Can u please clarify my doubt, what makes a cake moist cake? Is it eggs ? I heard curd n fruit make moist. U added egg into banana bread also in ur other video, so does adding egg make it moist?

You can do it in kadai/ pan.put some salt and heat the kadai. Then place a rack and put the cake batter tin. Cover and cook for 35-40 mins on slow/ medium flame
