  • Brain fog is characterized by confusion, forgetfulness, and a lack of focus and mental clarity. This can be caused by overworking, lack of sleep, stress, and spending too much time on the computer. On a cellular level, brain fog is believed to be caused by high levels inflammation and changes to hormones that determine your mood, energy and focus. The imbalanced levels of hormones make the whole system to be thrown off. Also, brain fog syndrome can lead to other conditions such as obesity, abnormal menstruation, and diabetes mellitus.
Most people have experienced mental fog or brain fog. It is often described as a cloudy-headed feeling. Forgetfulness is a common complaint among older adults.

I had a brain fog when I was in college for almost 3 years, it's the worst feeling ever, I feel like having a Dementia or Alzheimer's. I even consulted a neurologist but the medication only made it worse.
I've read several articles on the internet about brain fog and the solutions are surprisingly simple. The effects are not immediate, but you can see the results after 2 or 3 months as long as you dedicate yourself on having a healthy lifestyle. Sleeping plenty, eating healthy and exercising a lot will purify your body from toxins and remove most of the stress that you have accumulated over the years.
Stay away from junk foods, fast-foods, instant noodles, canned foods, sweets and caffeinated drinks. Preservatives and additives from junk-food and instant food are the source of toxins that may accumulate and remain inside your brain tissues for several years. Alcohol, smoking or drugs are also a big no.
Drinking a lot of water helps with body cleansing. Perspiration through exercise can remove a lot of impurities from the body. My brain fog never came back after changing my lifestyle.

I used to suffer from terrible brain frog majority of 2022! From 1-100 my brain fog was at 100 (with 100 being the worse). Quality sleep, black seed oil, excercise, healthy foods, & spend less time staring at a screen. You’ll see results I promise! I've been there. Accept the fact that recovery can take long, and celebrate every little step of progress. Always seek a healthy lifestyle l, do a dopamine detox, don't stay in a negative mood for too long, and invest time with yourself. I hope that helps.

I was a great student and quite proficient at brain intensive tasks at languages, music, and working at IT. Last year was very disruptive because 3 very bad life events happened at the same time, and around that time I began to feel brain fog. It got pretty bad in summer, all I could do was do the bare minimum, chill and try to get myself in a get-go state of mind. I want to believe this is reversible, that covid or vaccines had nothing to do with it, that I don't really have brain fog. These past two months I surrender accepting this new reality and began gearing up to get back to work, training in my field, reading, and improving lifestyle (more than it was). Taking baby steps, just showing up at first, celebrating the hours of productive work I achieved, is working and I seem to be getting up to speed. Accepting recovery will take many months, accepting the things I lost with a stoic mindset, striving for a healthy lifestyle, and trusting that I can handle it one day at a time is key.

Supplements ( because they are unregulated) may have great differences in the amount of active ingredients
Take some of the stress OFF by keeping a notebook and pen with you at all times so that you can jot down and access thoughts when your brain is clear. Engage time WITHOUT STIMULATION, just go for a walk without your phone or music and allow your body and brain to 'step back'
Put some stress ON by thinking of some of your failure issues (convert speech to words) and PRACTICE for a few minutes a day in front of a mirror or recorded with your phone. If you have a good friend, ask them to help with this, dont go through it alone if you dont have to!

Musical Ear Syndrome can be a factor in it, in my experience. There are cognitive behavioral therapies that can help. So can the American Gut Association's 30 plants in 7 days challenge and the 20 minutes outdoors per day (if possible) challenge and the Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands (S.A.I.D.) exercise principle. However, I am not a health professional so check with your doctor.

Here is the symptoms i suddenly remember of something i did but i couldn't think what it could be, then suddenly again i remember of something but i can't concentrate on that. Like this way I'm experiencing 4 to 5 times. That's how i figure out in that time I'm passing the braing fog. Interesting fact is in that time I'm trying to remember what i ate last night is unable to remember of it :( normally i have this brain fog for 20 minutes. After it went away I'm remembering what i ate last night and well now i have a small memory i ate rice, this thing is so insane. Plus I'm a migraine patient.

Yea my head feels heavy like stuffed like how a nose feel or w.e it just doesn’t feel clear but I sleep real good .. I don’t know where it came from but I know I couldn’t sleep at first and I now I got good sleep but other than that this feeling is in the way I feel like I’m not functioning right but it came out of nowhere as a headache like head pressure and after that day the brain fog appeared like 3 months ago

My problem is that I have health conditions including diabetes 2, so I often cannot tell if my mental state is the outcome of physical or psychological issues...it is very confusing.

Too much stress cause me brain fog
    Trying to cure it
When i sleep for 5 min it disappears but after waking up withing 10 minutes or 20 it starts (my subconscious brain work fine)
But this can't stop me because human is the most intelligent creature
Note : when i am happy this fog disappears only come when i am stresses very very much (isse pehle ye mujhe 6 month pehele aya tha or ab ajj aya hai )
Chalo koi nahi ye fog ki itni aukad nahi ki 0.1persent bhi effect kar sake 😤😤😤😤
