    I have been watching your video since last year and i have improved my lifestyle a lot and felt many positive changes in my life. I don't have any negative thoughts or anger issues anymore. I only feel sometimes a little low.

    In my full lifetime, overthinking is a unwanted mandatory problem of mine. No motivation can help me to vanish this 😑

      @ rayhanahoque, I mean this with full respect, it is exactly this kind of thinking that keeps you stuck in thinking that this is a trait or habit of yours that is hard or unable to break. I've been where you are, heck at times I find myself back to overthinking on whatever bothers me at the moment. But what I've learned to do to break this habit, is to remind myself all the time that I am not my thoughts. For they are also meant to just flow through your consciousness and not become stagnant. So I talk to myself and ask myself why am I overthinking on this situation. If I find that I've wanted to react better towards the action of it, I'll try to do that, depending on the situation, but if I'm unable to do that, I'll remind myself that I cannot change it and will motivate myself not to worry about it, because it's anyways out of my hands/control. I also pray and do breathing exercises or read a book or do an activity that requires my full attention and then afterward I find myself not even thinking about the things that bother my mind. I want you to stop thinking that you are unable to change, for in it we grow and evolve in all aspects of our being. I also want to remind you to be gentle with all of you, that's all aspects of your body, mind and soul. For growth, change, evolving doesn't happen overnight or just once, you have to be consistent in it. And it takes time, and what's so beautiful about that too is that you can feel and see the difference this makes, it's a great feeling seeing where you've been and how far, deep and wide you've grown from it. It really is like a chef's kiss. Or better, but it's real damn good. Also when you find yourself overthinking again and again, again and again be gentle with yourself and keep encouraging yourself, don't stop, don't think that you can't do it, because you can and only you can, no one else can change your mind or thinking except you. Genuinely and sincerely, ask for help and guidance from your spirit guides. We all have them whether we believe for it or not. They're there. I do not mean to offend you, I just want to encourage you that YOU can do it, you really can, just be kind and consistent with yourself and you'll see how everything else flows right into place❤❤❤

    Since childhood i ve been a victim of blackmagic and crooked tortures from my elder brother and his guru. Now also its continuing causing health problems in my body n mind. May God bless me with a secure place to stay away from his people...only then can i attempt for disciplining my life style and go deeper in my Spiritual Sadhana.

      Just write down your thoughts, without thinking about it, without judgement, whatever comes to your mind. Don't pay attention to grammar or any mistakes you make, just take it all out of your head. It's such a great relief, creating more space in your head

    Mem l feel negative energy on my eye reason is l felt l don't like this thing, sudden l feel negativity energy on eye and head disturb its not called headeache this impact l think in the world only feel to me ❤ when the impact came on my eye I put some spoon on eye that cold feel make to me a positivity ❤
