Mine would not stop beeping. I tried holding down the Reset button to no avail. Then I found your video, connected the camera, removed the SD card, held down the Reset and followed your instructions WRT the settings. Result - a functioning dash cam! It probably needs a new SD card but for the time being it's running, so thank you Stuart!!

How can I fix the problem like camera switch off when the car stop-start at the traffic light or waiting in the traffic and coming back on again after a few seconds? Also I can't playback any video footages on the nextbase app on the mobile. It is a nextbase 622W model. Thanks in advance tho....
Thank u.....mine is only a week old and stops recording while driving after 15 seconds...tried resetting default twice...taking it back for exchange tonight
Hello Stuart, I had too much trouble with the nextbase 622, bought one and it was defective, took back to best buy and exchanged it for the 2nd one( when I went to pick out the 2nd I noticed two 622s had already been opened but they had one still factory sealed), took it home....it messed up by stopping recording every 15 seconds...I had to manual restart each time, best buy may have just received a bad batch number, but I took the second 622 back and bought a kenwood A60-1w....works great! I was so pleased I went back and bought the back camera KCA -R200.....as a TH-cam creator the footage I get from both front and rear are very valuable! Thank you for your help! Ps...best buy was great to work with never questioning my decision to exchange
having problems with nextbase 422GW not pairing with i phone 13! your vid is very helpful though. whatever happened to instructions! Not sure it is even registered with nextbase!
I got the 422 worst experience of could imagine total garbage it freezes I can't even turn it on now I wish I would have read the reviews, how do you do a hard reset
Hi, I have a 322GW that tried to do the update but died. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it back on past the blue light while being plugged in?
I wonder if you could help me please. When I press the settings cog it is completely unresponsive. Do you know why that happens and how to resolve it? I appreciate any advice you could give me.
When you go through the setup there is a skip button if you don’t have a smartphone, you can still get at the videos by removing the SD card and plugging it into a computer

But was is the tiny reset button on the top of the camera?
If you mean the bottom of the camera, this is a power interrupt in case it locks up completely

Mine will go into a loop when booting up with the opening noise just repeating. Any ideas
Take out and leave out the SD card and then reset, if it boots okay the SD card is no good

I have found taking out the SD card and pressing the reset button works best for me
