@lindahardge3069 Guilty of what? Making the country better? Are you seriously thinking we are better today than when Trump was in office? Trump is a rich man but so is Biden. Trump was never in politics until he ran for president. He raised his millions by doing business. In all those years not one single indictment was brought against him. Biden however has been in politics for 50 years. How did he get so rich on a Senator's salary? He had classified documents in several insecure places. Some he got while he was a Senator. Yet he hasn't been charged. You really believe we are better off with this clown?

First off, Fani previously had a case dismissed because she threw a fundraiser for a candidate she supported, while prosecuting criminally his political opponent. She has a history of doing this. A judge tossed the case and scolded her. She didn't learn her lesson. Now, to the meat of the matter:
    1) Fani was required by LAW to disclose to ALL grand jurors her relationship with Wade, as it represented a potential conflict of interest. She did not. She also circumvented all established and mandatory protocols for assigning outside counsel. Therefore, everything done by Wade is tainted.
    2) Fani was required by law to disclose in her Income and Financial Disclosure Report forms--ANY gift or favor from A PROHIBITED SOURCE--such as anyone doing business with the county. That means WADE....and she did NOT comply. Wade had bought her an airline ticket. Here are some of the undisclosed gifts:
    a) OCT 2022 - Wade paid $477 for Fani's plane ticket to Miami
    b) Same day, he paid $1387 and $1284 to Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, for their trip
Wade had begun working in the DA's office in NOV 2021. He filed for divorce the next day. He has received over $654,000 since that time.
According to the Fulton County Code of Ethics, ALL elected officials (that means Fani) must complete the financial disclosure form. Fani lied on hers. If it is found she lied ON PURPOSE, which she DID, she is in much deeper trouble than just an ethics violation. She is VERY likely subject to both criminal liability AND financial compensation. That she used federal COVID funds, potentially makes this a FEDERAL crime.
I used to have a similarly simplistic worldview, just like the simpletons who defend Fani. Then I turned 10. If only life were so easily dissected into such benign, innocuous nothing-burgers. Alas, I am afraid her issues are much more grave:
“EMBEZZLEMENT (as per GA criminal code)"
The embezzlement of public funds or property is described in the state criminal code as “theft by conversion.” Conversion takes place when monies or property that are under ownership of the public are wrongfully used, taken, or ‘converted’ for personal use - in this scenario, by an elected official. In other words, it is a criminal offense when a person having lawful custody of funds or property of another converts the funds or property to his or her own use in violation of the agreement or legal obligation existing.
    between the parties.”

Yeah, her defenders or people who claim her behavior is of no consequence to the cases against the defendants have no idea how serious and far-reaching her actions are for these cases. She benefited financially from bringing these charges, and that alone taints the cases. Then, there are procedural and legal statutes she violated, which have implications for her career and life. People who just want to get T at all costs have no idea what's happened here.

As a lawyer, this may be true. But as a person of ethics, not so. Everything she has done (between her & Wade) points to corruption and hidden money laundering (aka racketeering… the very thing she’s trying to Get Trump on).
Mr. Barnes seems to be a true southern gentleman… but his vote of confidence about Fani’s lawyer-ship, doesn’t negate her decision to become a political hack against the Republican Party. Trump is our guy & she, along with a plethora of others, don’t like conservative ideology…
So, her goal along with Soros and a gazillion others are political in nature. And therefore, not using lady Justice (with her blindfold securely on) in a proper manner.
She & Wade must be disbarred and the case against Trump shut down.

@@PeachWookiee Tell me one thing he’s been accused of that has actually stuck to him? Neither of the 2 impeachments worked. The January 6 debacle is proving every day that it’s all backfired. I mean really, how’s is one to be prosecuted for being an insurrectionist while never being found guilty of insurrection?
How does a Senator (Biden) then Vice President (Biden) take secret documents from his governmental position, place them in unsecured locations (garage in his home in Delaware)… and he’s not going to be prosecuted (because he’s an elderly and feeble old man who “willfully retained” those documents), but has no legal right to those documents…
But Trump, who has full legal rights as President to have secret documents (Like ALL presidents before him have done), to have all those documents in a secure location, locked up and followed all the rules while also having Secret Service guarding him and all his belongings (including the documents)… ends up getting his house raided by 30 FBI agents, drug through the mud on all the liberal media stations… and they want to prosecute him.
How does any of this seem logical? It doesn’t. None of it does. It only weakens our justice system as they try to take down their political opponent. That’s NOT what the justice system is for. Upholding the law is what our judiciary system is for, not used as a weapon against your political opponents.
The only thing stuck to Trump was the lying woman who said Trump raped her. In her testimony, she lied. She said she was the “Only woman” in the location where the rape took place (during the trial). But in multiple tv interviews (years before), she has said there were other women in the place where the rape occurred.
Which is it? Keep in mind, that trial he is ordered to pay 83 million was held in NY, with a democrat judge and all those on the jury were democrats.
This is purely political and government weaponization unlike we’ve ever seen. It’s a corrupt system that is doing every possible thing to find Trump at fault in something, anything. None of it sticks, unless you’re a democrat who hate’s Trump.
They strain to pick and peck at molecules in Trump’s eyes, but forget the logs in their own eyes.
