Millets and ghee can be consumed by women who suffer from PCOD/PCOS.... I have switched to millets bhakri ( I generally alternate between bajra, ragi and jowar) and I exercise 5 times a week for 45 mins... I have lost about 5 kgs in 2 months.. Also ghee is also super helpful if you have PCOD/PCOS related acne... It helps to restore the glow and texture of your skin...

Hey Guys! Sharing a healthy dosa recipe with ragi (finger millet). Finger millet is a good source of fibre, protein, calcium, amino acids, and vitamin D. It is completely gluten free and a great way to start your day!
I bought this whole ragi grain from the local market. These days it is also seen in supermarkets. Do try to use whole grain when making dosa batter.

      Yes you can.
The way I did it is this -
1 cup ragi flour, 1/2 cup rawa, 1/2 cup dahi. Add water to adjust for dosa pouring consistency. Mix well. Keep this mixture aside for 1/2 hour.
Use this batter for pouring dosas.
The dosas I made came out really well and tasted good also.

I think u are right ..that soaking water of 2 hours has proteins..we should not throw it

Thanks for this. I tried it and it turned out reasonably well the first day. However, when I re-used the batter on the following day, all 04 dosas stuck to the pan (and stuck badly). Initially, I thought it was because the leftover batter had been refrigerated. But then I realized that I had refrigerated the batter on the first day also (to avoid over fermentation). In other words, I did everything on the second day that I did on the first day, but with a huge difference in the outcome. I really love dosas , especially the one with ragi and I really want to make it as perfectly as you do. Please help.
