Anyways, it’s too bad I can’t do any of those stretches because I’m OCD and I can’t touch the floor - but I could always (naturally) do the front split and the front bend...
I love that you’re doing this in such a casual setting to show that anyone can do this anywhere in their home! I’m def gonna try and do this at least weekly :)
Man, it’s 12:30 and I’m having a really bad time with staying consistent with studies and I wasted my whole day today. I sat down and did this routine and I feel sm better abt myself now. Ur casualness is so inviting.
I was the same way when I was in school. My advice is to have something idle that you're doing while studying. I had either some snacks, a bug water bottle, or one of those fidget things. And also just kind of accept that it's gonna suck a little. Once I stopped trying to convince myself I was enjoying something I knew I wasn't, it went better. Best of luck
@@daRKe-l2z omg this comment I made was 8 months ago I have graduated high school 4 months now. Well honestly, idk how I did it especially when I was having anxiety attacks and stuff but you gotta look at days individually and just focus on that days work and nothing else. Also new challenge, gotta give ielts cuz im moving to USA in a few months and im procrastinating but the fidget thing in the reply below actually works. I keep a notebook on the side and doodle or a foam roller below my feet and roll it while studying so it keeps me engaged
I’ve been doing some of these stretches for the past 6 months since I’ve found this channel and my back pain from an injury 2 years ago has gone from a constant 8 or 10 to an occasional 2 that only flares up from exercise or sitting too long. My strength is back to 70% of what it was before the injury but I now am mostly without pain and life has improved drastically. Before I could barely walk and couldn’t do a single situp. Now I can do situps again and I can walk normally!
Proud of you man. Word of advice tho, don’t recommend sit-ups especially if you have back pain. There are better core exercises out there like deadbugs, planks and dragonflags (tho not sure if this is back-friendly) if you wanna replace sit-ups with something less painful on the back.
I took dance classes for 13 years, and I have never felt as comfortable stretching as I do with your videos. I always felt pressuered to push my body farther than it would go to match the other people in my classes, but with these videos I finally feel comfortable to listen to my body when I start to push too far
Agreed! I love your short tiktoks on specific stretches, but sometimes it’s nice to see an example of a stretching routine in real time so I can learn how to eventually make my own routine.
Me too. Usually videos like this say "Do this this and that for x amount of time. Done" and the video takes 2 minutes or less and I'm just overwhelmed.
I really appreciate this video! I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for many years and have started my road to recovery with eating a better diet and trying to regain my mobility. This video was exactly what I needed to find a simple routine to get started on! I’ll definitely look at your channel more to find more stretches as I progress! Thank you again!
First time in my entire life touching my toes with my legs straight. I've been doing those stretches for 20 days. Thank you! I'm sooooo happy rn. 😊 Hugs from Brazil! Stay flexy!
Man this guy is so open and kind, do not forget educated. Today was not so well for me, but watching this, was very calming. This is exactly how these type of videos should be! Thank you sir
Please do more long-form, follow-along stretching videos like this for different parts of the body. This video is a blessing and I use it regularly, it would be great if you did more like this :)
Just did this. My first stretch workout in my 44 years on this earth. I'm so tight and stiff. This is going to change now I've found these videos!! Thank you!
Salve from Brazil! I started doing this routine 4 days ago. Before starting, i barely could touch my knees with both legs straight. Today, i tryed it AND I JUST TOUCH MY TOES!!! It was like an ultimate flexibility goal, but i got it in just four days... Now i'm thinking about new flexibility goals. If you're thinking about doing it, just do it! ❤
Tô fazendo a três dias mas ainda não consigo alcançar o pé, mas vou continuar 🙏🙏 espero que vc continue tbm!! Daqui a pouco a gente vai estar colocando o pé atras da cabeça 💪
Like others have said the fact this is done in a kitchen is great. You don’t just say “and you can do these anywhere” you show us we CAN do it literally anywhere. I also really appreciate how he says “if you can” constantly acknowledging not everyone can do what he can and we all have different limits.
