Nope, most of what he says has nothing to do with what the trial is about - prove Wade was hired so Fani can get kickbacks. All of that speaking loud and grand standing impressing the public will not influence the Judge, he is guided by Georgia laws and what the trial is about, not by what Trump lawyer keep saying ...appearance of impropriety; tha's not sufficient in this case. A grandiose performance might win the public but not learned seasoned judges, this one is young and i don't know if he is allowed to get advice from another seasoned judge but if he can i'm sure he did. I don’t understand this judge asking the defense if he should he kick the DA Fanni Willis off every case if she has lied that is brought before the court. Every lawyer knows if a cop commits perjury they get put on a list and DA’s won’t prosecute their cases which in turn means the cop no longer has a job. A DA is no different than a cop that commits perjury and shows prejudice.

And I'll point out that they've literally argued in this exact same session that not directly, explicitly and repeatedly challenging any detail is an admission that that detail must be considered probably or true.

He can do the right thing, be hated by the left, and become a darling of the right, forever famous (and infamous) as the man who said "No!" to tyrannical abuse of state power. Or he can do the wrong thing, keep his miserable county-level job, be championed as an anti-Trump judge, and reviled elsewhere (by the right and everyone through the left-of-center, I believe) as the judge who buckled under leftist pressure to ignore the DA's actions in bringing this case, which is insanely malicious toward an ex-President, devoid of proof that could lead to a conviction, and clearly invented to make Willis and her long, luscious lawyer friend both leftist stars and very rich and privileged partakers of the public dole. One route sounds both honorable and profitable; the other lacks rewards of any kind - other than security of his sorry low-level job. The guy IS AN ATTORNEY, you don't use the word "ABSOLUTELY" without knowing & having the facts! Mr W divorce attorney lied, Mr. W lied, Mrs. FW lied & the judge was given his job by Mrs. FW (he also gave to her campaign AND voted for her) Everything in this hearing should be tossed out. The Mr W, Mrs FW & the divorce attorney should lose their licenses to practice justice for all lying to the court! And the judge should be penalized or suspended temporarily for not disclosing a conflict of interest when he took this case!!!!!!

can I ask how you know who the judge voted for, I don’t remember that piece of information being released. I am not a fan of Willis but I am a fan of being fair. Yes he donated to her campaign but a nominal amount that probably all judges donate. So he worked for her, doesn’t mean he liked her or respected her

It's very clear there are legitimate concerns about her truthfulness and based on that she needs to be removed. This judge is just not wanting to accept what he knows is true to let her off the hook. The case goes forward, just not with hher prosecuting. If he finds she can stay on the case you know the judicial system is corrupted.
