    SHEET PAN OMELETS
    12 large eggs
    1/2 cup water
    PROTEIN AND VEGGIES
    Cooked & crumbled sausage
    Cooked & crumbled bacon
    Cajun Turkey, Canadian Bacon
    Other proteins of your choice
    Chopped kale
    Chopped green & yellow bell peppers
    Chopped green onions
    Cherry tomatoes
    Other veggies of your choice
    SEASONING
    Farm Stand Kitchen Herb Seasoning
    LETS MAKE IT-
    Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the water.
    Pour into the prepared pan. Add ingredients of your choice and sprinkle with Farm Stand Herb Seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool on the pan for 10 minutes. Slide omelet off the pan with the parchment. Cut into squares.
    Add squares to a covered container with parchment sheets between layers. Store in the fridge for up to 2.5 weeks. Also freezable.
    Microwave a square for 20 seconds. Add to toast or English muffins with your choice of extra toppings! We served our today with toasted bread, Gouda cheese slice and fresh sliced tomato! Enjoy!