You've become one of my favorite fitness people in social media, you come off as super chill and your advice is both peppy and extremely useful. Your approach to helping people take care of themselves is truly flexible, so thanks for that.
I'd love to see like a 20 min full body stretch with everything important that you can fit within 20 min. Thank you very much for your great stretching videos!!!
Very nice video, all the step is clearly and simple too. My lower back is kind of bad before starting your video, but after watching your video, the pain gone lol. Also, it is help to fix my postures too. 😊
this was the first time I had fun stretching. I never was a flexible person and being forced to stretch at school was a torture for me. Now thanks to you I have a chance to do that in a enjoyable way:) i hope i'll get some progress as I plan to stay consistent
Go 4 IT! It's super hot to be flexible, just saying. My rule is now everytime I watch this guy I do his stretch instead of just thinking about it. Except the whistling one, Still can't do that.
Maaaan that sideways stretch released 28 years worth of tension out of my lower back. Have a lot of tension there and didn’t know how to stretch it. Definitely will add it to my routine. I can’t thank you enough ❤
Hi David! I love this routine and have been doing it everyday. I'm feeling flexy. You said it stretches most of your body, if you have time to make a full body follow-along that would be amazing. Until then, I''ll keep this one up. Thanks!!
@@kacpertomaszewski7460 Hello, no you don't have to work out before stretching. Just make sure you ease into it and don't rush it when you're not warmed up since you are more prone to injuries that way. In general I believe you shouldn't think stretching has to came with a workout before it but rather that a workout has to have stretching at the end of it. You see when you work out, your muscles get tense and shorten, stretching afterwards releases that tension and increases recovery and decreases the risk of injury later on. Hope I could help!
I’ve never been flexible but after doing some of your stretching I was finally able to touch my toes even if it was only a second! It’s a start and it gives me the motivation to keep going because it’s working!
same here =) , it's a matter of being consistent , this comment is your reminder to rewatch David's video and do this routine everyday again , for your own good and sake =) , have a great day!
ive started to incorporate this in my daily routine to try and relieve some chronic pains caused by shortened muscles after i had my scoliosis corrected and spine fused. I just wanna say that your character and casualness helps me a lot to feel like its something i can really do and that actually helps me in my day to day life
I'm trying to make the habit of stretching/moving even a little bit every day. I almost didn't do anything today but I remembered "stay flexy" David and how good your vids make me feel. Just finished this 10-min routine. Thank you for your content :)
I am the most inflexible man on the planet, I've been doing your routine for a week now. Not making amazing progress, but it has loosened me up a little. I'll keep at it
If anyone is here reading this, DO NOT GIVE UP ON THIS! I used to do this daily and never saw the true effect of it until i stopped. After a damaged back and super tight muscles due to the contact sports i play, i'm having to put so much effort into an injury which was avoidable by keeping my muscles active. I never realised how much more flexible i got and how much doing this on a day-to-day basis helped me out keeping my muscles in better shape. I have come back to this and ill post an update in a couple weeks to let you know my process (again) Edit- Its been two weeks and although i still have pain, it is helping. i am able to stretch much further than i was two weeks ago and stretching is less uncomfortable too.
