There are various ways of lunging , I have grade 4 arthritis in both knees but I modify back lunges , no way can I do forwards and the biggest thing is to hinge from the hip as in a squat not keep back straight , less shearing force on the knee and the butt works harder x
The side bend with a kettle bell for over 50! Please review this ! I could go on and on main thing is clients osteoporosis must not do this .
