fruit or sweetners. I love your combonations. I love savory smoothies with a little spice.

    I just made the kiwi and cucumber smoothie but I added spirlina powder and fresh parsley and it was delicious!! great recipe.

    You should try a smoothie which includes spinach, banana, apple, cucumber and avocado and orange juice. Tastes amazing

      @@carolynsmall9282 yes, a handful of spinach, half a avocado, quarter an apple, throw a good 3 or 4 strawberries, a banana and about a good couple slices of cucumber, probably should be about 3 or 4 inches I'm not sure and of course this is just normally what I put in and it serves about two people

    My favorite chocolate smoothie is:
    1-2 bananas (I usually use frozen)
    1 cup of oats
    1 tablespoon of cacao powder
    ½ cup of orange (peeled and chopped, sometimes frozen.)
    the zest of that orange
    milk of choice
    If you need more sweetness to balance out the cacao powder then add sweetner of choice, I don't need more, but some of my friends prefer it with a bit more sweetness.
    Blend. It is an orange-banana-chocolate heaven. My husband loves to omit the orange but add coconut shavings and coconut milk instead. Can also be recommended.

    4:03 She is right - the grape and broccoli one tasted amazing. So creamy, . I did blanch the broccoli beforehand and let it cool. Out of all of these I think this one is my fav.

    Thanks for the video!!! Great recipes I usually add 2 Tbs of sea moss to all of mine and also do a 16/8 intermittent fasting cycle. I am in my 40s and have gone fro 237 to 219 in 2 months. I have tried a lot of sea moss and this is the best one that i have found. Thanks !!!

    Thank you ! Im going through hormonal imbalance. Doctor said i need more greens. I dislike salads but i love fruits! Ill be sure to mix up leafs with fruits this week - thanks for recipes

      Try throwing broccoli, kale or Brussels sprouts in the oven at 400 coated with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic/onion/cayenne powder or whatever you want until crisp.

    Love these! For chocolate smoothies I’ve tried mixing cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder, avocado, dates and almond milk. So creamy!

    Made the paradise smoothie, soo,sooo good. I did substitute coconut milk with water and added a dash of cinnamon. This drink is so refreshing.

    Thank you Sara! I was one of those asking for the green smoothies (shhh). And you went over __the--top**!! Awesome ideas and very unique. Can't wait to try these!!! I have been adding home-sprouted broccoli sprouts to all of my smoothies lately (actually I add them to pizza, eggs, burgers....). Supposedly, the broccoli sprouts are much more nutrient dense than the raw florets, and I do NOT get gassy from them. Which is a wonderful thing since you want to feel wonderful after such a healthy item! Not sure if you have done this, but basil is a perfect match with citrus. Mmmmm.

      Lori M I just tried my first broccoli sprouts.smell fresh,no mold, but too bitter to eat. Day six. Put the in the sun yesterday and today, turned green and doubled in amount. Could use some guidance. I was really excited to try them in smoothies. Second batch 24hrs old.

    These smoothies are great. I have tried the Pineapple paradise and it is delicious. It kept me full for most of the morning. Great suggestion to have a smoothy for breakfast.

    One of my favorite green smoothies uses orange juice, Greek yogurt, mango, banana, baby spinach, an avocado, and honey! What's not to love?!

      1 pear, 10 green grapes, baby spinich to taste, 1 advocado, fresh lime. For this one I go with youghurt, but you can use soja milk or regular. Enjoy!!

      All spice, nutmeg and mace are great addition to taste energy alsi may improve if you had chi hamp, and flax pumpkin seeds but soak them overnight before adding. I suffer from autoimmune issues and using these seeds in my smoothes really healthful. I hope my words may help others😎😍😘😎

    I have a good quality blender but not a vitamix. Im having trouble getting spinach to break up. I like some pulp but its just too thick. I have cheesecloth to strain it but it makes a mess. Suggestions?

    Just use a metal straw for your smotthies y'all. :) or just drink it from the cup. 🌍

    Thank you for this! I have trouble getting in my greens (I'm basically a giant kid and am extremely picky about my veggies, despite being vegan) and I want to start making green smoothies to help myself actually enjoy my greens! Thank you!

      I use green tea 1cup and add my leafy greens then put my fruits( berries,banana ,flax seed and ginger. . The more green the better. Spinach spring mix/ kale

      I once read it was ok to leave the skin on when putting it in a smoothie it is supposed to be healthier! :)