I think this has become one of my favourite videos ever. I started doing this stretching routine twice a week for like 3-4 months and I've noticed it has helped me immensely with stress relief and my flexibility, I can almost reach the floor with my palms when doing the elephant walks!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and progress through this kind of content David, I wholeheartedly appreciate it 🌻🖤
I do this video twice per day: once when I wake up after completing my workout routine, and once after work. I've been pairing it with my recommended exercises to get rid of my knee pain. Has seriously helped my flexibility and has improved my work ethic at my job because of it. Will likely be doing your hip mobility book instead of this video starting next week for after work, but will continue doing this before work. Thanks a bunch
@lojokey155 My physio reccomended I do knee extensions, hamstring curls, and goblet squats. He also reccomended a variety of stretches such as: the figure 4 stretch (in this video), hip flexor stretch (in this video), quad stretch, hamstring stretch, dead bugs and windshield wipers. I don't really like doing knee extensions, I've been doing step down squats instead which my kinesiologist friend reccomended. I pair this with regular walking and jogging/running 3 times a week. I was told a bit of pain is completely fine as long as it does not exceed a 4/10. I was also reccomended not to increase the volume of my running by more than 10% each week, and the intensity by more than 3% each week to allow my body to adapt. My knees have been pain free for a while now. I would reccomend just seeing a physio, especially if your work benefits cover paramedical services. My case may not be the same as yours.
People underestimate how important it is to remain flexible. Makes life so much easier, manageable amd so much better. I am gonna be doing this everyday with my own stretches added to it.
Sir, thank you. The relief that I felt from doing this stretch moistened my eyeballs... I will definitely come back to your videos daily. Thank you again.
I love the "I don't have time for stretching" approach! Makes for a great 20 minute routine to do just before bed, or just as I wake up in the morning. Keep up the amazing work!
This video is really good. I've been getting back into exercising, and I've been doing one set before and after my exercises. I've been watching your videos for a while and I love your content. Thank you!
This is really helping me. I’ve been struggling a lot in my gym classes as an asthmatic, especially after getting Covid, it’s only gotten worse. I recently checked my grade in it and it’s a D- which has really kind of crushed me as a usual A student. This stretch has really boosted my confidence and made me feel a whole lot less sore from today (I had gym and I gathered wood today and which really strained my legs) Ive always associated gym with terrible feelings, when other students nitpick and make fun of my failures or my speed or when I need to slow down to prevent an asthma attack, this has reminded me of the good feeling of exercise without all that, even if it’s just some simple stretches. I will be doing this more from now on, thank you so very much, I don’t think I would be able to make it through the rest of this semester without your videos. I do have a fitness test coming up, where we have to run around the track. My teacher reminds us that we don’t have to run very fast to be able to get 4 laps in 10 minutes. But I can barely do 2. Even at the slow jog he demonstrated, I can still barely do it, jt makes my throat feel like ice and fire and my chest tightens, I can barely breathe and I sound like a whistle wheezing. No matter what speed I go, i can’t make it around the track once without a complete asthma attack. I don’t think I’m going to pass the test and I’m probably going to fail this class. I’m only a freshman, so my credits don’t count until next year, but I’m doing outdoor Ed Instead. Sorry for the tangent, if I say this aloud, I get ignored or brushed off, I needed to get it off my chest. Once again, thank you
Update: i did the test and just BARELY made it under 14 minutes so I nailed it. I did have the worst Asthma attack of my life and nearly collapsed at the end but I somehow did it
Congrats on the running test!!!! I have asthma too and PE was always my least favourite, especially the mile run and the pacer test as those always made me wheeze really bad. Thankfully over the past 5 years or so I’ve started to grow out of my asthma attacks, they at least happen less frequently and I can do a bit more exercise than I used to before it gets hard to breathe. Hopefully they will lessen with time for you as well, and good luck for your future!
Hi Mr. D! (Testing out the nickname for now). I’ve watched the growth of your channel and I’m curious if you’d be interested in offering classes in NY… Also would imagine the TH-cam analytics offer this insight, but I feel your content is relatable, valuable, and simply super effective. For selfish reasons, I’d love to give you an opportunity to teach and spread the consciousness! Odd I know. lol let me know your thoughts pls ! Fall / winter is PRIME to NYC. I must admit it’s hard to get folks out of their homes, but I’m wildly confident that having your lessons in an arena , will do the trick !
Thanks for the support! I’ve definitely thought about doing live events and am very interested in looking into it! NYC would definitely be a place I’d love to do it at. We shall see!
I have become one that I loathe. I despised reading comments that say, “wow it was over before I knew it” “I can believe how easy yet challenging this was and only 10 minutes.” This was clearly explained, challenging in a way that felt approachable yet desirable. Really appreciate this. Cheers
Thank you for being so down to earth and understanding that not everyone will be on the same flexibility level. This stretch was really helpful today. Will continue to practice these regularly.
I have absolutely no idea how your shorts appeared in my feed bit I'm glad they did. Such simple things to do without the need for equipment and I think it's just the right way for me to get right back into hopefully working out more. Thank you 😁
I’ve recently realized I’m about as stiff as a log so coming across your channel was definitely amazing! Thanks for making your videos so casual, it makes the idea of stretching in the comfortability of my own room less embarrassing 👍
The tailbone trick for the figure 4 stretch is SO helpful! Something else I find helpful for all stretches is to adjust your structure on inhale, and bend deeper into the stretch on exhale :)
Dude the Ahodea e-book transformed my life. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try. After months of commitment, I gained 1.5 inches in height and my posture has improved significantly, that’s crazy!
Thank you, David. Although it took me a couple of minutes to sit on the floor because of severe back pain (kidney issues), I just did the figure 4 stretch but I'm proud of myself because today I broke the cycle of being sedentary. Sweated a lot by just doing that one stretch for 30 minutes. Thank you for the inspiration. I hope to do the other stretches once the back pain is manageable. It took me a few minutes just to stand from doing that one stretch alone. Trying my best to be flexy. Day 3: Hi David, I've added the side stretch in my routine. I do the figure 4 stretch for 30 minutes and 5 minutes on the side stretch. My back still hurts when I lay down on the floor and get back up from the floor so I take my time.
Day 4: Good news, David! There's less pain now as I lay down on the floor. It is much easier to stand now. Today, I've added the active stretches in the last part of your quick sciatica routine video. Thanks again, David. Trying my best to become flexy.
Day 5: Good day, David! Today I started with the side stretches, then the active stretches in the last part of your quick sciatica routine, then the figure 4 stretch. Tried adding the pancake stretch but I don't think I did it well enough. The good news is there's little pain from standing from the floor and I'm much quicker now. Thanks again, David. Trying my best to become flexy.
Day 6: Good day, David! Today I convinced my 77 y/o mom to do the side stretch with me, she does the side stretch while sitting on a chair and me sitting on the floor.
Day 7: Good day, David! Today, I did the side stretch and then the active stretches in your quick sciatica routine video before I lay in the floor to do the figure 4 stretch, the back pain is so minimal now that I added the lat stretch in my routine. Doing pancake stretch still needs improvement but hey I'm seven days in, so proud of myself. Thanks again, David! Trying my best to become more flexy.
I just found your channel about a week ago and want to say what an absolutely amazing job you're doing. I've been trying to find some stretching videos for beginners. A lot of things say "for beginners" and aren't even remotely doable without heavy modification. This was absolutely perfect and very well paced! I didn't need to pause the video even one time while I was following along and it made it feel like my goal is real and achievable. You also do it in a very casual "you can do this anywhere" setting. The biggest set back I always have is I feel like I need a special space or I need all this stuff. I see so many "beginner" videos that tell you you need a ton of equipment or a gym membership or whatever else. I don't think they know ehar beginner means and I am so glad to have found you. You know exactly what people are looking for! You are amazing! Please keep up the good work! By the way, I was looking for stretching videos because when I was younger I used to put my foot behind my head all the time for fun, but can't anymore. My goal right now is to bring back that cool party trick. Lol
I love what you do, David! I found you on IG, but an super grateful for this video. It will make it lots easier to keep the routine as a practice. I started with the figure 4's about a month ago as recommended by my chiropractor and it changed my life! So excited to add all of your other stretches.
Hi Michele , this comment is your reminder to rewatch David's video and do this routine everyday again , for your own good and sake =) , have a great day!
I'm an aspiring ballerina, my problem is having not known enough stretches, I lost a lot of flexibility in areas I didn't know I could stretch during quarantine , this tut has become my knightly ritual haha. I'm 13 but trying to restore, gain, and maintain my flexibility/strength/resistance, love your content and this video! Goodnight!
I love that you keep assuring us that we can work at our own pace because I usually feel like I need to be at the exact same level as them and I push myself to far
Hey David, not sure if you’ve done something like this already, but a daily stretching routine for blue collar workers/manual laborers. I’m a plumber and a Marine Vet and I definitely feel tight in the mornings before work. Thanks for the Videos! Keep it up!
I been doing this almost daily for 3 weeks, my flexibility definetly improved and my back pain improved by margin. I also added chin tucks and wall slides to this routine. Thanks
@@builderb6337 i just play video and follow along, i do it once day in evening. Sometimes i do elephant walks and first one anywhere when i have time for it. I stretch till i get deep into it. Being consistent with it is the key i think.
I've watched a lot of stretching/mobility/flexibility videos here lately...like a lot, but this one has been the best, by far!!! I will not even bother searching for other channels for for my stretching needs from now on!
I love this! Could you make a companion video that has the same stretches but without so much commentary? My memory is poor and when I want to do a routine every day, I can get frustrated when I have to find the right place to fast forward to to start the routine or next stretch. Thanks for what you’re doing, I’m looking forward to your videos expanding on all of the most important stretches!
You can fast forward based on the “chapters”. They’re at the bottom in the progress bar and you can click on sections of the video to go exactly where you need.
thank you so much for sharing this! I have such a hard time with being disciplined when it comes to stretching and every other routine I find is so complicated. I love how simple this is!
My man, I did this along with you. And each stretch brought a smile to my face. Your positive energy is just exuberating and I'm glad you're out there to help people gain confidence in their bodies by means of improving them. I really really appreciate this work you're doing and I hope great things come to you!
I am someone who used to be super active as a child, but i'd never focused on flexibilityparticularly, and now in my 20s I am inside more often .and sitting most of the day. I just followed along with this video and sat down again and i feel SO MUCH BETTER I am 100% going to start stretching every day
I love this format! I have 2 friends with pre-diabetes who are looking to exercise more and I'm recommending this as their pre-workout stretch. So having this in a format that they can hit play and follow you with count downs is exactly what we need! I love your content and your raising awareness to help people BE FLEXY!
I fucked up. Two days ago was leg day. I was shooting for a 315 for 5 squat, something I can usually hit with moderate difficulty. On this day, I couldn’t get the fifth rep, and was forced down until my butt was almost touching the floor (obviously I didn’t think to put safeties on the squat rack). I dumped the bar and didn’t think much of it until I was working later that day, and my knee started to hurt. It hasn’t been super bad, but just enough to scare me and keep me from being 100% comfortable with doing normal activities these last few days. For no reason at all, tonight I decided to follow this stretching routine, and discovered that I am absolutely not flexible, and that my knee now feels almost perfect. My whole life I’ve hated yoga and stretching, but I’m hoping today is the start of a new routine, and hopefully leads to a lifetime of healthy joints. Pray for me bros
Wow this is him? A year ago. He's come a long way! I like this kid. Great videos! He's definitely on to something and a pioneer( a male, non pro athlete doing this). He's found his calling and stepped into it. Proud of him! I am a fitness professional, f, 55( dancer type body). I love this channel because he's pure in the focus on stretching and he's not bringing ego to the table. It's unadulterated and it's a joy to watch and focus on the info he's presenting. I watch because I like what and how he's doing it. But also take a moment because I want to support him. If he did a workshop, on the lawn at Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach, I'd go.( They have cycling classes on the lawn during season). Stay Flexy-- best stretch line ever 👍 From, 🌴
Dad walked in as I was doing the lat stretch, but other than that, excellent stretch video! I agree with a lot of the preexisting comments, and I love doing these stretches in the morning to feel like I've started being productive.
David, just wanted to say thank you for this stretching routine. It’s helped show me that there isn’t any reason I can’t make a little time to stretch. I also suffer chronic back pain and consistently doing these stretches has helped me so immensely!
Just started this today and did it 3 times in one sitting felt the tension slowly leave my body. One of the only stretching videos i can follow on repeat.
I'm so happy I came across your channel. I've always wanted to work on my flexibility but felt daunted by all these intense videos I always saw. You make stretching look fun and easy! I've been doing these exercises everyday before gym and I feel so good afterwards? Thank you so much and please stay happy and healthy!

I've followed a lot of stretching routines but never have I ever felt as good as I did with this one. Definitely the right guy to be getting lessons and advice from on this subject. Thanks bro ❤
I’ve been meaning to watch this video for a bit and finally got the energy today. Really helped my body release a lot of built up tension, definitely going to be using these stretches more often
Hi! I had a particularly crappy morning and was feeling super defeated but then said what the hell and decided to try this (as I had the video queued up). Low and behold I just finished it and I feel really good. Thanks dude this was clutch.
Thank you I do mainly calestetics and add weight lifting I thought your methods were silly but as I've done it for a bit now I'm impressed at my gained strength and range of motion as well as flexibility.
This is one of the videos I use on a weekly basis for flexibility (I have like 10 other videos from other creators too) and it really helps, I've gained lots of flexibility after a month of stretching and excited to see how far my stretching journey takes me in the next few months like next 5 months and beyond
I found your channel recently cause TH-cam recommended your shorts and it was really inspiring to follow you. After some time going to some docs and recovering from muscular weakness I've gained enough courage to do this stretch everyday. It's been almost a week now! I wish there was more videos like this on your channel, they really lift me up and they're really really helpful. Thank you for helping me stay flexy!
i suffer from wrist and arms pain (i work a lot with my hands) if you could make a stretching video for that area it would be awesome! 🙌🏻✨ i love your videos
Kakasan/crowpose in yoga gives you that. I is a bit challanging in the beginning, depending on the mobility and strength in you fingers and wrists but is really gave me flexibility and strength of a monkey so te speak. It is also a ballancing poSe but that you can incorporate later to ease into the challange gradually. Look it up it might help!
This is simply incredible! I started running about 3 months ago and my muscles were becoming uncomfortably tight. Traditional static stretches were of little relief, but I felt this routine immediately! Thank you so much for this video! You are awesome!
This has been so incredibly helpful for me and the first time I watched it, I was shocked by how beginner friendly it is. You're such a stretchy pro that I expected it to be really unattainable for me. Thank you so much!
Thank youuuu ! I've been following many videos ; I like the fact that yours is so easy, you don't need chairs or anything, just the floor. Really reliable and I feel great ! I'll do it everyday !

You recommend doing this routine three times a day. What do you think would be the effect of 3 times that were spread out throughout the day?
@@michellem.684 it probably would still increase your flexibility. but spreading them out might make you less likely to do the stretches

Great progress I hope you continue to do well in your health
Stay strong!
I heard situps mess with your back.
It's great to hear progress like this, you can do it!! You just saw it.
Thank you for sharing!❤
Proud of you man. Word of advice tho, don’t recommend sit-ups especially if you have back pain. There are better core exercises out there like deadbugs, planks and dragonflags (tho not sure if this is back-friendly) if you wanna replace sit-ups with something less painful on the back.
I took dance classes for 13 years, and I have never felt as comfortable stretching as I do with your videos. I always felt pressuered to push my body farther than it would go to match the other people in my classes, but with these videos I finally feel comfortable to listen to my body when I start to push too far

Hi David! I love this routine and have been doing it everyday. I'm feeling flexy. You said it stretches most of your body, if you have time to make a full body follow-along that would be amazing. Until then, I''ll keep this one up. Thanks!!
Yup full body longer stretch along would be great!
Hey, do you need any workout before that stretching?
@@kacpertomaszewski7460 Hello, no you don't have to work out before stretching. Just make sure you ease into it and don't rush it when you're not warmed up since you are more prone to injuries that way. In general I believe you shouldn't think stretching has to came with a workout before it but rather that a workout has to have stretching at the end of it. You see when you work out, your muscles get tense and shorten, stretching afterwards releases that tension and increases recovery and decreases the risk of injury later on. Hope I could help!
@@OnchiBon thanks, hope you are right 😅

If anyone is here reading this, DO NOT GIVE UP ON THIS!
I used to do this daily and never saw the true effect of it until i stopped. After a damaged back and super tight muscles due to the contact sports i play, i'm having to put so much effort into an injury which was avoidable by keeping my muscles active.
I never realised how much more flexible i got and how much doing this on a day-to-day basis helped me out keeping my muscles in better shape.
I have come back to this and ill post an update in a couple weeks to let you know my process (again)
Edit- Its been two weeks and although i still have pain, it is helping. i am able to stretch much further than i was two weeks ago and stretching is less uncomfortable too.
Thank you
I think this has become one of my favourite videos ever.
I have knee pain as well. What exercises are working for you?
I genuinely love the relaxed atmosphere. No saturation, no music, in your kitchen on hard wood floor, really appreciate it 👍
People underestimate how important it is to remain flexible. Makes life so much easier, manageable amd so much better. I am gonna be doing this everyday with my own stretches added to it.
Sir, thank you. The relief that I felt from doing this stretch moistened my eyeballs... I will definitely come back to your videos daily. Thank you again.
Obsessed with your movement. Teaching basic mobility that is attainable for everyone is so impactful to so many! Thank you! 💛
Thank you!
Stay Flexy friend! Inspired to hear from you!
I’ve been doing this routine each morning for the last few weeks. I can finally touch my toes and, can sit on the ground cross legged comfortably now
This is really helping me. I’ve been struggling a lot in my gym classes as an asthmatic, especially after getting Covid, it’s only gotten worse. I recently checked my grade in it and it’s a D- which has really kind of crushed me as a usual A student. This stretch has really boosted my confidence and made me feel a whole lot less sore from today (I had gym and I gathered wood today and which really strained my legs)
Ive always associated gym with terrible feelings, when other students nitpick and make fun of my failures or my speed or when I need to slow down to prevent an asthma attack, this has reminded me of the good feeling of exercise without all that, even if it’s just some simple stretches.

I have become one that I loathe. I despised reading comments that say, “wow it was over before I knew it” “I can believe how easy yet challenging this was and only
10 minutes.”
This was clearly explained, challenging in a way that felt approachable yet desirable.
Keep going u got this 👍👍
Day 4: Good news, David!

This is one of the videos I use on a weekly basis for flexibility (I have like 10 other videos from other creators too) and it really helps, I've gained lots of flexibility after a month of stretching and excited to see how far my stretching journey takes me in the next few months like next 5 months and beyond
Man thank you for posting these. For real my body is very tight and I'm holding a ton of tension. These and other ones you've posted helped.

Starting to think that every stretch is his favorite stretch 😅
I’m guilty
Im a teenager who can’t touch his toes after standing up, and I needed a stretching routine after my workouts! Thank you so much ❤❤
This is simply incredible! I started running about 3 months ago and my muscles were becoming uncomfortably tight. Traditional static stretches were of little relief, but I felt this routine immediately! Thank you so much for this video! You are awesome!
Thanks David! At 54 I’m feeling better already utilizing your stretches!
Thank you for so “human” explanation. Feel myself really comfortable during these sets. God bless TikTok where I found your channel
Thank you for this! I've actually been looking for a basic routine and this video shows up in my subscriptions!

I'll do it everyday !
thank you david! i will be doing this everyday and i’ll come back to let u know of my progress in three months! cheers
i will be here for the progress update
It's been more than three months 👀
